We hadn't been to a Capital Grille since the Chgo area & it did not disappoint. I had the Stoli Doli martini, the sliced filet with mushrooms, creamed spinach & Au gratin potatoes. Everything was top notch, the restaurant is beautiful, the server was wonderful & food was amazing just as we remembered it from Chgo. We will be back!

This is a difficult review.
We went for lunch and absolutely enjoyed everything we ordered. Sorry I don't have pictures but I highly recommend the French onion soup and Caesar salad. I asked if they use organic and ingredients. I would think that they do considering the price and insistence on exceptionally high quality. Our lovely server returned with the answer to our question. No, they do not use organic ingredients. Does this mean that the cows are not grass fed? That the produce is covered with pesticides that are not properly washed off? I'm not okay with this. So high prices for low quality. Sorry Capital Grille. I don't understand this at all.
The capital grill is a 5 star restaurant.
Every aspect of it, ambiance, food, and service was perfection. I had the Parmesan encrusted New York Strip. The flavor profiles were over the top delicious. Everyone at the table loved their meal. We were celebrating my daughter and wife's birthday. The restaurant provided a complimentary champagne toast and dessert plate. This experience could not have been better. Shout out to our server Lexi who only added to the positive vibe. I would say run on over to the Capital Grill

.. this is the best of the best and one of a chain. Great service, steaks are among the best- plan on a robust crowd. Parking can be dicey but the complimentary valet service is helpful considering it's located in the middle of a parking lot.

Coffee encrusted filet mignon is the best steak I've ever had... for real... last meal category if one was ever to be so lucky to pick. Large sides- they are to share with the whole table.

The service we received was totally fine but the food was just terrible. I left my entire steak which is literally what I was looking forward to most. It tasted like the meat had gone bad for the 2 orders we placed which were a filet and a ribeye. The only thing that was spectacular was the mashed potatoes. Very unfortunate because my experience in the Miami location was so great I was very excited to try once I moved to Naples but will DEFINITELY not be going back. I did not ask for a refund out of embarrassment but I left my entire steak and honestly should've requested a refund.

We had a wonderful dinner last week at the Capital Grill in Naples. All of us had the filet. Very tender and very juicy. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. The wait staff was kind and attentive. We also enjoyed the "seafood tower" which has another name and I forget...but it was delicious as well. We had 0 room for dessert, but we did order cheesecake which we all had a forkful of! All in all a 10/10 experience.
A Wonderful Evening
From the moment we entered until the time we left after dinner, we saw a well-trained staff tending to the needs of the customers. The staff was friendly and our server was amazing. She had a way of explaining each special making all something wanted to try. We started with the soup and shrimp cocktail. The cocktail sauce had a nice kick to it and the five large shrimp were perfectly prepared. The fig essence along with the onions and mushrooms made our steak even more delectable. Valet was easy and the night was perfect.

This used to be our go-to for special occasions, no more! We were there for our big anniversary. Ordered lobster bisque which was orange coloured slimey glob. We sent it back. Then we had boring mixed greens salad that was ordinary, nothing special. The dressing was almost non existent and blah. The lamb chops, which we have loved for years came burnt black and brown in the middle and so salty they were inedible. That’s when Jasmine, the lovely new manager, came by and saved the day. She took the chops back to the chefs and brought us lovely new ones cooked to perfection and not full of a ton of salt! The complimentary anniversary dessert was just ok, not totally delicious like in the past. Hopefully Jasmine can fix all the errors in the kitchen!
The Best Sea Bass
We made reservations weeks prior to our visit and I was pleased we did during the busy spring break. We were pleasantly welcomed and sat immediately. Frank was our server and was extremely good and you knew he enjoyed his work. We had shrimp cocktail & Caesar salad as starters, steak & lobster, salmon & sea bass (one of the best I’ve had) all cooked to perfection and with delicious flavour. Great service, ambiance & foods

Poor steak and poor treatment
I had high expectations for my luncheon with my wife. We were first given a table in a separate dining room with no one else seated there. The table was the worst one in the room, even though no one else was in the room. The steak was tough, but labeled as prime ribeye. This was suppose to be prime, but was obviously a lower grade. We were very disappointed and consider this restaurant as over rated. Outback had a better steak. I would never recommend anyone go to Naples Capital Grill, there are far better choices. It is not worth the cost or the uneasy treatment of customers being seated in a secluded separate dining room.

Have never had a bad meal there. I frequently bring my visitors there and I recommend it to everyone! Amazing bread basket too (if you are into those things!)
Food quality was excellent.
Haven't had a steak like that in a really long time. Service was impeccable and our waiter was extremely attentive and thorough. He explained all the specials and made them all attractive options. It was a birthday celebration and included a complimentary dessert as well as complimentary champagne for all. Restaurant ambiance was very attractive and the decor was extremely attractive. Looking forward to another visit.

One of the best fine dining restaurant in Naples Florida, We were there our anniversary celebration, the thoughtful celebration card was on the table with small pieces of heart decoration.. Food quality was excellent, best calamari with spicy peppers, sea bass, Filet... Great service by Norby ! thank you ! We can not wait to go back there !

Had Christmas Eve dinner at The Capital Grille this afternoon and had the best service I have ever had anywhere. Alex was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Attentive, personable, knowledgeable, friendly, but not over bearing. We also enjoyed our steaks and wine thoroughly and will be back hopefully with Alex as our server again. Bravo!!!

Big J back at it. I just happened to desire food on this lovely Christmas Eve and decided to treat my family to what I thought would be an extravagant meal. To my Christmas misfortune, Santa did not take favor upon me. Several of us got the steak and were saddened to get a biteful of hardened coal. Same goes for the lamb chops. My sister got the unflavorful chicken with a side of mush (risotto). Also the potatoes were wretched. Their bread n' butter was good and seems to be their bread n' butter. So was the Lobster Bisque. Their waiter was kind and made the experience better. Overall, I was looking for a great meal to top off Christmas Eve, but I think I've been on Santa's naughty list due to all these Yelp reviews. Considering the price, I'll have to give a 2 star for the quality.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
