Amazing Experience!
Amazing location and beautiful restaurant. The service was brilliant, Stefano helped us choose from the menu and all food was great. He even recommended a sake that was perfect pair with our food choices. Would highly recommend to all of my family and friends and hope to visit again very soon. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Would highly recommend everyone to come enjoy this amazing restaurant. The service was perfect. The food was delightful and I’d like to give a special mention to Stefano who was so incredibly helpful with our meal choices and made our evening so special. We celebrated our valentines here and the atmosphere was perfect. Nothing was too much for the team and Stefano recommended dishes and drinks and cocktails that would compliment each course. Highly recommend and will be retuning very soon!

We had the Japanese themed afternoon tea but we left hungry. For the prices they charge i would expect better quality and more selection. The Japanese egg sandwiche was stale. Not sure what made it a Japanese egg sandwich, it was just a standard egg mayonnaise sandwich. The sushi was average. And the sweets were just ok. All in all not the best afternoon tea in London. Next time we're going back to the Ritz
Be the first to ReplyBest afternoon tea in London - immaculate service!
Me and my partner came here 12/02/23 and were blown away at this afternoon tea. It deserves so much more recognition than what it gets! The food was delicious, authentic Japanese twist on a British afternoon tea. The fish was fresh and tasty, all the sweets were lovely and the scones were freshly baked for us. The chef Paul - who is very talented at what he does - surprised my partner with a birthday dish as our lovely waitress sneakily (in the best way) passed on the message that it was a belated birthday treat. Elisabeth is an asset to the restaurant/service. She couldn’t be more helpful or attentive whilst giving us our space too. Thank you to both Paul and Elizabeth for making our day so special when we didn’t expect it. The food and atmosphere is 10/10 and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area or visiting London. Thank you again. We will be back!

Great food, great location and great service. Shout out to Elizabeth & Francesko. Looked after us and even treated us with a surprise birthday cake!

I went back to Tokii for the second time and sushi chef Kazuyo deliver excellent sushi and maki rolls again.
Be the first to ReplyPoor Treatment towards ethnic staff
If you’re staying in the hotel with a ethnic background and decided to eat here… don’t ! I’ve stayed here for about a week and saw multiple black employees being harassed and overworked. Coming from a rough upbringing, this brought so much distress to me dining here as I saw employees bad mouthing certain employees wise it’s seem as if they were working. It’s should never be accepted for a company to treat their employees like this so I highly recommended if you are planning on visiting this hotel and to eat here… don’t.This is so disheartening as this location is ideal and Japanese culture is close to me but I’m sorry to anyone that is from a ethnic background as this isn’t the place to eat.

Food on average or slightly below. Overpriced. The location is nice, but nothing balances the bill. Disappointing experience

We found the service / atmosphere / food really lovely.
Our waitress Joanna was an absolute Gem and she really made us feel welcome.
Food was absolutely amazing.
Made memories that will be hard to forget.
Very good Sushi
We found that our usual Sushi restaurants were fully booked so we decided to try something else. This little gem came up. It's part of a fairly new Japanese hotel chain and did not disappoint. Ok so the ambiance is not quite like a Sexyfish, however the menu was simple and delicious. The belly Salmon Sashimi we have never had before, was so delicate and tasty. I would recommend you try this place if you like fine sushi, we will be going back soon.

From the moment you walk into the restaurant you are greeted with that fresh and faint smell of ginger that for those of us who have been to Japan surely takes us back there. The restaurant venue was elegant with a distinctive Japanese touch. We were warmly greeted by Elizabeth who showed us to our beautiful table. Menus, drinks and then dishes soon followed. Elizabeth’s colleague Chantelle did the presentations in a clear and friendly way and after that we enjoyed what I consider one of the most unique afternoon teas I’ve had in London. Everything was fresh and tasty. I will definitely come back in the future.
Be the first to ReplyMother’s Day Treat
This was our second time going for the Afternoon Tea and it was even better than the last time! Elizabeth, our server, made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to seat us at a lovely table, which made my Mum’s day. She was also very helpful when we were choosing what tea to drink, even bringing out the pearls for us to see and smell. The food was lovely, the seared tuna brioche being our favourite! The other members of staff were also very kind, lovely service in general. Although we have been twice already we would come back once again!
Be the first to ReplyMother’s day Afternoon Tea
We were so happy with the food and service for our mother’s day celebration. Our waitress Yooulia (sorry is spelling is wrong!) was excellent and she was great at explaining the different food and drinks and she always had a smile on her face. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Next to the busy Oxfordstreet, in a quiet neighbourhood, a luxurious small hide out with excellent service. Try the afternoon tea. Be taken care of at breakfast by Elizabeth your charming host.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing service and food! Would highly recommend. Such a relaxing atmosphere 😊
Amazing food, amazing atmosphere! Delicious food, wine and beer! We had such a great time at TOKii. We would highly recommend to friends and family. Loreley was amazing, so thoughtful and helpful, she made some excellent recommendations that we were amazed with. We will definitely return! Thank you for a great meal.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious food, great service!
A beautiful restaurant - served us delicious food, with lots of flavour. Cocktails were great too. Elizabeth our server was friendly and knowledgeable, whilst still being professional. It wasn’t very busy (we went on International Women’s Day) which is a shame as it’s such a lovely venue to have a meal. Highly recommend you try out the restaurant!
Be the first to ReplyProbably the best Japanese restaurant in London...
This was the best restaurant my wife and I have been to in absolutely ages. All the way through the experience was great. The 2 waiting staff; Loreley and Elizabeth were perfect throughout with food recommendations and helpful tips. We sat at the sushi chef's table and Chef Alex really went out of his way to explain everything to us properly. Lots of really amazing 'Sushi education'! The food itself was incredible - the 'fatty tuna' nigiri and miso black cod for me was amazing. Plus the pork skewers and the Wagyu Nigiri! Just incredible. We ended the night in the lounge bar, where the excellent service continued again. The extra nice touch for our 10th anniversary was a welcome surprise. We definitely want to come again - all in all an absolutely perfect night.
