And absolute disappointment
We had made reservations here to celebrate the weekend in Stockholm for my moms 70th. We had flown in from different countries and were very excited to eat dinner here our first night. We had made reservations. Upon arrival we sat down for at least 20 minutes before anyone cared to offer any service, even though they were fully staffed. Waiters just walked right by us. We had to wave and signal at the end. They came and wanted to take dinner orders right away, even before we had gotten a chance to order drinks. The waiter seemed just annoyed to be helping us. After that it was just a big disaster. We didn’t get drinks for another 30 minutes and only half of our drink orders were served with some of them wrong. When we said it was wrong, he just said it was our fault. We had to ask multiple times for our bread starter, and the gluten-free bread starter we asked for multiple times and he said “it’s coming it’s coming” and it never did. Almost all of our dinner orders were wrong, and served at different times. We made complaints because everything was so confusing for usc but no one seemed to care. We spent the whole dinner trying to get contact with the server or others to make up the errors of the orders etc and it was so uncomfortable, instead of spending quality time with each other eating and relaxing. We finally talked to the manager, and even the manager just said “what do you want me to do about it?”. It was so horrible to eat there we felt so unwelcome. They offered us free dessert but we just wanted to leave. They did give us a discount on our bill. The food I have to admit was incredibly good. We will never go back.
Disappointment
For dessert, Baba au Rhum was ordered with chocolate ice cream, but it was so hard that it could not be split with a knife. Probably the chef had forgotten to drench the "sugar cake" as is customary. This was pointed out to the waitress but she was completely unwilling to offer another dessert. The only thing she said she didn't like sponge cake ?? The hot dishes were OK but the overall impression was weak and we will neither return nor recommend Ulla Winbladh
Very nice location and great lunch!
Great luck - very nice mushroom soup and a gravad lax. Combined with recommended sauvignon blanc. Really great setting and food. Service good. One hiccup at the end...their internet connection for paying with maestro apparently did not work, so we waited a bit more [in the sun] and then eventually we could pay. They did even offer us the lunch for free, but that we didn't want. It was worth to pay for.
Birthday
Celebrated my daughter's birthday with the family on a sunny day in May. Fantastic food and drink, service very professional. Will gladly return and often.
Historic restaurant from 1897
We are very pleased with the visit to this historic restaurant. Nice reception by the butler Mattias. We got a good table in a small room in the restaurant. Others chose Toast skagen as a starter. I myself took asparagus with roe. Absolutely delicious. For the main course I chose Beef Rydberg. I said medium for the beef tenderloin but it came out medium rare. A little too gory for my taste but everything was very good. My wife chose the pork chop which was tasteless and high in fat. She was a little disappointed. Others chose the meatballs. They were perfect. We took the house red. Very good and affordable. The service was absolutely superb. Everyone was very nice and service oriented. Had it not been for the pork cutlet and medium rare, I would have given a 5.
Delicious dishes and professional staff
A welcoming and professional service. The lamb fillet was perfect. The homemade peach ice cream was delicious All 5 in the party were very satisfied, full and satisfied. Thanks !
Lovely atmosphere, good food
I was showing a friend around Stockholm and we went to this restaurant to try their famous meatballs. They were absolutely delicious. Even the mashed potatoes were good, like mashed potatoes should taste. We were there early (5 pm) on a Wednesday and there were very few guests. It was a nice experience.

We ate a great New Year's menu here. Nice premises, good and affordable food and excellent service from the friendly staff.
Lovely Christmas table
A very nice Christmas table, not least the vegan selection was fantastically plentiful and tasty. Happy and friendly staff, despite full restaurant. We would love to come back!
Like Viking Line
Christmas table at Ulla W. Unfortunately. More reminiscent of VikingLine's buffet. The service was good, very nice staff. The food was ok, not more. But loud and noisy, and the clientele who were there were loud and overrefreshed and hadn't bothered to change before dinner ;) Five people, two bottles of wine, SEK 7300. Worth? No.
True Swede
Really nice, elegant and typical place. Even though you can meet the royal family there, the atmosphere is relaxing and familiar. Excellent welcome and service, menu with few traditional and excellent dishes. Too bad there was too much butter on the cod, but so much..... Price not outrageous according to Stockholm average

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
