Cozy and warm restaurant with beautiful decoration. A grocery store in the restaurant but selling their own products. A simple but effective kitchen. It's a good restaurant

We came to eat on 12/02 We called at 9 a.m. to reserve a table of 12 people, we were told no problem but come around 12:15 p.m. Done. We were served after more than an hour (minimum 30 min to have the drinks), one drink forgotten. A starter served at the same time as the main course, we never had the bread requested. When we pointed out the fact that we had been at the table for more than an hour we were told that it was normal because there were 12 of us without even apologizing (neither the manager nor the waitress). Once the dish arrived the manager came to ask us if we wanted dessert, but we had just started the dish, once again not even once did she apologize. At the time of payment we again received the information that it was still lamentable that the tables that arrived after us were served before. The lady was not pleasant and told us that there was a shortage of staff, but why did he not tell us during our call at 9 a.m. that he could not provide service for such a “large” table? Then she tells us “I can’t offer you.” Except that they have made no commercial gesture whatsoever. And on my colleague's comment below it begins with: “False” Sorry? Again, aren't you sorry? You won't question yourself? We are very disappointed because we have come several times but never such service and attitude.

I follow up on Maps' comment, given the boss's response, I can't help but also come back to this lunch. I booked for 12:15 p.m., specifying that there were 12 of us and that we had to leave before 2 p.m. We already waited almost 40 minutes to get our drinks and we asked for the appetizers normally placed automatically on the tables. We waited more than an hour for our dishes to arrive, a colleague had ordered a starter (a soup), served at the same time as her main!! Another request for mayo, we bring him ketchup, and as I write, we are still waiting for the bread!!! Barely 15 minutes later, they come to ask us if we want desserts, we haven't finished our dishes and it's too late in fact!!! I would like to point out that during all this time, we said nothing, the waitress was not friendly and at no time did anyone come to apologize for the wait... When paying, I said to Madame the boss that it would have been better to refuse my reservation rather than leaving us aside like that, and there as in my colleague's comment where Madame begins her response with "false" instead of "please tell me excuse me", she explains to me that it's normal when there are 12 of us for it to be longer... Well no dear Madam, as I told you we are all in the middle and a large table, we go to priority to then be calm for the other tables.. And a little advice which I hope will help you to manage other situations of this kind: when you mess up your service, which has happened to all of us, we excuse Madam, possibly we are making a commercial gesture, but at no time are we incriminating the customer, big mistake!!! This will save you from having comments from the whole table on all platforms!!!

Lack of staff! We booked at 12 p.m.! 1:15 p.m. still no dishes on the table… the other tables are all served! Normally, the principle is to prioritize large tables and then individual tables...! After consulting the staff, we were told “it’s in preparation” (for 1 hour!?!) Lack of daily specials, no mojitos!! Organization to review!
