I have come many times with different people and enjoy the atmosphere. It can definitely get a little louder on game nights. Various seating types available. Couch, standard or high table or bar, lots of seating. Burger, beer and Nachos a-ok.

We were sat at the very back at the bar at 4 pm in a dark corner ? Ordered hot wings which came out cold and so saucy they were terrible the wingetes were ok ish the drumetes were absolutely disgusting red on the bone and so fat grizzly… worst wings I have ever had This is the bar we were told to go to before a Canucks game well I can’t wait to get inside the rink to order a hot dog

We came to watch the Canucks away home opener. Lots of comfy seating from booths and tables and high top seating. The service was very attentive. Lots of TVs and good energy from the patrons.

Really cool modern sportsbar environment. Lots of seating and tv's. We enjoyed the half order of Nachos, fish and chips and poke salad. Great food and service.
Be the first to ReplyFood was good but service was terrible. "We were unprepared"
Had a table of 10 booked prior to the Eric Church concert. We were there for 3 hours and got 2 drinks out of the 3 I ordered. Then to add insult to injury I was charged for 3 and our server said "Oh, you didn't get it?" Wife ordered a bottle of wine and took over 40 minutes and didn't arrive until right before we needed to leave. Food took a long time but was good. Server was nowhere to be found at the best of times and overall service was terrible. After getting my bill, which was not right, she had the nerve to say "We were unprepared for tonight!" I find this ridiculous since everyone had to book a reservation and you knew exactly how many people were coming in. With that, I felt the food was good, which is why I gave it a 3. Service was <1.

Hockey season is back! Enjoyed a great meal @thesportsbar_ra! Started off with their classic nachos. Exactly what you’d expect with fresh nachos smothered in cheese, jalapeño, diced tomatoes with loads of sour cream and salsa. Sooo good and it’s never-ending! Of course, I had the Canuck burger! Canadian AAA beef covered with provolone, caramelized onions, crispy bacon and the usual lettuce, tomato and pickle. Very good burger and yes, it came with a pre-dipped fry in the ketchup! We also had their trainer recommended which is a huge salad with quinoa, kale, apples, sweet potato, cherries and toasted almonds. Tasted pretty good considering how healthy it was! Also couldn’t pass up on their cream lobster roll. A pretty solid lobster roll on brioche! A great place to go before the game and their service is excellent!
Be the first to ReplyPart of Rogers Area - get into the hockey mood early
This is the sports bar that is located inside Rogers Arena. Reservations are recommended but they say you can reserve at 11:30, however the restaurant was not opened until noon. As for the food, it was decent. My beef dip was good. The drinks were good. This is a good place to go only if you are attending a game right after. It really sets the mood for the game you can continue the merriment inside the arena.

We didn’t think we would get a table as it was a match evening but thought we would try before we went to the game. The reception people were great and seated us quickly. The food was really good, we had a cobb salad, foot long hot dog and a veggie burger and all were hit and tasty. The atmosphere is brilliant on the match evening with a real buzz and lots of TV’s. Awesome place.

This bar is located in Rogers Arena with access from the outside concourse. It is super convenient if going to a game or show. You can book a reservation online or if busy, phone. The hostess called us back promptly to confirm our reservation. The service was really quick! They know their clientele are not their to dawdle. Our appetizers came almost immediately and our drinks kept being refilled. The nachos were the best flowers by the cauliflower and lettuce wraps. The fish and chips and Thai curry bowl were ok. It wasn’t really the smartest choice for a sports bar. Now the burger was the best. All in all a great place to eat before a game or show!

We came to watch a basketball game at the last minute. Tables were all full but we were lucky there were seats at the bar, first come, first serve. Great seats in front of the multiple TVs. Excellent service, lots of beer on tap. The food was ok. We had a half order of nachos with all the trimmings and salt and pepper wings. The latter was a little too much heavy batter in my opinion.

We ordered the beef burger, so juicy, and nachos to share while watching a Canucks road game. Good sports bar atmosphere. Lots of TVs and plenty of seating.
