Lovely Luxury
Classic and comfortable suite in grand and comfortable surroundings. Staff welcoming, attentive and diligent. Lots of lovely little touches in the room by housekeeping made things very comfortable and easy. Dining was excellent.

This is our second time staying at The Connaught and it’s the only hotel where the service just keeps getting better. Everyone on staff is fabulous and they understand your needs and make every effort to accommodate. Yes, the rooms are small but you won’t get the quality of service and food elsewhere.
Loved The Hotel
From check in until we left, we had the times of our lives at the hotel. We had a contemporary room which was beautifully appointed, the service was out of the world, and the location is the best in London. We will return in 6 months time for another visit.
A perfect afternoon tea to celebrate my birthday
My friend and I visited the Connaught in May 2024 for afternoon tea to celebrate my 60th birthday. We had am amazing time and I'd like to thank all at the Connaught who made the day completely perfect Everything about the day was magical. The food was exquisite, service was amazing and the charm, decor and atmosphere of the Connaught was exceptional I loved the sandwiches and thought beforehand that the choice would be more tasty and appealing than elsewhere . They certainly exceeded my expectations The cakes were beatiful - and this is from someone with a finely honed sweet tooth! I loved the choice of teas and that our waiter recommended different ones for each course And service was so good. From the moment we stepped through the front door, everyone made us feel so special . I particularly appreciated that we were offered us a choice of tables when we arrived. Our waiter explained at the start what would happen, then introduced us to his successor when his shift ended. The pace of the afternoon was just right - we were not rushed in any way,but when we had questions , staff were always there to help us And i loved for my Happy Birthday message - piped in chocolate with an extra cake plus candle ! I had such an amazing day, and thank you again to everyone at the Connaught and
The real 5*
We’ve stayed in hotels that are rated 5* but the Connaught adds extra touches that set it apart, making you realise that many of the others are not. For examples, they offer a welcome glass of champagne, staff knew our names, they made a significant effort in our room and in the amazing Connaught Bar to help us celebrate our 30th anniversary, the delicious a la carte breakfast service and the automatic toilet that anticipates one’s every move! The gym is well equipped. Special thanks to Laetitia for advance planning, Ben in Concierge for conjuring us up a table at the Ritz, Elena our room butler, Ramiro the chef and the lovely breakfast staff in the Jean Georges.

Dreams do really come true.
Having stayed in many luxurious hotels. The Connaught was on my list. So I booked for me and my wife to have a relaxing break , and a table at the. Michelin star restaurant Helin roze restaurant, I am lost for words on the quality and attention to the warm welcome we received. The staff are all very friendly and are in our opinion. On another level. Outstanding, the room was beautiful, we could have not wished for more. They made are stay a memory we will never forget , thank you. 🙏 Now let me just talk about the restaurant, 3 stars is not enough. I’d give it 10 stars. The service was unbelievable all staff members are from another world , there all angels , just beautifully organised, everything is timed to perfection, there all very smartly dressed and are faultless , alice and sally are , just beautiful girls , outstanding service. They treated us so well , made are evening special. Big thank you to them. And to make our evening we were invited to go to the kitchen and meet Marco the head chef , just amazing I thought I died and gone to heaven , big thank you for making my dreams come true. The food is on another level , it’s beautiful, just beautiful, thank you to Marco and he’s chefs for an Evening we will never forget. We will be going back to the Connaught very soon was just amazing, can’t thank you all enough Lee Julie. Xxxxxxxx

Best in London
Outstanding hotel. We stayed for one night and received an upgrade to a room that was basically on a private floor as it was attached to the terrace suite which was unoccupied during our stay. The staff were all incredibly polite and helpful. The food and beverage offerings are world class. I had a medical issue while here and the staff went out of their way to help and called their house doctor to come see me in the room. The only small issue was we were told our breakfast included anything so we ordered truffled scrambled eggs and ended up being charged for that. However, after I told the hotel, they not only refunded the extra charge but they also invited us back for a round of drinks. A top quality experience all around and we won’t stay anywhere else in London from now on.
Wonderful Night at the Connaught
What a wonderful experience, from start to finish. The hotel is elegant, not arrogant. The staff were wonderful, and the hotel will be hard to beat.
Superb people, location and pure class
An iconic hotel! I went to the Connaught with my wife to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We were blown away by the whole experience. We took the Touch of Romance package in a traditional room. Overall the room was very comfortable and luxurious with fantastic bed sheets and every amenity possible, with a great view over Mayfair as well. The location is perfect as it seems 10 mins to everywhere! We used the high end pool and steam room, under the streets of Mayfair! We had a good evening in the famous Connaught Bar and finally a next level breakfast to finish off. Most of all though, the people at The Connaught were outstanding. They have service refined to an art, and are friendly - with a sense of humour as well. Special mention goes out to: Daniel on reception, who was superbly helpful, giving us a personal tour. Danny on the door, a great character who whisked our bags away with just our name, whilst we had lunch at Bacchanalia. Florin could not do enough for us at breakfast and made it very special, and finally, the lady who managed the bar at the Connaught on the 15th April in the evening (we didn't catch her name) - but she was incredibly welcoming and remembered our names many times. Overall a great night in a superb place.
Room is barely a 3 star however hotel areas are lovely
Well…. What can I say - would not recommend the Connaught until after they refurbish the traditional rooms. Our bathroom shower was TINY. Bathroom is the equivalent of a 1* hotel bathroom. Caulking is so old, stains on shower walls etc. Big disappointment. When we checked in for our 5 day stay I asked front desk if a better room in our category became available we would be willing to move ( never happened) The view however from our room was great and bright. The Aman spa was wonderful. Now the room - felt like was in grandma’s home but she didn’t have any style. Perhaps our expectations were too high - but absolutely not a top 50 hotel. Ghere are NO turndown treats ie chocolate (stingy in my opinion) There are numerous other “better” hotels. Another guest and I discussed our rooms and they felt the same - if you are not in a large suite then stay elsewhere. Their 2 sister hotels claridges and Berkeley would be excellent choices. We dined in Helene darroze which was pretty good - but pales in comparison to the michelin star restaurants we dined in while in Paris. Lighting is too bright, service is a bit rushed, flatware was hastily placed each time.
What a top service!
A great hotel in the most beautiful heart of London. Not cheap (but you know that in advance). The success of the hotel is made by the staff: helpful, friendly and efficient. The HR manager does a good job regarding motivation!
Truly exceptional!
5 Star, the staff is friendly and helpful, from the moment you are greeted by the doorman an elevated experience begins. A variety of wonderful bars & restaurants, some of the best London has to offer. Their beautiful rooms are complemented by great bathrooms and tubs! Gym and pool facilities are perfect for starting or unwinding at the end of a busy day.

Incredible service from arrival to departure. Lovely room with everything you could possibly need ( and more ). Fabulous restaurant and bars. Great range of unique cocktails . Beautiful pool and spa. Fantastic central location
Disappointing Stay.
We booked to stay at The Connaught Mayfair with some friends as there anniversary treat. On arrival we were greeted with smiles and lovely conversation from the doormen. We then went to check in and advised reception that we had booked 2 rooms. We asked reception if they received our message to have gifts put in our friends room and they said this had been arranged. We asked if breakfast was included as we thought we had booked for that but were told it was extra so we added that on. Our friends arrived soon after and we were shown around the hotel which is absolutely beautiful with the decor, architecture and history. We were then shown around the spa and were asked by the gentleman showing us around if we would like to book in. I explained i have had knee surgery so this time it would not be an option for me. We were then taken in the lift to go upstairs but the lift broke down, the engineers did arrive quickly to get us out (admittedly this could of happened to anyone ). We were then take to the stairs to walk up. I managed a few steps then my knee gave way causing pain and i could only mange slow steps one at a time which then limited my walking for the rest of the trip. Following this we went to our room only to find the gifts and our friends luggage in our room. Our friends called us and said not to worry we have asked the concierge to change the bags over to which we said no you have to have this room as there were gifts in it which spoilt the surprise. Once in our correct room we were next to some sort of fan outside and my husband cannot sleep with any noise in the room. He then approached reception and was greeted by a lovely Irish gentleman who arranged to change rooms for us when we were out. The following morning we had breakfast at the hotel and during breakfast we noticed other guests were being asked if they would like more tea/coffee etc and were were not asked or offered this during our breakfast, it felt like we were being ignored. I also know they welcome pets at the hotel but to have one on the next table to you at breakfast eating of the table is not something i would expect to see. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels in London but this is not one where we would choose to stay again

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Does support work ?
I am having a tough time contacting and elucidating a response from AT Support. I had a listing at 6pm, which was a mistake as the actual listing reservation was at 11pm. This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this ! This is so frustrating and making me lose hope on AT. Can someone help me please?

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!

You can only deposit $50 at a time until you earn the “Sales and Low Refund Medal” I believe. Im new to this as well but the ability to deposit more money at once and increase your amount of listings comes with that medal.
