I've reached out to support via the Chat feature numerous times over the past couple of weeks, all of which have gone unanswered (small snippet attached showing that they've been closed due to lack of response). I have multiple high-value reservations to list but need clarification on a few things before doing so — one would assume the team would want to help users make them money but the continued lack of support suggests otherwise.

Agreed, big issue all of us seem to be having. I also never get timely responses and cannot withdraw a lot of money, they seem to be holding it with certain new thresholds which make it harder and harder to withdraw. Even after getting below the refund threshold of 11% (and the sell thru rate) it wont let me as it keeps my warning medal. Very concerning and scary and no one to help out or contact
