Choose to celebrate my birthday here and would describe the whole experience as average. The service could have been better and some dishes were better than others. Overall we were disappointed and have had much better meals elsewhere, without the price tag. Location and views are good but have been to better else where.
Beautiful views, good food, and even better service!
This spot is great for friends, work , events , dates etc!! Such a fun lively place with amazing service. My mom sister and I went for the first time during Formula 1. It was EXTREMELY busy and long wait times, but NELSEY ( a worker at the 1 hotel) went out of his way, above and beyond, to make sure that my mom always had a seat, and ensured we were able to get served at the bar, and would check up on when our table would be ready for us. The food was also very very good and my server ( I apologize as I forgot his name) delivered A+ service. The views here are also breathe taking with the coolest bathroom design I have ever seen. 10/10 recommend :)

My husband & I had the most Amazing Anniversary celebration at Watr! First & Foremost A+++++ to the Incredible Restaurant Manager Joey! He accommodated our reservations as I had Inadvertenly booked the wrong day. He was such a Delight to meet in Person. He made our experience AMAZING at the lovely Watr Restaurant! We also had the pleasure of meeting Juan Another Mgr. as well, who came to our table to formally introduce himself and had a wonderful conversation, just about Life chatting amongst dinner. Last, but not least Our incredible server Daniela! Her personality was Vibrant so Friendly. The food that she recommended was amazing! The set up the of the restaurant was just Gorgeousp, It is a sight to-see and Dine! The views are SPECTACULAR , Dining Fantastic, Music! My husband and I will definitely be returning to this Amazing Spot. Cheers!
Lunch at Watr
Was here for business and split the burger, sticky rice and a salad for lunch and it was all very, very good. The burger was one of the best and most unique I have had in a while and the brioche bun was perfect. Service was excellent and friendly and the complimentary drink we were given was a special treat.

This is one of the best rooftops in Miami south beach, the food is great the music is perfect and the position is top, view from city and beach at same space. On top of that the personal is very helpful and very good service specially from Isa and Nico in our table
Awesome Experience
This spot is great to celebrate any type of occasion or simply if you want to hang with your friends at a cool spot! I went today to celebrate my anniversary. Unfortunately, it started to pour! However, the host Natalie went over and beyond to move our table closer to the bar top so we wouldn’t get wet. Our server Juan was fundamental! Also, the server Duane was very helpful as well. I give up to all the staff because their was a lot of guest complaining about the rain.. as if the staff controls the weather lol they all kept their cool and even the manager came by to check on us a few times! Thank you for making our lunch special!

The ambiance of this restaurant is definitely something special although was it worth it? Definitely not. Firstly, we had to wait an hour just to be seated. The waiter was nice but he hardly checked in with us & then disappeared at the end without even closing our check out. All of the food portions are super small bites and insanely high. The one plate that actually had a decent amount of food was the chicken karagge; which tasted like McDonald's chicken strips but even worse. The rest of the food was just disappointingly small and overpriced. The overall experience was not worth returning. Although, if you're looking for a nice place to get drinks this would be the place.
Amazing venue, food and service
Great location, great vibe a mix of all groups families, couples groups. Really professional staff, running the front desk with ease, our server Bobby was fantastic. The food here is 5 star and the excellent service compliments this to make a really amazing evening. Bar staff were great, extensive menu and highly skilled. The price is at the more expensive end but you are paying for a rooftop experience and excellent food and service, so welcoming from walking into reception downstairs throughout our whole visit.

As other reviewers mentioned the view is actually limited as it is best from the pool area which you are not allowed in unless you are staying at the hotel but I was all right with that. The rooftop breeze was nice. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Caroline was very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. I even enjoyed the water. Too full to try dessert; I opted for a latte which was tasty. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. The hotel looks really nice as well.

Vallet parking was supposed to be free if validated by the roof top, but when we went to pick up the car, we were told we had to pay a $60.00 fee. It didn't matter how many times we went back and forth with the attendant, at the end he said: "pay up or you won't get your car". I had no choice but to pay, and no tip was given to the poor old guy who brought our vehicle. Apparently, there is a 2-hr limit for the validation, but we were never told!

My bowl was so filling and fresh I was so happy lol I was greeted with a drink by our wonderful waiter (forgot his name) and we also met the manager (maybe) who was also from the midwest just like us so the conversation was friendly and welcoming. She also sent over some frozen daiquiri shots for our friend and her bachelorette party (us). The rooftop was comfortable and had a nice view of the ocean with a great breeze. The only update I would say are the couches, they had me sliding downward the entire time and I had to keel adjusting myself.

STAY AWAY!!! Such horrible service!! They said to come in and we could sit at the bar tops and they were available. After walking all the way there they told us to wait 20 min. Then again and again! We ended up leaving. Just an absolute WASTE OF TIME. DONT GO HERE!!!

We called and they said it wasn't busy and we could walk in and sit at the bar tops. Then the hostess told us to wait 20 minutes. And then what again. She just kept saying to wait. We never went to the restaurant. We wouldn't have even come if they had just been honest and said they were busy. This is the SECOND TIME this has happened. Don't waste your time.

Omg this place is a gem!!!! I went for brunch on a Saturday and it was such a vibe. Vegan friendly as well which is a plus! I had the vegan burger which was very tasteful. The frosè was so good as well! The views are beautiful, the aesthetics are so clean and nice. 10/10 highly recommend I can't wait to return.

my friends and i came to celebrate one of their birthdays and we had a good time. the drinks are good (maybe too much ice and too little amount of the actual drink). the seaweed salad was delicious!! the truffle fries were one of the best ones i've had. Theyre thick and crispy yet soft in the middle with the perfect amount of truffle. The chicken karaage was delicious! perfectly seasoned and crispy. My friend had the hotpot rice and she enjoyed her dish. The service was good. will come again soon!!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
