Food was terrible , definitely not fresh. Servings were small and drinks were also small, even the coffees were very small

Lovely location for alfresco dining if the weather is lovely. The food was delicious, drinks were delicious too. The view of the river and Tower bridge make it lovely location. Staff were lovely but service a bit slow as it got busier.
Be the first to ReplyTasty Tavolino
My friend and I went to Tavolino for the first time tonight and we really enjoyed it! I had the slow cooked beef ragu, my friend had the spicy ‘nduja and burrata pizza, and we shared a tomato focaccia with olive oil for our starter. It was a delicious dinner. The peach Bellini was quite strong, but a lovely flavour 🍹 Tavolino is in a brilliant location with lovely views of the river and is conveniently close to London Bridge station. The seats were comfortable and all of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Thanks Tavolino!

I loveTavolino ! Have been going for years and it is our family favourite. Nerea and Marc have really made it a proper ‘go to’ local - delicious food and great wine list. Witout talking about the view from the restaurant.. breath taking !! It’s tough in the current climate and they continue to do an exemplary job - from to manger to all team members .. merci . Could not recommend it more highly :)
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing service
My first visit was with my son for a Mother's Day Lunch which was very good. Second visit disappointing. Mid-afternoon so not too busy but had to wait whilst 3 servers, standing about 10 feet away, had a conversation before one came to take our order. When it arrived mine was incorrect and was returned. Waited around 15 minutes for a replacement, having chased it up with another server. Food is good but pricey for the size of the portions. This is the first time in a long time that I have asked for the service charge to be taken off.

We booked for an early Saturday meal after going to see Guys and Dolls. The restaurant is very close to the theatre with excellent views of the river and Tower Bridge. We turned up half an hour early which didn’t cause a problem and were taken through to our table, We ordered some focaccia as starter and then beef shin ragu and vegetable lasagne, Service was very friendly, attentive and prompt and the food was pretty good. We enjoyed our meal and time with you.
Be the first to ReplyTavolino - Breathtaking Views, Exquisite Dining, and Unforgettable Experience
Tavolino, located near Tower Bridge, truly lives up to its reputation for offering the best views in London. The restaurant might be a bit challenging to locate, but trust me, the effort is well worth it. The panoramic vistas of the city and the iconic Tower Bridge are simply stunning. Apart from the captivating views, Tavolino impressed us with its excellent service, creative drinks, and delightful Italian cuisine. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a memorable dining experience. For appetizers, we ordered zucchini, fries, and squid, accompanied by two exquisite gin-based cocktails recommended by our server. Tthe entrées were just as good as the tasty starters and drinks. Will e thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Tavolino undoubtedly ranks among our top three favorite restaurants in London, alongside Quilon and Clos Maggiore. Don't miss the opportunity to visit this exceptional Italian restaurant, where the exquisite dining experience is matched only by the awe-inspiring views. See photos below
Be the first to ReplyIncredibly expensive for something I could have made at home - but better.
Lovely ambiance and atmosphere. Cocktails were delicious. Enjoyed my pasta dish but sadly was under-seasoned. Asked for a salt and pepper grinder (none were already on the table which I thought was odd) however I ended up having to ask again for the grinders as they took a while to come. We ordered a garlic bread to share on our table of 4 but the size of the garlic bread would have been ideal for one person to have accompanying their main meal - for the price, that's quite disappointing. Overall portion size was quite small for the price which again was disappointing because you'd expect more food for the higher price point of their menu. Same goes for the dessert. I ordered a cheesecake and effectively got crusted up biscuit in the bottom of a cocktail glass with some cheesecake topping plopped on the top. Shame as the taste was alright, it was just so expensive for the miniscule portion amount.
Be the first to ReplySplendid view but don't stop there to eat
We had a vegetarian lasagna dish. They were tasteless and overcooked. Not even gratinated. The orrecchiette dish with tomato sauce was insufficient and just cooked. Certainly the view of Tower Bridge is magnificent but otherwise move on. The staff very friendly and sorry for us.
Be the first to Replylovely lunch great view
Even as a last minute decision to eat here on my own I was given a great table with a wonderful view. Really enjoyed a new dish I tried , the monkfish carpaccio starter which is a bit different but great and very refreshing . Nice to see pacheri on the menu not with the usual sauce but again really really good. The white mandrassi wine is good value and can never eat here without having the deep fried courgette (zuchini fritti) as a side Allthe team that looked after were brilliant but special mention to Tasrin who made sue I was well looked after and so cheerful with it as well as so professional,What an asset to Tavolino she is .Many thanks Tavolino.lovely
Be the first to ReplyPerfect pizza and a great view for the price!
We had not ordered, but were welcomed by pleasant waiters. We received good help in the ordering process and everything went painlessly. Most of us ordered pizza, very good one. One of the best the undersigned has eaten, went for a vegetarian. Fair prices and an absolutely fantastic view of Tower Bridge and London by night. Recommended!

Chose the restaurant as it was close to our hotel and I’m really glad that we did. Birthday meal and I’d requested a window table which was arranged, along with a happy birthday desert. View absolutely fantastic and food very good. Red prawn tagliatelle highly recommend
Be the first to ReplyFabulous lunch at Tavolino
Beautiful, classy restaurant with stunning views of Tower Bridge! Our lunch was delicious and the service impeccable. We chose the home made focaccia and the fried caciocavello cheese with honey - both tasted incredible! The pan fried cod, zucchini fritti and (huge) stonebaked pizza with burrata were also delicious. The waiter kindly bought us a surprise dessert for my daughters birthday. Prices, as expected for London. I would highly recommend and we will return! Thanks guys.
Be the first to ReplyBig prices small portions mediocre food
View of the river is great but it's another restaurant serving really bad value along with meh food. Service okay, loos nice but £70 quid a head and left hungry
Be the first to ReplyLovely place to have good food
Spectacular view and good food , not cheap but for the position I was very happy to pay it .. I guess that front of the house staff is not interested in you as a guest however I will be more than happy to visit when I am in town!
Be the first to ReplyPoor value for money
Food portions were very small. Ordered some pappardelle with cream and porcini mushrooms. The mushrooms instead of being chewy were slimy and bitter. Service ok
Be the first to ReplyVery disappointing
Food was dreadful. Dry, overpriced and shocking customer service. Didn’t care about feedback, just wanted us out so that they could fill the table again. The fried cheese starter came with no dip or side sauces, the pizza had no tomato or sauce as a base and was very dry and unappealing. It’s a great location overlooking fabulous London iconic views but wild horses wouldn’t take me back. Massively overpriced for what it is. The staff have obviously not been trained and haven’t a clue about service. Sort yourselves out Travolino otherwise customers will never return.

Small details matter when you're treating friends and family to a meal out...all the food was delicious, but it's rare to get fresh Focaccia this good. Not cheap, but frankly not expensive either given it's London with a direct view of Tower Bridge.
Be the first to ReplyPoor value for money
The location of this restaurant is fantastic. The staff was friendly, attentive and professional. The bar area is very pleasant, so is the layout of the dining area. However, it stops here. The food portions were very small and lacking in vegetables. Poor vegetarian choice too. However, what really annoyed me is that we had come to be with a couple of friends we had not seen for three years. We wanted to enjoy one another's company and catch up on news. However, the music was very loud and we ended up shouting at one another. If you want to avoid talking to your partner, this is ideal...
Be the first to ReplyLovely family meal
We visited Tavolino this evening for a special meal with family visiting in London. We all thoroughly enjoyed the pasta (can recommend the spicy pork one!) , the wine was great and the waiter was incredibly polite and friendly. I didn’t think the desert menu was especially exciting (lots of mousses and ice creams - would have loved to see a tiramisu!) but my parents really enjoyed their lemon mousse. The atmosphere was relaxed and the view incredible (overlooking Tower Bridge) - ideal for people visiting the Capital who’d enjoy the iconic backdrop. Our family certainly appreciated it.
Be the first to ReplyWhat a fantastic Italian highly recommended
Wow we called up to book a table for 3 due to the booking website showing full, sure enough they accommodate us for 6:30. Upon arrival we were greeted by wonderful staff and taken up to the first floor dining area (it’s a must for the view). The staff were very attentive and friendly, we did not feel rushed and also we did not have to wait for drinks and food orders taken. The food presentation and the taste was some of the best we have ever eaten. I had the Spicy pork and ‘nduja ragu tagliatelle for a main and WOW it was amazing. We had no complaints at all about the service, setting, food, drinks etc and we as a family with a 10 year old daughter would highly recommend this restaurant. Thanks Tavolino staff.
Be the first to ReplyJust don’t do it
Uninterested staff who didn’t want to be there or serve you. One meal came extremely cold, when it was brought back out warm my partner had finished their meal which was a shame. No discount or apology, and forced to pay 12.5% service charge on top of the whole bill. Avoid!
Be the first to ReplyExcellent location with nice food at reasonable prices
Eating nice Italian food with a great view of the London Bridge! The food was well cooked and tasty although some more options could be added to the menu. I expected that location and scenery would be reflected in the bill but I was wrong! 3 starters, 4 mains and 2 desserts with soft drinks £110! Highly recommended especially during the night tat lights add up to the scenery
Be the first to ReplyFabulous atmosphere
Fabulous food, service and value and the views are outstanding. Definitely recommend the cacio e pepe. Staff were really attentive and the quality of the food is excellent.
Be the first to ReplyBest Vegan Pizza!!
Great buzzing atmosphere and fabulous view.
Vegan pizza (with extra fresh chillies) looked a little dull but WOW was it good!! Probably the best pizza I’ve ever had!
Lovely, friendly service.
