Very good
We were recommended by some friends, who frequent this restaurant. We really weren't disappointed by the quality of the food. The seafood rice was very good. The service was 5🌟.

Great, I highly recommend it. Good value for money, a colleague and I shared the shrimp moqueca, accompanied with rice which was great, fresh fish and excellent sauce. The grilled grouper was great and came accompanied with roast potatoes, breadcrumbs and vegetables. I will certainly return.

Excellent restaurant. We went after seeing the good reviews, and we loved it. Everything we ordered was great. Very rich, abundant and well presented dishes. Extensive menu and great variety of fresh fish and seafood. Good attention. Totally recommended.

Poor quality starters, poorly prepared food, expensive, exaggerated price of fish, in a land of fish, monkfish rice is made from frozen fish

Quality/price disappointment
I went to this restaurant with high expectations because I saw the reviews and thought it was a good place to try, but I was very disappointed. First I ordered a Bacalhau Chora and some grilled squid and after waiting for 1/2 hour they showed up with the squid and I asked for the chora and they had forgotten about the order... I said that now I didn't want it because the squid was already ready and I was surprised that When I was about to serve myself, the side dishes, such as the potatoes, were practically cold and the squid were tough and hard... after all this, they presented me with a bill for half a kilo of squid (2 squids) for €27... in other words, a steal... Quality price left a lot to be desired

Excellent restaurant if you like seafood and fish. It's not affordable for everyone, but the fresh produce is there. Attentive and welcoming service. I highly recommend it.

Very busy restaurant, with good dining room. Good decoration and comfortable. The Service is competent. The food is very good.
Not worth it
We have been in Portugal for several days and experienced great food and service but this place was the worst we experienced. The menu is set only for 2 or more people so you can’t get your own meal. The wine list is an iPad. The waiter couldn’t explain the food so we had to guess and we thought we were getting grilled fish and rice but it came in a big pot like a stew but it wasn’t the fish stew on the menu. The flavor wasn’t even that good and made us feel nauseated after. It might have been fresh fish but you couldn’t taste it in the stew.
Freshest Fish We Ever Had
Need a reservation but this is authentic Portuguese seafood! Fresh fish that you select from the ice case, seafood rice to die for, excellent service. No rush to turn over tables even though they were turning away customers. If you are in Nazare, this is the restaurant for lunch or dinner!
Best Moqueca EVER1
After getting used to the total lack of service that is typical in Portugal (I'll never understand this) I can say that this restaurant did not disappoint. I had the best moqueca I've ever tasted. It was the only dish at the table and I can't imagine having anything that could have rivaled it.

Wow, that is very concerning. Your numbers look fine as far as sell through rate and positive sales at 100%. Did you check the track payments to see if anything on there? I have had plenty of issues so far as a seller and it is very hard to get a reply unless you keep asking over and over and over before the ticket closes after 24 hrs. Someone on here was mentioning a class action lawsuit against AT and that got us some replies. I revently asked why my weekly and monthly cashout limits are the same and got no response. Makes no sense to keep selling if you cant get your money. Overall very sketchy and what many people have been saying.

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Does anyone know what it is? On Resy, it says 24 hours or less will be charged $25/guest.
If I go to cancel a reservation (out of curiosity), it gives you up until 30 mins before the stated reservation to cancel penalty free.
As a Seller, do I get the final say in whether or not to accept a bid?
I.e., if I were to put up a reservation with some asking price and it were to be matched with a bidder, would I have full discretion to decline to make the sale without penalty for any reason?

I signed up for AppointmentTrader at this minute exactly three years ago and have logged in over 134,000 times since (btw @FluffyStar64 signed up three minutes later and logged in 202k times, go figure wives tend to show you whats up!) and effectively spent every waking hour on the platform since then!

I could not be any more excited to keep building this cool platform with all of you and am looking forward to many updates this year that will make for even more opportunities to work together.
While I know sometimes new guidelines are not everyone's favorite - we ended up being the first platform in the world that was able to scale the 'secondary timeslot trade'.

I bid on a reservation for this past Thursday around a week ago. By the day before, I still had not heard anything back, so I made a different reservation on my own with a cancellation fee. Later on, I got an email that someone could fulfill my reservation request. I didn’t confirm anything because I already had my own reservation. Today, I got a $100 no show fee charge from Appointment Trader. I’m confused why I would be liable for a cancellation fee for a reservation I never confirmed??

I see with my user status I can only cashout $1,500 a week. However is my monthly linit also that same $1,500? That doesnt make sense. Why even have caps, the sales went thru and its 2 days after by the time you release the hold to me. The monthly cap of $1500 (if thats what it is) really limits your good sellers profit potential as of that $1500 only a fraction is profit as the reservations cost a lot to reserve anyways at Carbone and Torissi.
Hoping the weekly is $1500 and the monthly is a glitch you can fix for me.
