The staff was so pleasant and efficient - they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that it all came out right. We got the White Cheddar Pimento Cheese appetizer which was out of this world amazing! Had an amazing kick to it, and paired so well with the dusted chips. A great size and lots of chips - we would definitely come back for this alone. We also split the Bison Burger (with boursin cheese!!!!) and it was everything. The burger itself tasted amazing, but the toppings were so original and paired well together. Great ambiance, great service, phenomenal food!!

A little cramped for seating but that's to be expected when you make great food. Also our server Jake went above and beyond and could be a vintage model. I get the hurt locker, or the hangover and both are amazing. Great fries, mac, etc.

I came to Knoxville with my family to check out the University of Tennessee, and I came to the conclusion that if I attend the college, this will be my go-to restaurant. I am a very picky eater, especially when it comes to burgers, but I found that I absolutely love this place and their food. Before I even talk about the burger, I love the fact that you can choose fries or onion rings as the side to your burger with no additional upcharge. We also had the option of half-and-half. Lots of places will upcharge for onion rings, so I was pleasantly surprised at the fact that the price was the same. The fries were delicious and crispy. I ordered the steakhouse burger after going back and forth between that and a salad. I am so happy I chose the burger. The bun was extremely tasty. I do not know what kind of bread was on it, but it was so delicious. It had a bit of a sour twang to it which mixed so well with the patty juices. I typically do not opt for onions on my burgers, but the fried onion strips were so delicious that I wanted more with every bite. The patty was cooked perfectly to my liking and was very high quality meat. This burger was the best burger I have eaten in a very long time and overtook the number 1 spot held in my mind. The service here was extremely nice. The staff are all very helpful and kind. The waitress we had at our table was very good at her job. She was very attentive and quick with her service. The seating arrangement is probably the worst part about this restaurant. The seats feel really cramped especially with the one side being up against the wall. I wish that there was a little more room for each table to be spread out because I did not like the fact the the people sitting next to us were giving me and my family dirty looks (lol). I think a wider space would prove beneficial for this restaurant. Overall, I will be coming back here every week if I end up in Knoxville. Super delicious!

I got the Billy and he got the hurt locker and both were perfect. The up charge for the duck fat fries is worth every penny. We both can't stop raving about the buns. THE BUNS!!!

Their menu choices offer something for everyone. I love their burgers and chicken and waffle sandwich. The duck fat fries are scrumptious.

Kids got Mac and cheese and a kids burger. All the food and drinks were very good, the kids were split on the max and cheese, it was heavily seasoned but very good. Tables are a bit small.
We loved this place.
I found this spot thanks to Yelp. When I told the hotel bartender where we were having dinner she said it was her favorite spot. We will definitely try this place again. BTW- I rarely give a five star, but this place really is that good.

I've been here numerous times and the food has always been amazing! Service has always been great and everyone is friendly. Ambience is welcoming, relaxed, with low lighting. It can be a bit loud with a full house.

Wanted a good burger joint with whiskey options and this fit the bill. Mixed reviews from the fam on the burgers: My Free Bird turkey burger was delicious and juicy, Hubby's Bison Burger was cooked to medium perfection, Sons Hurt Locker mediocre. The best part was Chloe the waitress who was incredibly animated and highly decorated in St Pattys day regalia. Typical Bar Bistro vibe with plenty of high top tables.
Food was delicious.
The spicy margarita was really good. The services was quick and attentive. We sat outside and enjoyed the patio.

Although crowded, got a seat at bar for three of us right away. A hazy IPA followed by a happy hour old fashioned was excellent The barmaid even flamed the orange twist before serving it up. The Bernie burger with half rings and half fries was spot on. The heat of the fried jalapeño and tang of the blue cheese and smokiness of the bacon was as good as any burger I've ever eaten. Although I could hardly open my mouth wide enough, I did manage. I'm in Knoxville a few times each year and come here every time and I've never been disappointed.

The place is in the heart of the Knoxville Entertainment area, close to campus with ample parking in the adjacent garage The place was packed on a Wednesday night, 7pm We got seats at bar and ordered a Catawba ale, was terrific as usual The menu consists mostly of burgers and chicken sandwich's I opted for the Steakhouse (cheddar and A1 w Onion straws Wife had the Mother Clucker, chicken w aoli lettuce and tomato My burger was medium as order with a fresh bun and cooked to perfection, the a1 was perfect and complimented did not overwhelm It was one of the best I have ever had My wife's sandwich was HUGE, the biggest chicken sandwich I had ever seen, she loved it and said it was a top 5 I had onion rings as side , they were good but wife did not care for her fries In short: GO!

Blair was absolutely wonderful and was non stop busy but never missed a beat. For our first visit she made it wonderful from beginning to end and even went out of her way to sell us a beanie we bought. My husband had the bison burger with Duck Fat Fries, I had the shroomin burger with duck fat fries. We also had the crispy shrooms. Outstanding all around.
Perfect Lunch
Stopped in for a late lunch before seeing John Crist at the recommendation of some friends. Definitely a winner! Our burgers were amazing. Hubby had the bison. I had the ‘Shroom. Fries were fresh cut and onion rings were crispy!

Burgers are amazing!! We showed up early so no one was there. The server was all ours. I can only assume they normally do very well with their customer service. Fried Pickles- was so good Wings- great flavor- but there were some wings that were cold. Onion rings- so good Fries- basic The classic bacon- 🥓 juicy and delicious The Big nasty- HUGE - a little dried! Overcooked! Made medium well, but it was still good!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
