I've just come from Tea in the Living Room at the Peninsula and there are not enough superlatives to properly review it. The room is beautiful and comfortable and welcoming. The service is warm and exemplary without being obsequious. And the food? Glorious! Every bite was perfect. It will be my new go-to celebration spot. I loved every single I spent there.

Loved it and it never disappoints. The food is incredible and the service always superb. Nabil is one of the best servers in Beverly Hills friendly but not intrusive. All martinis wine and cocktails are done to perfection.

Oh, the Roof Garden at The Peninsula Hotel! One of my go to spots for a casual breakfast or lunch. The ambiance of the Roof Garden is simply magical. The menu at the Roof Garden offers a delightful selection of dishes that are as delicious as they are visually appealing. From fresh salads to flavorful appetizers, and mouthwatering burgers, pastas, pancakes, and more. I always order the truffle Mac and cheese that they bring from down stairs, it is one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had! The service at the Roof Garden is top-notch. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to make your experience memorable. They go above and beyond to ensure that you're well taken care of throughout your visit.

The waitstaff is selective as to who they provide excellent service. We waited 15 minutes for water and 20 minutes to order but other parties were serviced as soon and fawned over as they were seated so demographics matter @ this place. It's been more recently that I've noticed the obvious disparity in service so it's intentional and most likely a culture of exclusion being messaged from the top. None of the staff mirror those they serve so they need to knock it off.

Delicious food in a lovely setting with a view of the LA
Delicious food in a lovely setting with a view of the LA skyline and pool. Service was very attentive and prices were reasonable. They provide validation for reduced cost valet parking or you can use the street parking in front of the hotel. Definitely our new favorite spot for dinner in Beverly Hills!
What can I say.
..one of my favorite local rooftop bars. Beautiful setting with great service and casual vibe. My favorite is the chicken quesadilla from the pool menu.

My (then) fiancee and I made a reservation weeks in advance at The Roof Garden to celebrate our marriage with our friends and family -- total party was 12. We decided on The Roof Garden with excitement...this was a once in a lifetime opportunity where friends and family from across the globe were all in one place, having just celebrated our wedding an hour earlier. Unfortunately, The Roof Garden badly missed the mark. We had a terrible experience. I am strongly cautioning anyone from spending any time or money there, ESPECIALLY if you're doing so to celebrate a major milestone in your life. Especially if you don't fit the visibly rich/white archetype, which absolutely made a difference as described below. You only get those moments once, and there are no redos. I wish we could go back in time, but we can't. Specific issues: Extremely poor, inattentive service. The Garden wasn't even at capacity or close to it. We were by far the largest party, yet weren't offered any water and couldn't get our order even taken for 15+ minutes (meanwhile, surrounding tables are receiving attentive service and prompt food/drink delivery) Once our orders were taken, the drinks were made by their single bartender one at a time, taking another 15+ minutes for all the drinks to be made. When it finally came time for the food, several more issues; 1. One member of our party ordered a Steak Sandwich and received Steak and Eggs; had to be sent back. 2. One member of our party ordered a dish that came with ingredients that were unlisted in the menu that the member was allergic to; had to be sent back. 3. One member of our party straight up never received their dish until I hassled several different Peninsula staff members about it. Everyone ate their entire meal before that member even received their dish...we are talking 20+ minutes after food started arriving. And what was their dish that took so long? A turkey sandwich. I spent over 700 dollars for an objectively terrible experience that The Roof Garden and Peninsula hotel did absolutely nothing to make right or acknowledge. They knew it was our wedding lunch, they knew they did badly, they just didn't care. Don't make the same mistake I did; do not go to The Roof Garden or to the Peninsula Hotel.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Anyone can help with payouts, support hasn’t been helpful at all. My funds cleared and I can only retrieve $50 usd a day with a $5 fee and a % per transaction. It would take so long and so much in fees. Thanks!

I am having a tough time contacting and elucidating a response from AT Support. I had a listing at 6pm, which was a mistake as the actual listing reservation was at 11pm. This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this ! Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!

You can only deposit $50 at a time until you earn the “Sales and Low Refund Medal” I believe. Im new to this as well but the ability to deposit more money at once and increase your amount of listings comes with that medal.
