Fantastic Dinner
A wonderful location with an incredible sea view,a really well done service managed by Carlitos that suggest us the best food choices. A very professional and kindly waiter. We will come back 100% . A top destination to raccomended
Be the first to ReplyNice spot for a sunset dinner
We ate here twice during a one week stay. Very good food and service on both occasions and a nice view for a sunset dinner. St Georges Bay does not seem have many good restaurants or to be aiming for this kind of price point in the market so quite a pleasant find.

Service was really good Food was excellent well presented and really tasty Not the cheapest by any means Bar stocked with premium prices
Be the first to ReplyLovely view but disappointing vegan food
We had a disappointing experience unfortunately. We booked because of the vegan section of their menu, but the food when it came was bland and lacked the care and attention to detail that you would expect from a nice restaurant. For example, the 'vegan lobster' was simply steamed cauliflower that had been tossed in soy sauce and chilli - something I could have made myself at home and definitely not worth 24 euros. There were a few other minor things too, such as being charged for a full bottle of wine instead of the one glass that we had. Definitely expected better food and attention to detail from somewhere that holds itself out as 'Michelin-plated'.

We had the degustation menu which was absolutely great. Don’t miss this restaurant if you want to try a different test. The menu is 85 euro and wine Pairings is 40€. View is great. The service is not matching a Michelin star but food close the gap
Be the first to ReplyAn amazing fine dining experience in malta
Beautiful restaurant. It was a special evening and they made it even more special. Beautiful views, the tasting menu was perfect and the service from our waiter David was fantastic.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. A break in St Julian’s would not be complete without visiting Susurrus. Excellent food, excellent service, lovely location, beautiful views.

really good service and nice atmosphere with a nice view, however food was not up to our expectation for the money spent. Tastes were quite bland considering that it should be south american cuisine.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent service - great tasting menu
Really enjoyed the 8 course tasting menu with drinks paring. A couple of dishes not to our taste and one fish dish was served with a cocktail which was a shame as it didn’t match the dish at all. Food was fresh, fragrant and interesting. Service was fantastic. Pricey but worth it.

Love it! Everything that you expect from a fine dining restaurant is to be found at Susurrus. The service is top-notch and very attentive, the drinks are well-made and the food is to die for! I’ve been to Susurrus a number of times and I was never disappointed. There last visit was in December 2021 for New Year’s Eve Dinner and the service and food were top-notch as ever plus we were surprised by fireworks done appositely for Susurrus. This is what a fine dining restaurant should be.

December Sunday lunch on a clear day. Great views over the bay and sea.
Around twenty people in the restaurant so a little quiet but great musical accompaniment by Kikko.
Went for the tasting dish. Worth it - incudes in which - fantastic Sea Bream, Tuna, Prawns and a delicious fillet of beef course. Pasta dish of pork belly also a treat.
Rounded off with a pineapple dish, ice cream and pina colada sauce.
Service outstanding. Sancerre perfect accompaniment.
Fully recommend. Any time of the week.
Fantastic Restaurant
Had the taster menu with the wine option - just incredible. The food was simply outstanding as were the staff, the views are great and the atmosphere in the restaurant is gorgeous - highly highly recommend
Be the first to ReplyAwesome experience with the 7 course tasting menu
Very nice atmosphere in the guest room despite darkness and heavy rain outside. Very good and friendly service staff. We had the 7 course journey through South America menu, and we all loved every single course. Outstanding quality in raw materials and preparation. The 70 Euro are very adequate for this level of cuisine, the wine pairing is highly recommended. Our best food experience during our one week stay in Malta.

Really delicious vegetarian options, with surprising combos and flavours. We were given great service. Would recommend.
