The food was amazing! Not to mention service was extremely quick. All the staff were amazing and super nice especially Memet as he was super nice and very fun. All in all I'm happy to say that they all made our night! 10/10 establishment and will definitely come back again!
I went here a few weeks ago I had a great experience.
Our server was were very kind and sweet. You do a lot of the ordering on your own phone by scanning a QR code, so its not like Gen where you tell them what you want. We did not experience any issues with it and the meat came out to us pretty quick. In addition, the meat is served to you by this little adorable robot it was truly amazing to see I loved it. Only thing I wish is that the robot would play something other than BTS's Butter every time it delivered something to someone. For example, other K-pop songs or other pop songs in general. Otherwise, overall great experience here!

honestly what a fun night! we don't get much halal K-BBQ options in California but this place is definitely great and is at a high standard. The service was fine. You have to place your order on your phone so have that handy. I recommend their spicy options (if you're into spicy like me). I thought it was really funny they had tortillas but the clientele must've requested they definitely meet the needs of their city's people with the tortillas plus mint lemonade. I definitely would come back for a night out with friends. It was very enjoyable and was just what I was craving.

There is a parking structure with a lot of floors behind the restaurant that you can park in it may cost $ depending on the time you park. The walk from the parking structure to the restaurant is very close. It wasn't busy at all when we arrived my party was seated immediately. The restaurant is big and spacious. Also very modern and high tech as you order through your phone using a QR code. You can only use one phone to order for the rest of the meal though. Also there is a limit on how many meat orders you can place at once. All of the orders came out accurately and quickly. There is a robot that delivers the meat to your table and for sides you ask the workers. The staff was all nice and friendly. I never felt rushed and they changed our grills without hesitation. I loved the potato salad, corn cheese, brisket, and hanging tender meat. Do not order the steak it was super thick and tough to eat and cook. Sadly they were out of stock of the corn tortillas which I wanted.

Walked in with 11 people in our party, so we were prepared for a wait. However the wait time was not nearly as bad as expected. That was the only positive interaction I've had with this establishment. After being seated we were informed everything was ordered through the QR codes and brought out by some robot. You would think drinks are included with the all you can eat meal but those are indeed separate. As far as refills go they do offer them, but you will not get one unless you are prepared to flag down one of 3 staff members and receive attitude while asking. Then come time for the bill we noticed they did not consider our 9 year old a kid because they were "too tall". Honestly not an issue but the manager seemed very irritated that we had even asked. Lastly after looking at the bill we noticed an outrageous service fee of $70 which was not mentioned before seating nor posted anywhere in the restaurant. Seeing how a robot brought all of our food and drinks to the table I fail to see where 80 dollars in service fees came from but when asked about it, the manager on duty got very defensive. Will definitely not be coming back due to the attitude of the workers present and the willingness to give jobs over to automation while springing surprise charges on your bill, but if you enjoy spending more money and receiving less value, give it a shot.

After this experience, we would not be surprised if there wasn't a long wait later in the day due to how good it was! All of their cuts cooked nicely and they offer a wide variety with options on the basic menu you would see on premium menus elsewhere. One thing we would recommend is their galbi, or marinated short rib, which was one of the best shortribs we've had. The brisket and beef/pork belly were great as well. They also offer stuff like tortillas and pita bread if you'd prefer those! They use an online ordering system so anyone at your table can easily order more meat if they would like, and they have robots come out to deliver food making the wait time close to nothing. Only con to this is that you might order too much haha. The workers there are also friendly and funny as well! The vibe of the place was great but the robot does only play one song (at least when we went) which can get annoying sometimes.

He is incredibly attentive and friendly with all his guests and ensures we always have a good time with our meal! We have had many birthday celebrations here & many more to come ! I'm glad it's getting busier but regardless the man stays devoted to his guests

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
