There's a reason there's a line for entry every morning.
This place is great from the food to the staff. Service is quick but we never felt rushed. I had the shrimp n grits which was delicious. There are different cocktail options that pair well with breakfast also. I would definitely return.
Be the first to ReplyThe food is basic here, nothing special.
The service was great. Inside is also very simple, if the weather is nice I recommend sitting outside on the patio, it's a better vibe, good music and nice scenery!

They currently don't take reservations so we had to wait in a rather long line as we came around prime brunch time. Luckily the line moved quickly and the hostess team did a great job at seating people quickly and granting requests for inside vs outside. We waited about 15 minutes in line and then requested 2 for outside. We got seated less than 5 minutes after. The ambiance outside was super nice! I would not recommend inside as it was rather dark, but outside they played music and the weather was perfect. The only downside was lots of birds. Pigeons on the deck. Some kids were feeding them leading to more. I don't dislike birds but don't love eating lunch with them. Some even were flying on the tables and the staff didn't seem to care.Food was good and came out fast. We ordered the burger, truffle fries, cheese steak, and yellowtail crudo. Waiter was attentive and kind but didn't engage in any conversation to enhance the experience. Overall nice place, decent food & great staff. Just didn't like the birds all over the patio, which would have been rather nice without them.

The patio is so lovely and such a refreshing break from the busy casinos. We ordered three waffles with berries and the steak sandwich. Everything was delicious. The waffles were crisp and light. The pretzel bun was soft and the steak was tender. Shout out to our server, Regina, and her helper, Jose! They made our lunch so much better with their positive attitude and genuine kindness. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Be the first to ReplyAvocado toast was beautifully presented and tasted great.
Staff friendly. Wish I could have tasted more on the bkfast menu

The wait wasn't as long as expected since we couldn't make a reservation. The environment and food were both great. The service was also excellent and not as pricey as one would expect.
Be the first to ReplyBest server we've encountered on Las Vegas Strip.
Excellent service and care. Food was excellent. We had truffle fries and avocado toast - it was best we ever had. Nothing was left on the plate. But our server Regina was incredibly accommodating. She pays attention to the details at this restaurant is her everything she does and every client means the world to her. True example of a person that loves their job. Thank you for making our brunching experience unforgettable.
Be the first to ReplyLoved that we got seated outdoors.
All the staff were exceptionally kind. The food was delicious and plating/utensils were all pristine. Would def recommend the sweet potato bowl. It was very filling!

While another stay at the Aria, I finally tried Salt & Ivy! I ordered the Dutch Baby Pancake & it's very good. I liked all the fresh fruit toppings along with fresh watermelon juice to drink, definitely worth a try. Will say, it's fairly big, enough for possibly 3 people or more (depending on appetite). I think I would be nice as a shareable along side with your breakfast or with just some coffee, tea or juice.

Don't wait for this place , sevice was good but the food was ok definitely not worth the wait
Be the first to ReplyWe ate inside, so didn't get to experience the patio.
Wait was quick. However, food was overpriced for the quality. Quality and taste left a lot to be desired.
Be the first to ReplyBreakfast at Salt & Ivy is a treat for sure.
Situated on the 2nd floor of Aria where you will usually see a heck of a line because it's just that popular. There is seating inside and outside on a picturesque patio. Thankfully we arrived before the checkout rush and only waited a few minutes to be seated. The staff were kind and efficient. Our fresh juices were replenished quickly and our orders were taken and delivered correctly. We tried several things to get a taste of everything. Ribeye steak and eggs, ham and mushroom omelette, sides of bacon, avocado, and monkey bread. Everything was fresh and delicious. The hash browns were crispy and well seasoned, eggs were fluffy, and steak was tender! This was an all around great meal! I look forward to visiting again.

Somewhat forgettable breakfast experience while we stayed at the Aria. They made us get on a waitlist for 20 min even though there appeared to be plenty of tables available. The dishes themselves were basic but got the job done.
Be the first to ReplyWe are staying at the aria hotel for a long weekend.
We decided to try the Salt and Ivy Café because it was in our hotel promenade. This was a great choice, but it is a little pricey. We ordered raspberry crush cocktail $17, the breakfast sandwich $19, three classic eggs $22, seasonal fruit $17, and the banana Brulé waffle $18. I don't think we have ever had a breakfast bill for just the two of us over $100. Hubby said it was worth it. Our waitress, Rom, was phenomenal. She was friendly, professional, and unobtrusive. She refilled our water and made sure everything was OK.The raspberry crush cocktail was not worth $17. My husband said he could taste the Prosecco but nothing of raspberry. I tasted it and thought it was okay. My sandwich was huge! It had bacon, havarti, eggs, pesto mayo, on a croissant bun. This was delicious! Their hashbrowns are compressed nto a square shape that seems to be deep-fried. The seasonal fruit bowl was delicious, fresh, and beautiful to look at. They served us a small complementary green juice. This had cucumber, kale, spinach, etc. It was nice and had a predominantly cucumber flavor. It tasted fresh. The star of breakfast was the banana Brulé waffle. It was cooked perfectly and the bananas were the right texture. It comes with a pecan Cream that perfectly compliments the waffle. The syrup was the perfect sweetness. This was the best bread choice I've had in years...and I love my breads (pancakes, French toast, crêpes, croissant)! This waffle beats them all.Totally give this meal 4.5 stars. I take off half a point because my husband didn't like his cocktail as much as I did and the hashbrowns cubes were not to my taste.

Plan ahead and expect a small wait, cause this places gets busy even on a weekday morning! We got lucky and waited around 15 minutes for a lovely table on the patio. I got the Banana Brûlée Waffle and it was top notch. The pecan cream paired well with the brûléed bananas. My sister had the Steak & Eggs and it was excellent. The sunny-side up eggs had the perfect amount of runniness and the medium rare steak was extremely tender. The hash browns were also full of flavors and had a satisfying crunch. My friend had the Heavenly Veggie Dutch Baby Pancakes and it was HUGE. Be prepared to share! I love the medley of roasted seasonal vegetables mixed with burrata cheese on top of the massive pancake. We had a great brunch and what a great way to end our stay in Las Vegas!

This might be our new spot for breakfast! Our server was great and so were the Espresso Martinis! I had the egg white omelette with hash browns. It was very tasty and filling. My wife had the avocado toast and loved it! She also enjoyed her side of fruit and the chicken sausage. The place was pretty packed, but there is a VIP line for Platinum and Noir.

Plan ahead and expect a small wait, this place gets busy!!! But honestly the line moves fast. We waited maybe 15 minutes for a table. The place is super nice and clean. Very friendly staff! Kept our drinks filled and the place was very busy. So it's nice they have an attention to detail. The food here was excellent! We ordered the breakfast sandwiches. They are very big!! But ever so tasty!! I would definitely order this again, no questions asked. It does not come with any sides which leaves the plate bare. I would suggest even a piece of melon or something to add to the plate would be nice. The prices are a typical strip prices. Not cheap for a breakfast sandwich at $19 each. Still good.
