The Beverly Hills Hotel Reviews from The Last Year

Location is so convenient and the hotel itself is really cute! Food is great too. It has everything you need.
We stayed at the BH Hotel for 2 nights, and the hotel
We stayed at the BH Hotel for 2 nights, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The entrance and seating area are very esthetically pleasing, but also a bit dated. The rooms are lovely, and the staff were accommodating when we requested a pack n play or crib be put into the room. They added both! (The crib was gigantic, though. Too big/high for us to lean over and put baby in) Valet service is pretty quick. My biggest issue is that some valet staff were pretty snobby. If you weren't dressed up and looking "bougie," they eyed you up and down and asked what business you had at the hotel. Pretty rude.
We ❤ the Pink Palace
The most welcoming atmosphere in a historic setting. We spent a few days here in early March for a family trip and it was so special. We love the gardens, the restaurants, the vibe, and attentive service at this signature hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills!
Horrible hotel security is stupid and they will watch you
Horrible hotel security is stupid and they will watch you for going to the restroom and very off feeling that they make you feel. Very uncomfortable. This girl she followed me everywhere I went. Gentlemen in the blue is a supervisor for her came out and complained and understood what I explained the girl was going.
Traveled here for a three week vacation.
Left with many knickknacks and amazing experiences. Definitely made me feel like a princess, and the staff, are so kind and well-trained. I would definitely return next spring. Thank you so much to the concierge you made it so easy!
10 out of 10 right down to the carpet.
For over $1400/night, you can expect top-notch service for the price. I got upgraded to a superior room with patio for my birthday, bottle of champagne, their famous fresh squeezed juices, with a chocolate cake, AND even my friends dog got a personalized biscuits.
A special place...
The Beverly Hills Hotel is my idea of the perfect place. I have written many reviews, and this one is just the latest. We have stayed here countless times over the years, and our most recent visit, during the holidays, was every bit as glorious as every stay we have ever had! Everything about this hotel is awesome, of course. You know it is well-managed as soon as you arrive. The architecture is incredible. Every time I visit, I see more details in the architecture that I love. We have stayed in many room types. On this most recent stay, we were in a junior suite...beautiful space with great outdoor space and convenient to everything within the hotel. It's no surprise, I'm sure, to hear the hotel is beautiful, but what I find most impressive about The Beverly Hills Hotel is the people who work there. They are warm, friendly, and inviting! We have made many friends there at the front desk, in housekeeping, in the restaurants, and on our most recent visit, I even met some lovely people from accounting! We love this place. It's an oasis in the Los Angeles area. Highly recommend!

Holiday
We went with friends to the Beverly Hills hotel and we had an amazing experience at this iconic hotel. The whole customer experience surpassed any and all of our expectations, the hotel is simply stunning and the staff went out of their way to ensure that we had a fantastic time.We had dinner and drinks in the famed Polo lounge and the service and the meal were outstanding! Nothing was too much trouble and we would like to say thank you and well done to an incredible team of people and also the management for taking such fantastic care of us!
World class service
The world class service at the Beverly Hills hotel is unforgettable. The suits offer the true Hollywood experience inspired by their famous guests. The hidden gem, the polo lounge offers amazing food with personal staff service. Five starts to the spa and the outdoor pool.
Nice for a drink, but parking makes it expensive
We decided to go to the hotel to enjoy a drink or two at the Polo Lounge. The bar was nice, with a good selection. I expected to pay a premium for drinks there. What I did not anticipate was that as I got my car back from the valet, they asked for $20. This is with the restaurant validation! There was no mention of this from the valet as I gave them the car. This was totally unprofessional.
We were very dissapointed with the kind of service and
We were very dissapointed with the kind of service and disrespectful attitude of a hotel employee by the name of Omar who claimed to be the head of security. After flying 3000 miles to visit the Hotel for a scheduled business meeting. My co-worker and I were humiliated and embarrassed without cause by the hotel staff member Omar. He appeared to be very young and around or under the age of 30 years old and lacking professionalism, he also did not have any right or reason to harass me in front of people and guest at the hotel. I will not be a guest or make any more event referrals to The Beverly Hills Hotel and I plan to pursue legal actions on the staff member. Its a shame that such a great place would employ these types of disrespectful and unprofessional people to represent them.
This is a beautiful hotel, but the valet wasn't welcoming
This is a beautiful hotel, but the valet wasn't welcoming at all. It was like they were too good or something to notice arrivals. The room we had was mediocre. The shampoos and conditioners were not good for the price you pay to stay there I would of thought they would of had better. The cleaning lady was really good with tidying up for us during the evening which I thought was odd because they usually do that in the morning or afternoon. The food at cabana cafe wasn't good. The hash browns were hard. I would only come here to take pictures.
Warm & Welcoming
I have stayed here about a dozen times over the past 30 years and each visit was for a girls trip. No place better to go to make you feel relaxed and special. EACH AND EVERY team member at BHH is outstanding. Granted, we pay a price to be treated so well, but most of the staff is truly genuine in the way they treat you as a guest. Or.... they deserve an Oscar for their performance :) The hotel is warm and welcoming from the moment you pull up. There are other luxury hotels in the area but they don't have the warm feeling that BHH has. The staff remembers who you are (how do they do that so well with so many guests?) and call you by name; Mrs. Smith, Mr. Jones. The rooms are SO comfortable and well appointed. The only suggestion I have is, if necessary, request a rollaway bed over using the sofa bed. We needed an extra bed for our visit and I was told that the couch was extremely comfortable (as I knew the rollaway's were from previous stays). Unfortunately, the sofa bed is not that great. The lighting systems in the rooms are wonderful - they can be set to one of four settings with a touch of a button. We enjoyed the complimentary bicycles. They made for a fun afternoon. Concierege is AMAZING. Polo Loung and Coffee Shop staff AWESOME. Housekeeping and Front Desk and Bellmen are SUPERB. Past years the pool attendants were really good, but this year they and the staff at the Cabana Cafe were just okay. Fitness center is small but well appointed. One of my travel companions got a massage by John in the spa. She wont shut up about how good it was! In the past I had a really bad experience there and should have spoken up about it. Some of the staff was aware of what happened and it disappoints me that no one came to me afterwards. We checked out the next morning and I was was still in shock at that time so I never stood up for myself. To this day I have a sour taste in my mouth from that, but other than that and one other minor incident everything has been perfect. It's pricy at BHH but well worth it. Splurge and enjoy yourself - YOU WONT REGRET IT!

Draconian policies against women & LGBTQ+ community We
Draconian policies against women & LGBTQ+ community We had been making our rounds throughout LA & everyone in LA was so nice to us. We were so impressed with how the LA people treated us & how refined & elegant they are. We went to the Louis Vuitton store on Rodeo Drive & we made a couple of purchases and they were so kind to us. But, when we got here, to the Beverly Hills Hotel, everything changed for the worst. We arrived to the hotel & the bellhops just looked at us, as though we didn't belong there. They were observant & unhelpful. We wanted to take some photos in front of the beautiful Beverly Hills Hotel iconic façade, and there was a car parked there & I guess they must park a car there 24/7 for security, & they started speaking over a megaphone, "this is private property & you're not allowed to take pictures."So, we stopped and we went up to the Polo Lounge to have a meal. But, they told us that torn denim was not allowed in the restaurant. It's a pool restaurant! It was just a hand in your face the entire time that we were on this property and an unpleasant 'go away' attitude during the whole experience, and guess what, we didn't spend one cent there because they didn't allow us. We went and had a lovely meal in West Hollywood afterwards, You know, this hotel has controversy because of their draconian policies against women and the LGBTQ+ community imposed by properties' owner, Sultan of Brunei Hassanal Bolkiah, in his country. I'm glad we didn't spend any money here & many celebrities have boycotted this establishment.
Best Iconic hotel and service in BH.
The hotel consistently exceeds my exceptions and level of service time and time again, noting a VERY personal touch of caring! The rooms are great (very comfy) Executive superior and above! It’s old schools Hollywood meets new stream comfort! The concierges and entire support team makes you feel like a superstar! ***** 5+ Stars
simply impeccable
I returned to celebrate my 30th birthday and it was a sublime experience. I stayed in a Bungalow which I highly recommend, the atmosphere is from other times, the impeccable service, refined details, excellent breakfast
Amazing as always, unpleasant encounter with gift shop employees…
My partner and I visited the Polo Lounge twice in June 2022 (visiting from the UK) and were so impressed with the whole of Beverly Hills that we returned again for two weeks and visited another few times for dinner reservations. We were treated like royalty throughout each visit, the employees and concierge were so friendly and bubbly, the food was to die for (I’d recommend the soufflé for dessert!) and there are so many wonderful things to say about the people there, the food and the overall experience. We were, however, left with a very sour taste in our mouths this morning when we returned to buy some souvenirs from the gift shop downstairs. The girls on the desk were very unwelcoming and came across extremely rude and unhelpful - we did feel like they didn’t want us there. They chewed their gum and didn’t bring their eyes up from their screen when we tried to ask them the prices of the gifts and even upon checkout they were extremely abrupt. We usually do not come on to write negative reviews, especially in somewhere like this where we enjoy so much, but I just want others to beware of this. For this reason we have chosen to give 4 stars but I want to make it clear that the Polo Lounge and the employees upstairs provide a 5-star service always!
Expensive stay
My husband and I have been visiting The Beverly Hills Hotel regularly since 2005. Sometimes 2-3 times a year. We live in Denmark, but love California, and especially The Beverly Hills Hotel. One thing I don’t understand, is how expensive it has become. In 2017 we paid 675$ for a superior room with balcony. Today we have to pay double! So this September we shorten our stay from 5 to 3 nights, because of the high prices. That makes me sad, and I am wondering why the prices have gone so high? Best Wishes Gita Elimar Denmark 🇩🇰

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

When it says working on bid, it means there are people looking to fill it.
