Idk why this place got bad reviews! I honestly had no complaints, I literally just left and wanted to write this while my experience was fresh. The place was CLEAN. The service was prompt, food was good and my waiter JUAN was amazing. He was very pleasant! If more people were as pleasant as Juan the world would be a better place. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work and enjoys people. I will come to this location again.

Fries tasted stale, fruit crepes did not have "the fruit". The chicken fajitas did not have any kind of sauce. It was a waste of my money so don't waste yours either.

I really love iHop so it really saddens me to see that the quality has faded so significantly. This is my second time eating here. Once was with awful service in the morning with only two other tables and the last was just yesterday where I was THE ONLY table. There were no customers. The windows were dirty which is odd because if it's that's slow why wouldn't the store be sparkling clean. When there were no customers inside should have been my sign to run. I asked for no tomatoes on my meal and sure enough four giant tomatoes were on my meal. If there are absolutely no customers in the store and you can't get something as simple as no tomatoes correct that's very concerning. When it came to paying, the QR code wouldn't scan. I asked the guy about it & he says he has no idea what the QR code even is (despite the fact that it prints out on every single receipt) I thought ok fine maybe it's his first day. I just wanted to collect my little points, pay, tip and leave. I asked if maybe someone else knew he said again honestly I have no idea. At this point I'm starting to think does he even work here. I'm not even sure he had on the correct uniform. It was just a black polo and tan pants. I asked who would know he said corporate or a manager. I said cool can I ask the manager real quick. To which he replied. There's no managers here in fact it's only him and the damn cook. On that note I paid for my food tipped him and dipped. I would never return. I went to try to leave this feedback privately through their feedback website and it said my receipt didn't exist.

Me and 4 coworkers (also servers) went to eat last night at 1am and called ahead of time, they said they only are accepting exact cash.. ok no problem so we said we're coming and 15 minutes later we get there and they say sit wherever so we sit and they proceed to ask about the cash which was fine and then 2 minutes later come back and say oh by the way we both just clocked out for break so you guys won't be able to order anything until 1:50 ... it was 1:15 lmao. So obviously we left. How u both gonna click out at the same time at a 24 hour restaurant and have no server on ??? Make it make sense. If you don't wanna make money just say that. We know how restaurants work and that was actually insane we thought we were getting punked trifling as hell!! Get ur late night crew together! Definitely won't be back!

I used to be a regular at this IHOP, but today marks my last visit. I came in asking if a booth would be possible, and they had plenty available. Every other time I've asked, they've been more than happy to give one to me, but this time I sensed attitude from the hostess. I brushed this off as all the other times I've been here, it's been fine before. We were given our menus, and after a couple minutes we were ready to order. After waiting for 10 minutes, I had flagged a waitress but she completely ignored me. Thought she may have just been busy and missed so I let that slide again. Tried flagging a second time, but still nothing. Then another customer comes in about 15 minutes after us. He sits down, and shortly gets him some coffee. This irks me as she still hasn't come by once. I let it slide thinking the other customer was in better view. She then goes away again. After another 10 minutes, another person in my party flags her down, but still she completely ignores us. She then goes to this other customer and takes his order. I've been a regular here and have tipped well all to be completely ignored just felt ridiculous. We ended up waiting 20 minutes, and still no one was taking our order so we left. I'm now done and am no longer coming to this establishment. I'm so disappointed but the service was just so pour and soured my liking to ihop.

So far this place has been my worst ihop experience.
The restroom was extremely dirty and disgusting. Seemed like trash hadn't been taken out for days. I tried to ask one of the employees for the bathroom keys and got straight up ignored. I literally called him 2 times and tapped his shoulder and dude looked at me and walked away. I had ordered a chicken sandwich and it was the oiliest sandwich ever. McDonald's sandwiches are far less oily compared to that one. Also it's super congested like no space to move around at all. Honestly I'm never going back to this location.

I showed up at 1:30am and the hostess told me that it would be a 22:00 minute wait because the chef was on break. I came back 10: minutes later and asked if I could just sit down and wait. She said yes but she couldn't help me because she was on break too. Hire more employees, this is ridiculous!

Worst service I've ever had, I'm not sure how the late night crew even makes money to keep this place open. The manager should just close at midnight since the last 4 times I've been here I've been basically shooed away by being told they had just gone on break, they had a large pick up order that was causing them to be backed up at 3 am, and lastly they asked me to wait and left me sitting there for 30 min until I left. Don't go there if you're someone looking for late night food coming out of a late shift or traveling you will get no service here.

Celebrated my brothers birthday by ordering from this restaurant. Got $100 worth of food, Upgraded some pancakes, and requested syrup, condiments, utensils, etc.. I requested curbside pickup, but the curbside pickup parking was apparently in front of the restaurant which was an alley. Other people had a hard time going around us and kept complaining so I parked and had to pick up my order in front. I saw the manager picked up my order but dropped it not once but twice. They only remade 1 of the food (Lemon Ricotta Mixed Berry Crepes), but when we opened it, there were no berries on top, AND there was hair on top of it. They were rushing to get it done because they dropped the food. They mistook one of my order and made normal buttermilk pancakes instead of strawberry banana pancakes. I asked the manager before leaving, did we get syrup, and she looked me in the eye and said yes. I made sure this order was for me and she confirmed it. We had 4 orders that include pancakes, but we only got 1 pancake syrup, and no utensils. The service we had was inexcusable, the food was dropped and most of the order were wrong, and honestly the entire restaurant was a mess. I would advise people to go to a different IHOP because this is just not it. Service: 1/10 Food: 0/10 (Did NOT get what we ordered. Food dropped. No syrup.) Ambiance: 1/10

This has been my go to IHOP especially since the Santa Monica location closed years ago. We usually go in Saturdays mostly in the morning but once in a while early afternoon. As you can imagine there are more folks in the morning for breakfast of course so there can be a wait time. And while it can be busy, I can definitely carry a conversation with family or friends when we go. Service can be a mixed bag. When it's super busy the service can be slow. The wait staff has always been great, friendly and helpful to answer any questions. Gluten free friends, please note the menu has Gluten Friendly combos available. There is a pancake combo and a Belgian waffle combo as options. I ordered the waffle combo and everything was cooked perfectly. How could I forget. There is parking available towards the back. Since the restaurant is located in a residential area, if you're able to find street parking that can work too.
