Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the fried chicken sandwich. If there's one dish that's a must-try at Glass Onion, it's this culinary masterpiece. Just the thought of it makes my mouth water. The chicken is hot and crispy, with a golden exterior that hints at its recent journey through the fryer. Yet, miraculously, there's no greasy residue in sight--just pure perfection on a bun. Speaking of the bun, it's soft and chewy, providing the ideal vessel to hold together the succulent chicken and all its accompanying flavors. The buttermilk sauce adds a creamy richness, while the crisp lettuce provides a refreshing contrast. And let's not forget about those house-made pickles--tangy, crunchy, and downright addictive.
