Have been going here since it blew up on tiktok and it never disappoints. Even when it's busy, the service is attentive and fast. Lots of options at the self service station but def recommend ordering the brisket from the kitchen. Good quality meats and very good spicy tofu soup, worth the wait outside during dinner rush hours!

Lots of good meat choices even for the basic all u can eat dinner. The inside was clean. The outside of the place needed some cleaning up. The floor looked like it could use a good scrub (think power washing).

This is our second time coming to a Korean BBQ so we're still getting the hang of it. however, I do highly recommend this place, it's small but it feels homey. The customer service here is very good, very kind servers that check up on you and asking if we're enjoying our meal and asks us if we need anything else. They even have a small buffett here for those who like to serve themselves and they even have the sides ready on the table.. Definitely coming back here again!

Terrible service! I literally just came in with my mom for the first time and I let the front desk know that I put my name on the waitlist. This guy, I attached his phone-he started being rude and condescending. I asked him to be polite to his customers, then me and my mom were waiting outside. Then this guy literally came out and started yelling at us and telling me that if I'm not satisfied with his tone, I should leave. What the heck was that?! I said I'm here for the food and it's my first time, and this is how you are treating your customers??? He didn't even let me talk, I'm not gonna leave it like this and I'll get this to their management team. So freaking t rude and terrible guy! See his photo. This!
A little hidden gem.
Everytime i'm in Ktown, i always give this place a spot in my tummy. They have self serve meats, such as marinated pork belly, beef and anything you can think, but also have premium meats you can order from your server. Friendly staff and easy to get in. I've been here a few times and will be back!!

Unless ur white or some type of again or really light-skinned you won't get any attention from the workers I had to ask the bub boys who were mexican for drinks and rice ... never got anything from the kitchen . Only the self grab. Worse part is I was with my kids .... they get to witness the type of judgment dark skinned people are treated with . I didn't tip do to it . My wife is pregnant so I didn't want to get up and leave when I noticed but even my kids where saying that that was rude and that they're vibes were getting killed.... fuck that place . Ur no better than a paying customer.....u work there.... racist fucks

I have never been to a Korean Barbecue spot that was half buffet and half order off the menu until now. I will admit I was a bit confused on how the menu worked until the employee explained that some items on the menu we could simply get up and grab. They had lots of good choices and as skeptical as I was about the buffet style meats, they were pretty good! Although the space is a bit small, it had a nice view of the LA streets. This place would be perfect for a date night! It was a good experience but we did find ourselves having to ask the staff for some of our ordered items multiple times. Besides that, I would definitely come back to try this place again!

I completely understand that, when it's busy, it's not worth it for them to only serve one person because it takes up a table that could make more money but it's 10 pm on a Tuesday night. Half the tables are empty. If I'm willing to pay for two people I don't see a logical reason to deny me service besides "sorry it's policy." I live upstairs at Solair and sometimes late at night I want some kbbq. I'm willing to pay double the price for their food. Is that too much to ask? They don't even have to cook my food! I prefer cooking it myself. I do feel bad about giving only two stars. I think this is a 4 star place but maybe management will see this review and change their policies or maybe let the residents who live upstairs come down to eat when it's not busy. It's 10pm, my wife is at work, I'm hangry, and there's kbbq downstairs..but I can't eat it. I guess I need more friends who stay up late..but sometimes a dude just wants eat by themselves and relax ya know?

I love when a Korean bbq place is well ventilated and the smell of burnt meat doesn't immediately engulf you as you enter. This place is clean and the servers are attentive and quick. They offer parking in back in an underground parking lot. First 2 hours are free. What I like aside from the cleanliness of the place is that they have their sides in a self service bar so you don't have to constantly flag them down for more macaroni salad or whatever you want more of. They also have some meats that are also self service like bulgogi. They also have a huge selection of meats you can order from their kitchen.

I love coming here with friends when we want to have a nice big meal. The servers are super nice and friendly. The meat quality is great and they have a lot to choose from. Getting the shin ramen at the end is a must.

If you're going to eat here as a group (more than 4)..just don't go here. They'll make you wait until two tables open up which is ridiculous since we decided to sit separately (we're 9). Host said ok we'll clean the table but then gave our table away to other diners. The place is small so they will keep telling you to wait outside which in summer days is fine but not in winter or cold nights, you'll freeze before you can eat...but food is not that bad fir the price.

This place came as a recommendation from friends who visited another location. Conveniently located in the heart of LA, on the 2nd floor of a mixed use building. Parking was free for 2 hours but the structure entrance is hard to find (watch the IG link on their page for where to enter) and inside the structure is tight, so don't bring your big car. We had to wait about 30 mins, even for an earlier dinner time. They only seat you once your entire party is there. Upon entering, the floor was extremely slippery. I had to slide my feet (wearing sandals) instead of take a step so I wouldn't fall. Definitely not the best feeling. The menu has a lot of options and prices are reasonable for all you can eat. Some items come from the kitchen, but others are at the self serve area. The meat was of good quality with many flavor options. I like traditional Korean BBQ and all the flavors of bulgogi and other meats were not my style. After trying some Hawaiian flavoring and others, I went back to plain and it hit the spot. The restaurant is very loud. Although we had the first table by the kitchen, it was hard to flag down a staff for orders and refills. Good thing is the ventilation here is great. I didn't leave smelling like bbq. Overall decent experience, but I wouldn't rush back with so many options in the area.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
