overpriced!
Great views, and one of the best views of lisbon, that’s what remains, but cocktails and food overpriced and not tasty at all. especially the steak tartar. portion has decreased significantly, price has gone up 40% in 1 year, and just no taste at all. even temperature was wrong. cocktails more ice than cocktail. apparently 1 goal: maximuze revenue with refucing cost. i have come here for years, several times per year, but not likely go back in near future.
Doesnt live up to its hype
Food was good but presented very badly on the plates. Far too unexperienced staff for such a restaurant. There are so many other restaurants you can go to for less money but same type of food.
Overrated and Overpriced
We dined at Seen, highly anticipated establishment for it’s central location and promising view. While the restaurant has some positive aspects, such a nice view, a pleasant green artificial plants, good music, the overall experience left much to be desired. The snobbish attitude exhibited by the staff members at the entrance was off putting and created an unwelcoming environment. The staff needs to work on their customer service skills and adopt a friendly and accommodating approach. A significant drawback was the cuisine. Despite the high prices, the food was disappointingly basic. We selected a few items from the menu, all very basic: the carpaccio de beterraba caught my attention, but it was nothing special, just the carpaccio with a few cheese crumbs , the foie gras was served as a squared piece with dried toast (lack of creativity for presentation ), the tacos tried to be a bit more of a fusion of ingredients, although too much of coleslaw taste, the alcachofras gratinadas a total drawback: a few alcachofras lost in a great amount of bechamel, no taste of pecorino. One of the chef ‘s suggestion, “the bun de lagosta” was definitely a disappointment. A brioche sandwich of coleslaw, nothing more. The dessert, soufflé de doce de leite did delight our taste buds with its rich, caramelised flavours of the Brazilian sweetness combined with the French technique. Overall the lack of culinary innovation, was a letdown especially considering the restaurant’s reputation and high prices.

The quality/price is not justified, in fact, my food had to go back, as it was undercooked. The music is too loud to have dinner. It could and should also have a little more light...
Ruined my birthday
Worst experience ever. From the hostess who welcomed me at the elevator entrance to the hostess at the bar entrance. What a lack of professionalism and poor education. There are no words! First and last time, unfortunately on my birthday!!!

We were here for dinner with my husband, they welcome you kindly, they are always present... We had A very intimate table with music but we could talk very well, the waiters constantly served us water and wine and asked us if everything was okay... A restaurant where you feel pampered until the end! The dishes are exceptional, we took two appetizers, a first course and a second course, and we couldn't help but take the dessert... everything was perfect! If you want to try an elegant place where you can eat very well, I recommend it! The prices are medium high but it's worth it, the quality is very very very high!

A „wow“ location restaurant with a wide range of plates. We went there recomended as a great Sushi restaurant but this was a mistake. Even so we had an offer of other plates but the menu is not clear and what you get is a surprise… The cocktails are great and waiters very professional and the desserts are worth 10 stars……. It is worth the unique location but not for every persons wallet.

I made the mistake of booking this place for the vibe...it was low season when we went. No sky bar. We had dinner around 6:30pm. By the time we left at 8:00pm, the place was a tad busier. Ambiance: If you sit in the main bar/dining area, there is a dj and lights are dim. We sat on the side with the nice view overlooking the outdoor bar area (closed). There was still music but not the same vibe. Service: Overall good. Waitress was helpful. Bar tender was friendly Food/Drinks: Cocktails were pricy but interesting. I had a irish mule with ginger beer foam. Pretty good. It is an asian team restaurant with sushi. IT was decent sushi but the price point is pretty high. Negri rolls were ok. Best dish was the special negri combo. Came with a piece with qual egg on top that was pretty good. value: Not sure it was worth the price. Rolls were on avg 15-20 euros. Maybe worth it for summer time vibe.
Best cod in Lisbon!
Beautiful view, pleasant night! The food was wonderful and the service was very kind. It's worth staying after dinner in the open bar area that lasts until later. It was the best cod I ate in Lisbon, and I tried a lot!
HIGHT LEVEL RESTAURANT IN LISBOA
Very good food experience in a wow location. Perfect location atop Tivoli Liberdade. Perfect welcoming and seating procedure. Bar serve perfect aligned cocktail. To be improvvisamente ed dry snack a acompaining drink. Good selection of a La carte choice. Good selection of wine. Waiter had a good expertise to suggest a local wine. Right care at the table, two waiters involved in the service. Fresh fish from the market good, very well cooked with a hight level of dish presentation. Meat very soft hight quality presentation. Bill presented correctly without any mistake, in a sport time upon request. Price in line with contest. Two suggestion: 1 table can not sway in such a restaurant like this. Check and fix before service. 2 dishes , not food, have to sort the kitchen HOT. In a cold dish food became cold after a few seconds and loses its quality. Vista wow on Lisboa and very nice terrace available. Suggestion is to be tested
Great food
The service and food were amazing! The cocktails were also fantastic. There is a DJ, but the music was not overpowering. The sky bar was closed when we visited, but they had a small.patio open with great views of the city.

Seen Taco, Lamb Croquettes, Truffle Linguini, Wagyu Burger Really cool restaurant on the 9th floor of this posh hotel with a great lobby. The restaurant interior is really cool, with all the Christmas decorations up and great sofa bench seating. The Seen taco was great, really fresh ceviche, loved the touch of the roe and the Pomegranate seeds. The Lamb croquettes were nice and savory, super tender Lamb inside. Loved the linguini--nicely al dente, and the Truffle flavor was readily apparent. Wagyu burger was just alright, nothing lifechanging. Overall a great meal, with great service, but pretty overpriced imo!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
