This place has a great vibe as I love a great rooftop restaurant that not only has a beautiful view and atmosphere but also great food. I assisted with the Vinhos Verdes trade event and enjoyed many of the appetisers, all of which were delicious. Definitely plan to return soon to enjoy the sunset and dinner.

The attitude and politeness of the waiter, bartender and the receptionist at the entrance deserve 5 stars. They are extremely knowledgeable about the menu and polite. The wine they recommended (chardonnay domaine 2017) was really successful. I deducted 1 point from the truffle bolognese. The truffle must be grated in front of the customer, otherwise it changes color by the time it reaches the table. The portion size is good but I wish the pasta was al-dente, it was doughy. The place is very nice, there are many wine options. I will go again to taste caviar and cheese.

We bought a $30 butter from here yesterday and opened it same day it was rotten, so moldy and disgusting. we also bought over $100 of cheese, meats, etc. when my boyfriend went back to show it to them and get a refund they were extremely rude and didn't care that they sold him a moldy butter. it was so gross, this place is supposed to have great service considering the amount you pay. Very disappointed with the whole experience, will not be returning and we used to go a lot.

Sure, dramatically overpriced (I.e their Iberian ham marked up 3-5x from any Spanish specialty market I've been to in the states, house cheddar is like 50 bucks for 8oz, etc.), but overall the restaurant has been good and I have enjoyed the product curation. Yesterday I bought some specialty items for a charcuterie board and bought this fancy churned butter for 30+ dollars. I drove home with all of it and was excited to try the butter so I opened it. The sight and smell of it was absolutely horrifying. How could such a nice place let butter of all things sit so long that it rots into a rainbow of putrid mold. I don't understand it. It would be one thing if this was a grocery store or a small hole in the wall specialty store, but this is Wally's on Wilshire in the Heart of Santa Monica. With those prices. I brought this monstrosity back into the shop and they barely seemed to react, a muted apology. Then the proceeded to take 15 minutes of my time figuring out how to refund me the item. I've spent lots of money there dining and they don't know who I know - it's LA after all - and they're not offering me a store credit, a complimentary product, or so much as a genuine apology for selling me a literal mold culture. Will not be shopping there anytime soon. Extremely disappointed.

I attended another fantastic wine event with Jackie, where we indulged in 5 tastings of wines from various regions in Spain. Jackie's insightful explanations about the origin and harvest of each wine added to the experience. My top picks were the 2022 Torres Pazo das Bruxas Albarino from Rias Baixas and the 2021 Bodegas El Nido 'Clio' from Jumilla.

Just got home from brunch at Wally's, Santa Monica.
Marcellis is amazing and so accommodating, he even gave up his prime parking spot for me, because valet was not available at the time. The food was delicious. I had the three egg brunch with the thick bacon, potatoes, and baguette, all of it amazing. My date had the hero sandwich. It looked amazing. All the staff was very attentive, and it was just the perfect Saturday brunch. Thanks Marcellis!
We came in on a Wednesday night for a quick drink.
. my friends and I had a long day at work.. and wanted to have a drink before going home to sleep . When we got there they told us they were going to close in 15 min which was fine we just wanted one drink.. our server Andre looked so upset he had to take our order.. he didn't say hi he was not welcoming .. he just said what can I get you.. didn't smile .. you could tell he didn't want to be there anymore.. brought back our drink with the check .. we barely started sipping our drink and host comes to say they were closing down and we needed to close out now .. we just got our drink ! But ok.. we paid and left.. bill was 80 ish for 4 drinks.. we still him tipped 20% .. when he picked up the check didn't even say thank you .. nothing.. no hospitality whatsoever.. besides it being overpriced not coming back

The Waitresses Lack Kindness and Courtesy" I booked a table a few weeks ago and asked if it was the only table available or if there was the possibility of changing. The waitress in question replied that if I didn't take the one I could easily lean on the bar counter" with a very unfriendly manner she slammed the menu on the table and left" (in the end I stayed the same for a seafood risotto and two glasses of white wine) but I don't know if I would go back...

Amazing atmosphere with tall wine walls. Heard a lot of people take their dates here. Pasta was amazing with its complex sauce. Efficient good service. Staff

I have been coming to Wally's for over two decades. We were very excited when Wally's moved to Santa Monica. The first few years were yummy and the educated wine experts were delightful. Sadly things have changed. Arrived at 2:00 on a Saturday. We were asked to wait to be seated because they only had two servers. Tons of vacant seats, most looked like drink only orders and in the 10 minutes we waited no one left and no new staff came on duty. The food was disappointing especially for the price. The Steak Tartare appeared to be a single piece of bread spread with a thin layer of minced steak, cut into 1/4 inch strips. The flavor was ok but was under seasoned and sauced. The Croissant Monsieur was tough and flavorless. The French Fries were lovely. I tried to order a cocktail and they said they were out which I found strange as many other tables clearly had cocktails. The service was great, best part of the meal. I don't recommend this establishment and won't be back
Fine Wine, and Great Times!
This place is absolutely exceptional. The food is amazing in so many different ways from the fine dining aspect of it to just simple charcuterie and wine or cocktails. I love this place and I will continue to come back. The manager was very very nice and I got to meet Jaime, which is the Cheese box manager he is extremely knowledgeable and I’m looking forward to coming there sooner than later

This a great restaurant. It also has a superb wine selection. It has an interesting and varied menu and the staff is very nice and attentive.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Hi, I have a reservation to Nobu Malibu, but since they don't do text or e-mail confirmations I haven't been able to get my reservation posted. I posted a request for a reservation this Thursday between 6:30 and 8 pm and initially the potential seller said it would be fulfilled by today. Now they changed it that they will only fulfill it by 5pm that same day. Basically I would have an hour and a half to get to the restaurant. Is this allowed?

This app is a catfish and overrun by people programming “bots” and algorithms. It makes it frustrating for someone not well versed in this to have any movement.
