Not a great experience
Fantastic starters with prawns and an antipasti board however we were really disappointed with our main courses. The carbonara was more than al dente and the octopus wasn’t great. Our server didn’t really smile and wasn’t very attentive. Not a great meal unfortunately but maybe a bad night.
Exceptional food!
Great atmosphere with exceptional food! I wish we would have dined here sooner. Very polite and friendly staff too. Very much looking forward to coming back to krakow and eating here again.

What an amazing place. Lovely atmosphere, staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was to die for! Can't wait for our next visit - can't stop salivating about the thought of the tagliatelle gamberetti!
Overpriced for the quality
The food wasn’t bad, but definitely overpriced. The look of the food was much better than the actual taste and the portion was to small (in my opinion). The employees are super nice and they treated us really well, however, I wouldn’t go back to this place.
Disappointed
This was our 3rd time eating here over the last few years and we booked a table two weeks before travelling to Krakow. We were really looking forward to eating at Bianco again and it was a Christmas present to ourselves. However from the moment we stepped through the curtain things went downhill quickly. A young man came up to us and said take a seat wherever you want, I said we have booked and he pointed to a table with reserved on it. He never asked my name he just walked away. Anyway a girl then brought us our menu and we ordered wine , honestly the atmosphere was horrible. People were whispering to each other and the staff looked miserable. I ordered soup for starters and it came with a whole leaf of kale crisped and as it was in the soup it became soggy, inedible. I had to ask for bread it came in seconds looked lovely but the crust was so crunchy I couldn’t eat it. I had to ask for butter and that was placed on the table I looked up the say thank you but the waiter didn’t even acknowledge me. I ordered pasta and prawns and my friend had pasta with tomato sauce we enjoyed our meal. As we were eating we felt uncomfortable and decided not to get a dessert we will just leave and go somewhere else to finish the night. About an hour after we left I got a message on my phone from the restaurant saying they were sorry I couldn’t make the reservation and hopefully reschedule . I was so annoyed. There are so many beautiful restaurants in Krakow we will not be back to Bianco sorry.

I love this restaurant. Great dishes. The portions are not large, but sufficient. There are no children's dishes, but that's good because children need to eat something "normal".

We went to this place with a group of friends, excellent quality food, good Italian cuisine. Highly recommended. The only flaw of the evening were the two highly grumpy and rude female waitresses.

We never had a bad meal in our four nights in krakow however we all agreed this was overall the best restaurant experience. The place itself is stylish and the staff were very attentive. The food was lovely. My only complaint was that the dish I ordered stated clams but came with mussels. When I mentioned it the waitress offered to change for me but said that mussels were indicated on the menus. I took her word for it and accepted my mistake. The rest of the dish was delicious however when I checked the following morning the English translation on the menus does show clams and not mussels. Change the menus guys. Otherwise everything else was good enough to carry this mistake and they did offer to change my meal. Life’s too short, this place is lovely snd I’d visit again in a heartbeat
Great food-
Went in this restaurant by just walking past. Don’t believe the bad reviews. Service was good, food was really good. My Anti pesto board was full, Main Dish- spicy beef pasta, was tender and very tasty. Yes, it was more expensive than local Polish food, but this is an Italian. Starter, main dish and a bottle of wine, £62 for two people. More People should use this restaurant Thank you to Bianca for a lovely evening.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
