Ristorante Bagni Sant'Anna Sorrento Reviews from The Last Year
Pleasant discovery
Wonderful location, restaurant located on a stilt which also houses a solarium always managed by them, excellent menu with refined dishes full of flavour. Excellent welcome and excellent service.
Dream view , dream food
The service and the welcome were outstanding. Fresh ingredients to produce remarkable dishes. A dreamy location with the most amazing view of the bay of Naples
Came here with my wife for lunch.
The food was excellent food, the view was amazing and the service was beyond phenomenal.
Beautiful lunch/dinner spot
Most beautiful restaurant ever!! We had an amazing table and such delicious food and service. Our waiter Giuseppe (I believe that’s how you spell it) was unreal, he was so so kind and made sure we were well taken care of. Will be recommending to all our friends in the area and those who come for future visits! We hope to come back as soon as possible:)
Everything fantastic
I came here for my birthday for lunch with my nieces. Breathtaking view, that early spring sun that warms you is ideal for a relaxing day, all accompanied by splendid dishes, super friendly staff, I thank Sabatino for his education and professionalism. Everything was fantastic, thanks again ✨
Very bad experience.
Bad experience, menu made up of low quality ingredients at exorbitant prices, not to mention the wine selection, products available in supermarkets with a price increase multiplied by 10. EXCESSARY!
Okay. Over priced. Not going back.
The food was fairly good, but definitely over priced. The service was decent. My only real issue was they will just drop off limoncello shots at your table without asking and then press you for a “tip” because they were not included in the bill. They do this right when you’re paying to add pressure as well. This ruined the experience for me and we will not be going back on our trip next year.
Best dinning experience
Incredible experience, the service was outstanding & food was remarkable. The baby squid special prepared with Satay Sauce , Grilled Zucchini and Endive-was an orchestra for the palette . The Falahgina was remarkable, and the atmosphere is breathtaking. You will not be dissatisfied.
Disastrous dinner
Disastrous dinner from every point of view: we dined in the company of hundreds of midges both on the plates and in the glasses and even inside our clothes, according to the waiters...an exceptional event and in any case...next to the table there was also a visible cobweb. Let's move on to the dishes: a kind of crunchy millefeuille with courgette flowers and prawns... the only decent thing, some insipid spaghetti with sauce and two or three raw prawns on top, cod cannoli with potatoes which was nothing other than a large potato croquette with Invisible pieces of cod inside or ... you don't understand what. Each dish for the modest sum of 26/28 euros. Service...passable even if for the preparation of these...'specialties' we waited about 1 hour between starter and main courses. However...absolutely not to be repeated!
Over-priced, mediocre sea food overlooking the bay of Naples, in Sorrento’s Marina Grande.
Over-priced, mediocre sea food overlooking the bay of Naples, in Sorrento’s Marina Grande. Regretted going here, the one time on our two-week trip to Italy where we felt we’d really been ripped off in a tourist trap. The location on the pier of the Marina Grande is what boosts the prices into the exorbitant range – we paid 175 euros per couple for a group of us to eat appetizers and a single course. The waiter brought out a cart to showcase their Catch of the Day -- and the fish smelled!!! Never imagined that would happen in a fresh sea food restaurant; of course, we skipped ordering a secondo piatto of fish! I ordered a pasta with local shrimp/lobster (alicie) which was very ordinary….a rather tasteless brownish sauce that did not do the plate justice. Vastly overpriced local wine (over 40 euros a bottle) to complement the dinner. The harbor views of the Marina and the Bay of Naples are fine, and very pretty at sunset. But if you go, limit yourself to a drink plus appetizers. You’ll be disappointed in overpaying for a substandard dinner if you choose to have more than a drink. Treat yourself to a better, reasonably priced dinner at another Sorrento restaurant.
Great Experience
You can judge a restaurant by many things, service, food, ambiance, quality, value!!! At Bogni Santa Anna we had it all! Great experience from being greeted or by meeting the owner who provided his homemade lemon cello!!! 5 Stars all Day!
Amazing food, amazing view, amazing service! We loved our
Amazing food, amazing view, amazing service! We loved our dinner at Bagni Sant'Anna. Giuseppe was our wonderful waiter and the whole staff was so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Great location on a pier above the water on the Marina
Great location on a pier above the water on the Marina Grande of Sorrrento. Nice evening views of the Sorrento cliffs. Service was iffy and hard to get the waiters attention at times as it seems to be a popular spot for local families and big tables. Our cocktails showed up after our apps, by a while, but the food overall was delicious and portions were generous

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
