Worst service I've ever had.
I've never had a server cut me off not once but twice to tell me, NO we dont do that! I've been to this exact restaurant more than 50 times and have never been treated so poorly. First it started with us asking for "balsamic vinaigrette the salad dressing to dip our bread in" and our server Kari G cutting us off saying, No we don't do that! She didn't let us finish our sentence and continued to tell us how it's company policy. We then replied, can we pay for the dressing? She responded, NO it's a company policy that we can't talk about!! We were very taken aback as we are servers and would never cut off a customer, let alone tell them no so rudely. Kari didn't even try to learn more about the situation. After she turned her back to the table next to us we began to talk about what just happened and that they just magically took away the dressing??? Immediately she turned back around and goes ohhhh you want the dressing, and we were like yes that's what we've been trying to say. Maybe if she listened to us and didn't cut us off we wouldn't be in this situation. Anyway, eventually she got us the dressing and tried to apologize and make the situation better. However, my meal came out wrong and she told us it had dairy on it even though we told her were dairy free. I didn't get to eat my meal and she never checked back to see how the food was. Eventually I was so fed up I just sent it back. She brings the bill later and didn't remove the burger. I asked nicely why the burger was still on the bill. She said that she's been back "multiple" times and could've gotten me something else. Then a girl blonde manger got involved and I explained the situation to her and the manager basically gaslight us. The manager said that "there's just been so many back and forths" but she'll take it off. She also informed us that we could've just payed for the dressing in the first place and we told her we tried to. The manager basically thought we were just being difficult for no reason. We then heard the manager talking to our server right next to us about what we "claimed happened." I've never had such a bad experience at any restaurant and never had a server cut us off multiple times, get our order wrong and then not take it off the bill

Pathetic service, the server got the drinks after dinner was done and was not even apologetic or even bothered to acknowledge that he forgot the drinks. Probably hated his job, we expect cheese cake factory to invest in staff that care about their job. We needed some extra side dishes with the dinner but he never bothered to come back and even check if the food was okay or we needed anything else. Simply pathetic service.
Had good service this last time.
Also really good shrimp scampi. It's always hit or miss. Even with reservations, the host desk was a bit chaotic. Still, it met expectations.

As usual, the food did not disappoint! The prices did seem higher than the last time I was there. I know that is typical in the restaurant business right now. Our server was very attentive and they were extremely busy. I think all tables were full. One thing about this chain is that while it has a nice ambiance, it always seems noisy. I feel it hard to carry on a conversation at times. Of course we bought slices of cheesecake to go! I enjoyed the salted caramel and the coconut was to die for!!

Haven't been here in years and our waiter "Two Scoops" did not disappoint! He steered us in the right direction on everything! You HAVE to order the Korean fried cauliflower as an appetizer. The absolute best thing ever! He had me try the Miso Salmon which I would never have ordered and it was delicious and would order again! The salted caramel cheesecake and the pineapple upside down cheesecake were Devine. Best Cheesecake Factory experience we've had!

Received a call later and the Cheesecake Factory staff expected me to drive 30 minutes each way to pick up what they forgot to include in the to go bag. A terrible ending to an otherwise nice day, since the family didn't get to eat what we ordered.

IF YOU WANT TO EAT "TOGETHER" DONT GO HERE! I travel for work so when I got home today I thought we would use a gift card here & have a nice dinner " together" Well that didn't happen! First it took longer than usual to have our server take our order. Took our order & asked if we wanted bread, of course we said yes, But it didn't come until after my husbands dinner! He also had to ask for cheese & that took awhile to get as well! Me....I didn't get my dinner until about 5 minutes AFTER he finished! Would have been nice to eat "together!" Talked to mgr, she (red curly shoulder length hair) was nice to accommodate us! She did ask if we wanted the gift card back to reload. I told her no thank you we won't be back! Terrible service! Very disappointed!

We stopped by to grab a slice of cheesecake before heading back to our room. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server took a few minutes to check in with us, and he acted like he was somewhat in a rush for 8:30 pm. We grabbed slices of cheesecake to go which probably didn't help with his attitude. We were in and out within 20 minutes I'd say. From what I could see the restaurant looked clean, and every person we interacted with was very nice (minus our server).
It's been years since I've dined at Cheesecake Factory.
I decided to go celebrate my nephew birthday. The quality of the food is not what it used to be in the early 2000's. The chicken alfredo was very bland, it tasted like a TV dinner. The customer service was superb when she would finally come check on us. The waitress was very professional and attentive, but I think she was overwhelmed with so many tables. We ordered drinks right away, and they came out after our food. We had to remind her that we'd placed drink orders. I doubt if I come back to this place. We spent almost 3 hours in this place and that wasn't by choice.

The impossible burger was delicious and the skinny lemon garlic shrimp was absolutely amazing! Of course, no dinner is complete here without cheese cake. The Oreo cheesecake was Devine!

Say what you want about The Cheesecake Factory but when I just want a variety to choose from, overwhelmingly large portions, and banging cheesecake for dessert, this is the place to go. We came on a Saturday evening, knowing it would be packed. They take limited reservations online but we walked in and out our name on the list. For arrive just before 6, the wait of 40 minutes (it was exactly 40 minutes) really wasn't that bad at all, especially because there's a whole mall to walk around while waiting for a text. After we were seated, our waitress came by right away to get drink orders and bring some bread. If you don't know about the Cheesecake Factory bread, you're missing out. It's not like the most amazing bread in the world but it's part of the experience and obviously the two of use gobbled down a few baskets. My husband ordered the bacon bacon cheeseburger and I ordered the Mexicali salad. There are so many decadent things to choose from but I got a salad because I was saving room for the cheesecake. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and of course, the portions are huge and probably meant for two people. I really enjoyed my salad- the dressing had a nice spice to it. My husband enjoyed his burger. We got to the end of the meal and of course it was time for cheesecake. I went for the toasted marshmallow s'mores cheesecake and it was delicious. Chocolaty in all the right aways but the marshmallow fluff somehow cuts through it even though it's also decadent? Idk I guess I won't question it because it was real good. Overall, I love the Cheesecake Factory and I get why everyone loves it. It's weirdly lit, not a lot of room for activities, you're basically sitting on a chair you could put on your back porch, but you don't even care because you're having a good time. Good on you, Cheesecake Factory.

My daughter and I go here often and we are never disappointed in the food or the service. The food is delicious and the servers are very welcoming and friendly. Everyone that I see in here always seems happy and enjoying themselves. It's has times where they are busy and you have like a five minute wait but it's well worth the wait. People are ever so friendly. I definitely recommend going there. The cheesecake is to die for!!
They need to show a small gesture by giving our incredible Veterans a discount on food and beverage!
I took my granddaughter and her family to this restaurant for dinner. Her husband is a retired Marine with over 20 years of service and multiple tours overseas. It was Veteran’s Day, November 10, 2023, and I thought this would be a great treat for the whole family and HUGE thank you to her husband and all Veterans on this special day. To my surprise this restaurant DOESN'T offer any discount for our current or retired Veterans!!! How horrible!! What would a small discount hurt this huge restaurant chain to say Thank You for all our Veterans service??? What a huge disgrace!!!! Pearl

I haven’t had Cheesecake Factory food in a while tbh but I know that’s usually pretty good as well. But came here just for a nice dessert and I had the marshmallow s’mores one with graham cracker and my dad had the pumpkin one. I had a piece of his 2. As usual. Both were delicious.

Yes unfortunately they are finding more and more ways to lock up sellers money. Sell thru rate, refund rate, limiting withdrawal amounts ler day and per month (which for me are the same number which makes no sense). Lot of sellers leaving as you can see from the lifetime sales not really increasing. Most posts on here are frustrated sellers which is not a recipe for success

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Purchased double chicken please for two hours from now and no response from Appointment Trader regarding my name transfer request which I paid for yesterday. I believe the original reservation holder is a bot as it seems like it when i tried contacting directly. Do I have any recourse if they won’t let me in the restaurant?
