Be sure to check out their lunch menu!
We stopped for lunch and found their lunch specials affordable and really delicious. We don't normally visit steakhouses but we had a hankering for a burger and it was perfect.
Be the first to ReplyGood, but stupid expensive.
Expensive for what it was. If you can get past that, it was good. The dry-aged ribeye was excellent, as was the Lobster Linguini. Not sure it was worth $110 and $70, respectively, but it was good. The wine list has some nice offerings, but at 3.5-4x retail markup. Or more. Dinner for 2, with drinks, wine, tip, and valet was only $450 - because we showed restraint. If it wasn't a business expense, I probably would not visit again, just because it's so crazy expensive for what you get. But who's complaining? If you want a really good steak at a "just" outrageous price, there are plenty of other options. If you want glitz and don't mind giving a pint of blood or one of your grandchildren, this is your place.

Be the first to ReplySTK-Denver excels in every aspect. It's leader of the pack in LoDo
Most of my reviews for TripAdvisor are lengthy compared with other reviewers. But not in the current case of STK-Denver. There's no aspect of the dining experience that doesn't shine. Not the elegant yet playful decor, such as poster-size sayings; e.g., "Leave the pressure at work." Not the greeting by top-pro servers (ours was Ryan) who happily opine on menu items. And most especially, not the food and drink, and in particular, the steaks ... although all of the accompanying sides, sauces, and extras are equal to the task of perfectly complementing the STeaKs of STK. It's not cheap; nor should it be. My wife and I racked up $315, but that included apps, mains, sides, four drinks, decadent dessert, taxes, fees, and generous (and deserved) tip. Denver's LoDo district has a half dozen or so excellent steakhouses; for me, STK is leader of the pack.
Be the first to ReplyUtterly Disappointed!
If you’re looking for ambiance, free shots, and a DJ for entertainment one evening this is your place! If you’re looking for a great steak, seek elsewhere! My husband and I ordered the dry-aged tomahawk, medium rare, and it was tough with no flavor for $163. We make better steaks at home, and TX Roadhouse could give them a run for their money! The bacon mac and cheese was just ok. The brussel sprouts were the best things going. The cheesecake was pretty good. That was the only tasty part of the meal. My husband had the oysters, and they were super small. My friend ordered the crab cake and said it was good. She ordered the filet, and the kitchen cooked it incorrectly, they cooked another one, but by the time she received it, we were ready to leave. Over $400 down the drain! I will not return!
Be the first to ReplyLeft after waiting 30 min for a table -had a reservation -seated at a bar
Loved STL in Scottsdale so made a reservation. Parking $20—steaks start at $60–waited and finally seated in a bar high table—loud music—stayed 10 min and left. Lesson learned.
Be the first to ReplyGaudy Instagram steakhouse, not worth it
I hated this place. If a Tiktoker who knew nothing about food opened a steakhouse, it would be this place. It’s gaudy, tacky, and wannabe Eurotrash. The food was mediocre and my steak was dry, cooked to the wrong temp, and burnt on the outside. They also sat us at the bar when we reserved a standard table… who eats a steak at a crappy high top at 7:00 at night (I.e. not happy hour). Overpriced. Most of the staff was pretentious and rude. Absolutely never going back.
Be the first to ReplyVery Dissapointing
Our team is at a show in Denver this week. We had heard good things about STK and went here for dinner. I don't know if we caught them on a bad night or what, but we waited 3 hours for food. people came and went while we were waiting. after all that, the food was really subpar. not terrible, but certainly not what you would expect at this level of restaurant. one of my co-workers said that his fillet was the worst he had ever had. very disappointing - and because of the extreme wait time, we missed appointments with valued partners later that evening. they did end up comping our meal - which was appreciated, but the overall experience made me never want to go to another STK again.

This place is awesome! Great Atmosphere- ambience and the staff is top notch! The GM Neil Von Moxon was attentive from the moment we walked in. We noticed how engaging he was with all the guests and seemed to make everyone feel special. From the moment you arrive, the valets, bartenders Brittany and Taylor, floor manager Daniel, Alex the busser, and our gregarious and entertaining server Thomas, made our anniversary extra special. Everyone was very friendly and engaging. You can tell making customers happy is their main priority. The drinks, Calamari, Halibut fish and chips, Short ribs, and chocolate chip cookie dessert were all great! It's the place to see and be seen! Highly recommend! We will be back!
Be the first to ReplyWOW: The best Steakhouse in Denver!!!!!
This was our very 1st time to a STK restaurant. The food and service was OUTSTANDING. We just moved form Las Vegas to Denver. Our waiter's name was Ryan. Ryan was just outstanding. He attended to our every need. Ryan was one of the top waiters I have ever encountered. The general manager, Neil MOXON came up to our table several times to make sure that we we having a memorable evening. Ryan and Neil made us feel so special. They made this night a "night to remember". We now have a top steakhouse to go to in Denver. We can't wait to eat there again. Thank you so much Ryan and Neil.
Be the first to ReplyEXTREMELY EXPENSUVE
If you're on a corporate function with an unlimited budget. Go for it. Our server tried everything in his power to get us add, add add to our drinks. appetizer and main course. What's wrong with the meat, if it has to be smothered? Stakes should stand on their own, especially when you are paying $51.00 - $120 plus per serving. Salads were good, but twice an average price. Drinks were good, but not worth the price. Service was very good, except after waiting over 30 minutes for my charge card to come back, I was told their system was down. A company of this size should have built in back up system. The noise/music level was "very" high. Hard to talk most of the time. My first experience and probably my last for STK.
Be the first to ReplySTK Denver: Superb Service with Excellent Food
Ryan D actually markedly enhanced our experience. We enjoyed happy hour appetizers due to his prompt attention. The wagyu meatballs were superb as were the short rib quesadillas. My daughter had a delicious filet while I had well prepared, delicious sea bass. The mushrooms were not very tasty, but the bread made up for them. We had an excellent experience.
Be the first to ReplyI wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Date night. Went to STK Denver. I’m embarrassed to say I went. Completely overpriced. The wait staff couldn’t wait to turn the table over from the moment we sat down. The waiter was annoying as hell. Waited 15-20 minutes for a cocktail once we arrived. The waiter came to take our appetizer and main course order before we even had the requested drinks. One $70 filet was roughly the size of a meatball and very undercooked - not dark pink, rather closer to blue. The sides were too small for two people. The “crispy” brussel spouts were sitting in a soggy bowl of slop. Ordered sparkling water, but the staff refilled them with warm tap water. Not that that is a big deal, but the staff should know better. It’s not that hard to fill water glasses. The urgent waiter came by three times in the span of 10-25 minutes to see if I had pulled out my credit card to pay for this poor experience. I beg you. spend your hard earned money elsewhere. This place was a really poor experience. I paid $350 for two people to experience a less than average meal. Like I mentioned, I am embarrassed that I went there and paid that much for very poor service and average food at this high price point. There are too many other great restaurants in Denver to ever consider this place again.
Be the first to ReplyNot Worth the Money!
My son and I dined here on Christmas evening and were extremely disappointed. The food was Ok, nothing over the top for the price and the wait staff was not willing to accommodate any of my special dietary requests. I finally ordered chicken and could not eat the peas it came with so received 2 small pieces of chicken on a large plate with nothing else for $50.00!!!! I wrote to corporate and never heard a word back from them. With so many fabulous Denver restaurants to choose from I would avoid this one!!!
Be the first to ReplyExcellent Dinner
Was in Denver with a friend for the weekend. Highlights were seeing a show at Red Rocks, watching the Broncos win at Mile High and dinner at STK. We both had the in-bone filet, which was among the best I’ve ever eaten. Even better was the friendly and attentive service from Tim Mack. Really made us feel at home and gave excellent suggestions — especially the tots!
Be the first to ReplySo many great steakhouses...STK is not one of them
One positive: nice martini! Beyond that, this place is a complete and total disappointment. Tough, overcooked meat. Lackluster ‘family-style’ sides that were half the size offered at real steakhouses. STK demands that the every course be ordered at the same time and they decide the timing of food delivery. This means that we were unable to order an appetizer then take time to think about what we might like for dinner. We were also told that there was a 1.5 hour maximum at the table. Basically they want your order, they are in control of timing, they expect patrons to overpay for sub-par food. They then completely clear the table, making it vividly clear that it’s time to leave so that they can rush and overcharge the next suckers who have also been foolish enough to book STK for dinner. Worst of all, the music is LOUD, and gets progressively louder. I’ve read comments from management stating that there are more ‘mellow’ times to visit. Don’t believe it. The cacophony at STK starts loud and slides up to obnoxious. When we questioned the volume, we were told STK is ‘vibe’ dining. Don’t mistake this in any way for ‘fine’ dining, it most definitely is not. We are willing to pay for value, sadly, this is not at all offered. If you’re looking for good food, there are many excellent choices, STK fails in every way to live up to it’s bloated sense of self. Want a good ‘vibe’? There are many wonderful clubs and music venues. Are you looking for a place to conduct business? Nearly impossible at STK unless you want to scream at your client all evening. Did your mother fix you up with an unwanted date? This place is perfect. It’s so loud, conversation is impossible, the food is so bad your date will think you have awful taste, zero second date expectations. Oh, and the date will be short because you’ll be kicked out in 1.5 hours. STK is a wickedly overpriced gimmick.

Visiting Denver for my husband’s birthday and we chose STK for dinner, they did not disappoint! Our server Ryan was awesome, his recommendations were spot on!

The moment we stepped into the restaurant we felt taken care of by the entire staff. Ryan especially handled every moment of our afternoon with the most care. We enjoyed the suggested selections and he went above & beyond to make us feel at home with the entire STK experience! We’ll be back very soon! Thanks, Ryan!

Good food, expensive, very expensive compared to other steakhouses & an inflated wine list as far as prices. The tuna tartare was good as were the calamari. The lamb chops were very good, the short ribs good & the flatiron steak just OK. The service was good, but not overly impressive. The parking was only partially covered.

This was quite an experience! Anthony C was our server and took care of us amazingly! All of the food was prepared and presented fabulously. Four of us shared appetizers including oysters, calamari, bacon and shrimp. We each split two salads and had entrees that were exquisitely prepared and presented. The vibe was fun and uplifting. This was much more than a meal, it was an experience!

Mikael looked after our corporate group of 11 and made sure that we had everything we needed when we needed it, Mikael read the groups needs perfectly and was both present and invisible as needed. Our glasses were never empty and we left with full bellies. Perfect server, great food, immaculate service. Thanks Mikael!

We loved our service, Emily was amazing! Get the crab on your steak. The cucumber Martini was really good as well

Had planned a romantic dinner with my wife, but STK had booked the bar out for a business event. The whole dinner we had to talk over PA announcements about winners and prizes for that event. When I mentioned this to the manager he could not of been less interested. "I am sorry you are not enjoying your experience." Not what you expect from an high end restaurant. Even worse the food was mediocre. My medium rare steak came out medium well and the slider appetizers were over cooked and tasteless. If you go, I would recommend the happy hour menu. The home made tater tot starter was very good. If you eat off the main menu expect to spend $300-$400 for a dinner for two of just average food and poor ambiance.
