This is a instagram dream that has perfected dessert and cocktails. Wouldn't recommend the entrees. Reservation is required. Came here as a last minute stop and they were able to accommodate us but I highly recommend having a reservation. Hummus platter is good but small so I recommend only sharing between two people. Cocktails are really good. Chicken salad is a dry and salad is basic. Sandwich is missing a good sauce. Desserts are phenomenal. Recommend the sorbet.

Only open until 3:00 pm for lunch and they began vacuuming while we were still eating. Not what I would expect In a restaurant that is in a hotel.
Staff were very rude, every single one of them.
.. until my sister got the manager!! Service was so slow we had to ask for waters and food. Good thing we asked because they lost the order. I could say more but i'll leave it at that. The food was tasty and the ambiance very nice.

Pretty in pink what can you expect it's so cabana feel in here I love the ambience. It's very dim in here with candlelight dinning! The server was very nice. They come and clear your plates a lot which is nice to keep it clean. The appetizers I enjoyed and recommend was the fritta misto and the shrimp cocktail both served with lemon aioli which was great the cocktail sauce had a good amount of horseradish. Dinner was delicious steak frites and the harissa chicken.

Not sure why it's so hard to just reserve a birthday here for 9 guests. It's because Christy Shipment, their events coordinator is the worst. I called and they made me email her. I emailed and she said she couldn't do Sat 1pm but 10am was available. She takes over 24 hours to respond so then I ask what else is available and she told me Sunday. I tried calling 3 times for the fear of losing so much time with her delay in communication. The servers all know me since I kept calling leaving her messages. Finally I emailed saying Saturday 10am would work. Then she emails a day later "sorry someone else booked." Are you kidding me?! After days of trying to get this reservation and her delayed responses and not calling me back and taking a day to respond each time. Now "sorry it's booked." This is an infuriating process and I will never dine here and tell everyone never to dine here as well. I really hope management sees this because they are losing business by bad customer service due to Christy. She should be fired having terrible customer service. I just want the business to be aware of Christy's bad customer service and she probably turned away a lot of guests because of her bad attitude and lack of communication and just overall a terrible human being.

But our server, Yasmine, was rude, unkind, and inattentive. The worst service I've ever received. She forgot to ring in drink orders, and based on how the night went, she forgot to ring in the rest of our order as well. Which is totally understandable given how busy they were, but what wasn't acceptable was how rude she was to us about it. We had multiple long extended periods of sitting with no plates or refreshed drinks in front of us. Any experienced and/or kind server would have touched the table and given us a heads up that the food was coming. Our lukewarm soups were dropped on the table and she never stopped by to ask how it tasted. We waited 40 min for our next course and when I asked about it, she sassed me rudely about how the meal was being "coursed." We waited another 10 min before food came, and yet again she never checked in. The seabass was great, the fries were underdone, mushy, and came out long after the fish. I'm assuming she forgot to ring those in too. We planned our entire anniversary trip around our dinner at the Pink Cabana and it was such a mistake. Our anniversary was never even acknowledged. Thank gosh every other meal we've had in town was fantastic with the kindest servers.

Everything started great, until all the people seated after us not only were served before us but finished their meals before ours came out. When my wife asked the server, Yasmin, to check on our food, instead of apologizing and saying she would check on it, she was extremely rude, and told us it was because we ordered soup starters. I'm okay with the food taking a little longer than normal, I'm okay if the server made a mistake and forgot to ring in the entrees. I am not okay with the server being rude to my wife. The manager came by to apologize and said "he would take care of us" and he did nothing. After our food finally came, Yasmin did not check on us once. After our meals, she dropped dessert menus as if nothing was wrong. I'm baffled by this experience. I have never experienced such rude service. Food was fantastic. Ambiance was great. But it was challenging to enjoy the food when the service was terrible.

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
