I got charged for reservations incorrectly

I placed a bid for a reservation. The page did not load and timed out. I then placed a bid for a second reservation. I got no confirmation that either bid went through, but I just checked my CC bill and I was charged for BOTH. No way to reverse the charge or contact customer service, this app is a joke
