Came here from all the good reviews and ordered 3 sliders, salmon slider, black jack slider and buffalo chicken. Salmon slider was super salty and fishy, black jack slider was meh and the buffalo slider was not good. Stringy chicken and bland. Was recommended the cheese curds and they were not what expected. Had a thick breading, no crunch just a bunch of soft fried dough around cheese. Did not enjoy these at all. I ordered two of the mezcal cocktails and they were really good. I will say I came in 20 mins before the kitchen closed so maybe that's why everything was mediocre if that justifies anything.

The food was just so so.
..missing avocado on slider which was advertised.....a tiny amount of BBQ on a different slider. The dressing on the Cesar Salad was more like colored water than Cesar dressing. Service was great and ambiance was also really nice. I wouldn't go back due to the lackluster food.

We were driving through on our way back to Chicago from a wedding and stopped here based on the reviews from TripAdvisor. I am glad that we did. They have about 20 different sliders to choose from and they had combos where you cold get a slider, cup of soup and 1/2 salad which is what I chose. I got the buffalo chicken slider, the southwest salad, and a mushroom soup that was fantastic. My wife got a plain grilled cheese (which was huge) and their tomato Bisque. Get that bisque. It was reallllyyy good. The service was good, the prices were reasonable, and all the food was VERY tasty.

I enjoy the cozy interior, decorating and beautiful bar back at seven Saints. I also find the service to be superior to most other spots in the Champaign Urbana region. Seven. Saints offers a nice variety of soups, salads, burgers, and sandwiches that are very well prepared. Desserts are lovely honestly, seven saints is one of my favorite spots in the CU area.

If you're looking for different food and some drinks this is where to go. Service is decent and depends on the day and time, but no one has been rude they are just busy. It's a small city downtown bar so it's the atmosphere you'd expect

Ordered the slider and half salad combo and it was delicious. The bratwurst patty in the slider wasn't dried out and the sauerkraut and mustard gave it a little kick. The bun was meh. I feel like a bratwurst slider should have a bun with oomph. The BLT salad had the perfect amount of dressing. My hubby had the club sandwich which he said was like most others he's had. Sometimes people just want the familiar, and this would fit the bill. The onion rings were crispy and predictable. The interior of the restaurant in fun with cloth ceiling accents and a nice bar. Service was good for the number of people there.

Our server was a very nice and seemingly hardworking U of I student. I believe her name was Beth or Bethany. She was attentive and friendly.

Actually ordered take-out. It had really good reviews but I may have to give it another try. My slider was soggy and too acidic for me. The salad was underwhelming. The fries were good. Wonder if there's a better way to package them so they don't get soggy.

We were greeted and waited upon by Otto—an exceptional server who gave us his honest opinions, shared his entertaining humor, and displayed his genuine concern to make our experience at the Seven Saints incredible! Drinks…Old Fashioneds were highly comparable to those prepared in Wisconsin! Food…. Magnificent! We enjoyed Sliders ( Black Jack, and Ribeye..( these were amazing!))….. Portobello sandwich (exceptional)…Black and Blue Salad (very fresh and tasty)…Tomato Bisque (makes the day better!!)… and we completed our time here with sharing desserts of drunken pecan pie and oatmeal cake both of course a la mode… scrumptious. The old downtown building housing the restaurant was remarkably maintained so the atmosphere felt midwestern-y, charming, and authentic! We don’t travel through Champaign very often but we will definitely plan to make a stop at the Seven Saints when we are able to! Thank you Otto for a memorable meal shared with our friends!

Tough steak
We have eaten at Seven Saints many, many times and we tend to order our favorite dishes over and over. What surprised us at our recent visit was both price increases and quality decreases. We can understand the reality of price increases with labor and food costs going up, but we were disappointed that the quality of their steak went downhill. It was more grisly and tough. We informed the waiter, thinking it was a bad batch on the plate, but after receiving from the kitchen some replacement steak, it wasn't much better...
Great service, great atmosphere, great food
My husband and I met one of his Army friends and his wife for lunch. Otto was our waiter that day. We had a great time chatting and before we knew it, we had been there for hours. The food was great, as was the service. Otto was awesome with great suggestions, friendly conversation, and allowing us to sit and visit while still subtlety checking in on us from time to time. He made us feel comfortable and welcome stay as long as we wished. We'll definitely stop by again if we are in the area!

Our food and service was exceptional. The tomato bisque and salmon salad were both phenomenal. The tomato bisque was a typical food, but with multiple layers of flavors. The salmon salad had a great combination of veggies, but the dressing was unique. My BBQ slider was a typical slider, but the bacon on it was undercooked. My husband’s Caesar salad was very good as well. We love trying new restaurants from trip advisor when we travel and this number one ranked restaurant deserves it’s ranking. Our waiter was also fabulous.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
