The steak salad was filling and service was amazing for there to have been 11 of us. Super accommodating, and the white sangria is the BEST.

First I want to say I haven't never once felt inclined to write a review on any restaurant. I am not a picky eater or one to ever complain. I met up with friends for dinner here. I ordered the 16oz New York Strip Steak my friends had the 22oz Ribeye Steak.We all order our steaks medium rare. We had a Tuna Stack and Steak Rolls they were both enjoyable. When our steaks came out my friends steaks came out just right and they were very pleased. When I cut into my steak it was medium well. I was paying $50 for a steak I just wanted it to be right. So I told my waitress that I had ordered my steak medium rare. I should have just eaten it. There must have been some miscommunication between me and the waitress or the waitress and the kitchen. because she brought my steak back out WELL DONE as though it had been nuked in the microwave or warmed in the oven. I was very calm and receptive throughout the whole encounter not be condescending or rude. So I asked again if I could have my steak medium rare I may have mentioned described it as a little rarer than medium. When the steak came out I felt I was being messed with this at the point and just wanted to walk out and forget the whole thing. The steak was brought out set at the table and I was given a bow from a man .What I was assuming was the manager with no word said it felt very condescending . The steak was seared. And completely rare. When I say rare I mean it was cold to the touch. There is not in reasonable reason as to why anyone would want a steak like that. Without explanation and verifying that any person would be okay with a steak like that. They took it back and brought it out at what they describe as rare plus one. I gave up. I just wanted my steak medium rare. I tried to stomach some of it with some horseradish that had been left on the table. I paid for my meal reluctantly. And left a 20% tip. I took the steak home maybe my wife could warm it up and eat it later. I was going to risk ordering a meal to take home for her. There is no way that I would return again. Me and my wife had been looking for another date night spot.We frequent Jim's place grill and southern social. Looks like we will stick to them. I have never had an experience like this before. At any restaurant ever. Oh

Fries were best part of meal. A little too much cheese on burger. Will definitely be back!

Highly recommend! Took my hubby to lunch & we had a large variety of meals to chose from the menu. Appetizer was deviled eggs. Excellent!! I got a salad (fresh & plentiful.) Hubby got a hamburger which was very good and filling. The service was incredible, restaurant was stylish and very clean! We will be back!

The service is always great and my wait time is slim to none (maybe I'm lucky!) Out of all of the times I have been, I can't believe this is my first review. I guess I've been so caught up in the consistency that I've forgotten to highlight my favs! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Stoney River in Germantown, TN, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. As someone who has been living in Memphis for almost 5 years, I was excited to try this restaurant for the first time. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was going to enjoy my experience. The menu offered a wide variety of options, and the selection of martinis was impressive. After much contemplation, I decided to go for the steak salad, but I wanted to make it even more special by adding shrimp. The staff was accommodating and gladly added the shrimp to my salad. It was a delightful combination, especially with the flavorful Dijon dressing. The portion size was generous, and I found myself getting full quickly. However, I couldn't resist starting off with a glass of Austin Hope Cabernet, one of my favorite wines. The price was reasonable, and it set the tone for a wonderful evening. I later transitioned to the raspberry lemon drop martini, which quickly became a new favorite of mine. The overall experience at Stoney River was fantastic, and I am already looking forward to my next visit. Although I am currently out of town, I have already made plans to return as soon as I am back in town. The staff provided excellent customer service, and the ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and comfortable. I highly recommend Stoney River to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. Whether it's a special occasion or just a casual night out, the combination of great food, attentive staff, and enjoyable atmosphere makes Stoney River a top choice in Germantown, TN.

I am walking distance from this restaurant and today while on a walk I decided to pop in with my boyfriend. Absolutely the best service, clean immaculate bathrooms and the food was so flavorful. Hands down I will be back.

Steaks are great (try the coffee cured filet). The stacked cheeseburger is a good option if you're looking for something less expensive. The ahi tuna salad is another good option (with a side of their deciduous fries). Service is always wonderful. We typically sit at the bar and have a nice time.
Food was good, as was the ambiance.
Service was just ok, attentive and polite but there was no personality whatsoever there. We felt as if we were interacting with a table robot that you'd find in a tech centered restaurant in Japan. Fits that old cliche, "The lights are on, but nobody is home." It really isn't that hard to crack a smile and pretend to have a personality, but in this part of the country that's a rare thing I'm finding.

Went there the other night for a business dinner with a customer. Steak Frites were excellent as well as the steak roll appetizer. It is quite loud so conversations are difficult. I only took off one star because the service was lacking. Dinner was nearly 3hrs long because our waitress kept disappearing. She took half of our tables drink orders and then disappeared for 20min. She had to be flagged down to get the rest of them. after we were all done it took another 30min to get the check. We had to get a manager to just get her to give us the check. Lucky for her it was a business dinner otherwise it would have been a very sad tip on a $350 bill. Still wasn't a great one but it was more than she deserved.

SALTY BROCCOLI: RUNNING OUT OF BREAD
A nice place to have dinner. The food was good. The Plank Salmon was delicious but the Broccoli had too much salt. It should be seasoned to taste. Not too salty or bland. Why does Stoney Rivers run out of BREAD? This should be an ongoing process for diners. I could tolerate the Broccoli even though the waitress ask to redo it but I chose not to. Going back again and hope the Broccoli is seasoned to taste and tender.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
