Went to drive thru today asked specifically for no pickles on my mcdoubles line took forever got my order and there was what seemed to be extra pickles on both burgers what if I had a huge allergy to the item I asked you to leave out then what? Not to mention the buns were rock solid like they had been sitting out in the sun for the whole day don't go to this location ever!!!

The cashier taking orders did not want to respond to my question about the price. The prices they rang my food up for was not what was posted on the sign. Both of my cheeseburgers were cold and dry - barely any ketchup or mustard. The fries were very under cooked. I spoke to the shift supervisor and he was rude and unhelpful. Went to the drive through, asked for a sausage Mcgriddle and 3 hashbrow... the last taking the order had a attitude, I ignored it I drive to the first window and payed , the second window they tell me to pull to the side .. wait 5 min and I get to my destination and notice the McGriddle doesn't have cheese or egg ....
Mobile ordered expecting a fast drive through experience.
Picking up baked pies for Pi Day, we arrive and give mobile order code at the intercom. Pull up to the second window and waited a few minutes for the attendant to tell us if we would like to wait 6 mins for our 8 pies and tell us to pull over on the right. Drive through is long full of cars, can't say much about the ambiance as it's just outside. We wait about 10mins and a girl with a Headset comes out and just tosses the bag at me, I quickly check it as she runs off. Half my pies are missing so I yell at her to get her attention and tell her I'm missing half my order. She runs back in, about 5 mins go by and she comes back to the car telling me the apple pies are sold out but the strawberry creme pies would take 10mins if I wanted them, I said no thanks bc we wanted apple pie and I asked for a refund.. She leaves and comes back another 10mins later with a receipt and cash refund. Waste of time. Maybe don't accept mobile orders of items that are sold out...

Staff let older homeless/intoxicated man verbally and physically harrass us while at this McDonalds. We were quietly waiting for our food and this older man whom we made no contact with came trying to hit us with his rag and urge us to fight him, we watched the employees to see if they would react, and 2 employees - this young man and a woman with red hair walked away. LOL huhhh Being from an area that sees things like this often, it didn't bother us much, but wild to see staff try to avoid the situation and go along their merry way, serving food AS it was happening. I know y'all don't like your jobs and have the "mind ya business" energy, but that could've ended badly. Kick him out? Hello? McDonalds is already a low rated restaurant, but this one needs it's staff and location removed. Even heard another guest go "da** this one needs security" ha true. Food was as expected though so thanks.

I went in and there was two obnoxious girls talking with the cashier and chatting it up line they was at a meet and greet and was taking FOREVER to take their order bc she was to busy chatting with them and letting them walk away from line and coming back to keep ordering ! It was insane how unprofessional she was ! The line was long in the drive thru and in side and she got the nerves to do that !? Asked to pull of to the side and wait. What type of service and "fast food restaurant" takes 20 minutes. Rather pay twice the price and go to any other place to avoid this place. Awful. Absolutely terrible will not be returning to this McDonald's ever.

Did a curbside order and I realize it's the morning and it is busy so I am very patient. Waited for 15/20 minutes before becoming angry. Went inside and see my food just SITTING on the counter getting cold. The reason I went inside is because looking at the app, it had said I received my food in which I did not. I wait three minutes before ANYONE comes to the front and point at my food saying "it's just sitting there getting cold?" Explained how I have been waiting X amount of minutes and was giving them a chance since it's busy in the morning. One girl takes my food to the back (me thinking it would be remade or even heated up and bring it back.. cold). Another worker sitting down comes from the lobby goes "what happened? I was on break" NOT ADDRESSING ME. NOT ONE PERSON ADDRESSED ME. No eye contact. I got nothing. Computers are more polite than these employees. And I hear her say to the girl that took my food to the back for no apparent reason "I was on break that was my bad". AGAIN NO APOLOGY TO ME, no one offered to remake my cold food. No one spoke to me. I work in food service. Shit happens and I'm more than forgiving but with no acknowledgment to the customer is absolutely insane to me. It's a bummer because this McDonalds is so close to my house but the lack of customer service is not worth the close drive. I hope management can teach some customer service etiquette to these people.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
