You are not needed here. At all.
Widow's Tea Brunch. Everything is very salty or not tasty at all. Three times salted tomatoes around burata, over-salted shells around shrimp and squid, vodka +25-29 degrees at ambient temperature...to list more? And a forgotten dessert, and you are forgotten when the restaurant is only 50-70% occupied... and who will come here? 1 time and that extra(((

We were here a few times in April for a lunch. I think now it is one of the best restaurants among Jumeirah chain . Really good tasty food ,we had truffle carpaccio, scallops, pasta ,profiteroles , you can try many interesting dishes . Very good stuff , for example , we were served by very nice , good looking Dutch girl Anne , kind , polite , good trained . It is very different compared many others Jumeirah restaurants. It is deserved to be mentioned be Michelin .

We had dinner here with friends who live in Dubai and they really got everything right. Spectacular place with breathtaking views of the Burj Al Arab (we had a table overlooking the sail) Exquisite food with lots of variety, very good waiters especially the Italian guy , Spectacular truffle risotto (the truffle taken directly from San Pietro a Pettine) and the Tiramisu served in the coffee mocha is worth trying. Ps: the only flaw was the slow service in bringing the drinks and especially the water which would be appreciated immediately and before the starter.

This is probably the 10th time we’ve visited Rockfish over the last 5/6 years and tonight was a disappointment. The menu has been reduced and the quality of food and drinks both deteriorated.

Excellent atmosphere, service and food. We had the wonderful tasting menu. Elizaveta, our hostess, made the experience even better!
Be the first to ReplyExcellent Setting, Food & Service
We had a wonderful evening at Rockfish, it is a superb setting and ambiance, very stylish with the Al Naseem hotel. The staff are very professional and attentive. There’s a good selection of fish, pasta and meets all very tasty and exceptionally well presented. There’s also a tasting menu option too. There is a great selection of beverages including cocktails and a good and varied wine list. Will certainly return when we are in Dubai.

Dined here on Christmas Day I should point out that up until this meal Rockfish is my favourite restaurant to eat at in Dubai but they let me down today. Service was efficient if not particularly friendly. My husband ordered the oysters and was immediately told they weren’t part of the meal plan quite aggressively we didn’t have a problem with paying for them! I had the Frito Misto which was supposed to have soft shell crab in but mine just consisted of 2 prawns and the rest was squid too much of it. It was however cooked well and tasty. Moving onto main courses my husband had the lobster ravioli and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the salmon which was good but what really let it down for me were the hand cut fries. Just to be clear Rockfish did the best fries I had ever tasted in the past crunchy crispy and utterly delicious so why was I presented with a plate of potato wedges! They were dreadful soft and not an ounce of crunch in them so disappointing they are not advertised as wedges on the menu it states hand cut fries these were not and frankly ruined the meal for me Pudding we shared a chocolate fondant which was nice bit heavy but perfectly edible Will I return, yes of course just sort the fries situation out first though please
Be the first to ReplyRomantic and superb dining experience
Rockfish, which is situated on the beach directly facing the Burj al Arab not only has a fabulous view but it is architecturally a stunning restaurant. Laura welcomed us with warmth and grace, Andreas and Karuna looked after us splendidly and made our evening special and memorable. The cuisine was exceptional and the service on point. The atmosphere is truly romantic and you can hear the waves rolling in the background. I rate Rockfish as a must-do experience. Rockfish is a reflection of what Dubai's hospitality scene should be all about.

Great cocktails and the tasting menu was superb all topped off by fabulous service from Hugo who was friendly and attentive while giving Great advice on the order. Well done Hugo - you made our night. I would highly recommend the tasting menu and the lipstick cocktail was exceptional

Me and my partner we had an outstanding experience in rockfish, the food was amazing but we will never forget the hostess Lidia from Italy for her hospitality and kindness that made us feel at home.
We definitely recommend this experience to everyone.
Fabulous restaurant!
Rockfish was by far the most complete restaurant we ate at during our visit to Dubai. In short it had everything: elegant setting, beautiful restaurant, impeccable service, great food, great view (of the nearby Burj al Arab hotel), and even live music. Rockfish is located in the Jumeirah Al Naseem Hotel, which is part of the Madinat Jumeirah complex.
The restaurant is on the grounds of the hotel, but far enough from the lobby, that a "guide" from the hotel staff is required so that you don't get lost on the way. On the way back, we were driven on an electric buggy back to the lobby. We had a wonderful meal including several appetizers (which were good sized), and a main course for me of sea bass.
Amazing Dining experience
It was my first time going to Rockfish on this beautiful property. It is a wonderful fine dining experience based on the food wise but especially from the service side. Need to underline the welcome and service received, especially from the Asian bar guy Alek. We highly recommend it!!!!
Thank you very all the other team!! Cant wait to be back
Best waiter
Mr. Riyadh is the best waitrose and has great positive energy
The food was amazing :)
And the atmosphere is top of the top
Excellent Christmas Day Dinner
Superb meal this has to be one of my favourite restaurants with in the Madinat complex of hotels, so I couldn’t wait for our Christmas Day dinner and it did not disappoint
Fabulous table right in front of the Burj and outstanding service. The food - we opted for the a la carte menu instead of the set menu. My husband had the oysters and I had the langustines both were delicious. For main I had the seafood grill with fries. There was octopus, shrimp, squid and fish all perfectly cooked and the fries were to die for perfect crunch to them. I had no room left but my husband managed to squeeze in the tiramisu! All washed down with an excellent bottle of The Chocolate Block wine
We were on half board, note there is a 180AED supplement to pay and some items like oysters are not included
I literally can’t wait to return to Dubai simply to eat here again thank you.
Fabulous setting
This is another of our regular haunts, it is so chic and beautifully decorated. We were lucky enough to be given an outside table, the service as ever was excellent, the food delicious. We'll be back!
Be the first to ReplyVery disappointing given the reviews
Ordered the langoustine to start, lobster risotto for main and tiramisu for dessert. Langoustine was OK on its own but completely overpowered by the lemon mustard (which on its own was nice).
The lobster risotto was the most disappointing course of the evening, so much so I left half on the plate. The risotto was supposed to be have been cooked in a lobster bisque, however there was no hint of lobster flavor at all, only tomato and an excess of butter. You have to question a chef if they aren’t tasting the food before it goes out, or even worse, they have and assume it’s restaurant standard. The piece of lobster in the center was good however there was a piece of shell in it which should never have been there.
Finally, the tiramisu can only be compared to eating coffee flavored sponge. There was a lack of cream in comparison to the sponge and no hint of alcohol whatsoever - either don’t serve it or highlight this as it’s definitely not what you would expect from a tiramisu.
Staff were fine, some very attentive, but said it all that not one member of staff asked how each course was. I guess they were afraid of the answer.
