Provisions Vallejo Reviews from The Last Year
Only if you are starving to death.
AWFUL! We were extremely disappointed with this restaurant. The food appeared and tasted as if it were cooked MANY hours prior to being served. Freshness is an absolute must for excellent Japanese food and this food wasn't fresh. In spite of the convenience of its location, which is actually walking distance, we vowed to NEVER return to this restaurant. *Prayerfully, we went on an off day and this restaurant is normally much, much better.

The food is great, but my experience working there was marred by issues with the owner, Nicole. She's not the best at treating her employees professionally. She often talks behind their backs, is rough, and has made some racist remarks. She even made snide comments about my clothes, saying they looked like pajamas. When she let me go, she didn't even have the decency to give me a reason; she just took me off the schedule, which felt pretty cowardly. I understand it's her business and it's her prerogative to let people go, but I expected more professionalism.

Went there with a group of 40 people and the service was fantastic, food was delicious, portions were enormous .. we did not wait long for drinks and food to be served and and did I mention that the desert was scrumptious too??? If you are looking for a place to eat in Vallejo, run don't walk to Provisions. You will not be disappointed.

Me and my friend came into provisions today to get brunch, this was our first time visiting! Monique was our server & from the moment she greeted us she was so friendly, attentive and gave us great recommendations!!! Me and my friend agreed we would have to come back at least once a month to come get mimosas and food! Monique really made this experience great for us, and we will definitely be back!!! Anything we asked for was brought to us that very moment, if we needed a refill it was filled before we even had to ask. As someone who has been a server for years, it was so nice to experience Monique's effort and attention to detail!
Nothing wrong with the food.
The food is very good. Historically, the service has been hit and miss. But this time around our server was very good and we left them a good tip. But we had a very bad experience with the owner and management of the place. This past weekend I took my wife and children there to have some brunch. We got seated right away, and we order our food with no issues. But we also decided to get some mimosas. My wife decided to get a regular mimos for about $8, I decided to get the "bottom-less" mimos for about $21, because I figured I would want at least two. I figured I would get about four or five for a bit more money, so that is what I picked. Everything was going fine until about my fourth one. By the time my wife got up to remind them to get them my fifth (pretty small glass flutes, and I am about 180 pounds), they started looking at us sideway. I guess they thought we were cheating. But we had not quite gotten that at the time. Towards the end of that fith flute, my wife took a sip or two of it, and so before I was about to get my next refill, some nasty lady came by and said that the next refill would be my last. Then before that even happened, the owner (we know her caue we go there often) stopped by and tried to take my glass away, but I didn't let her grab it, and explained to her that I was still waiting for more food. Then she chilled, and told me she would give me my last refill (which I think it was my sixth as I stated earlier), but that was the last one. Then our server came to appologize because they understood that by that point, other customers had noticed all the drama. My wife was very upset and embarrassed, so we told the server that what they had done was uncalled for. The server once again appologized and said that a lot of times people come and cheat. But I told him is not my fault that I am a sizable dude, who is not going to get drunk from some weak mimosas that easy, but that did not mean we were cheating. Frankly, if they have to police so heavily the "bottom-less" mimosas, then maybe don't sell them. Sell me a small pitcher instead, and leave me alone. Or charge a more fair price for the week, small mimosas so people can just order their three without going over $20. But you cannot have your cake and eat it too. The way they treated us (I'm hispanic and my wife Black) was disgraceful. And we are never going back there. We will be tipping servers well, at places where they treat us with respect. We hope these people learn from this experience, and start treating others with respect, regardless of their ethnicitiy. It can be a new start for them, so that they stop losing customers. I hope the owner and management will respond to this message, and apologize. It is the least they can do.
I am a bit late writing this review but here it goes.
I had purchased a pastry that was so delicious! I decided to have breakfast one day and so I did. It was scrumptious! The service was outstanding. Nowadays I do not have high expectations for service because it's hard to come by but I was very happy with everything. It's a very cool and unique place. They have a lot of neat stuff to look at during your visit. I was very pleased with everything and looking forward to eating there again in a couple of weeks! I travel some for work and will definitely be visiting again.

Came here the other day for breakfast & got the Okonomiyaki that cost over $22, and was not satisfied. The Stuck-up Liberal acting server was not polite. Someone drove-by blasting rap music with a maga hat in their window & I heard nothing but racist remarks from both patrons & staff for someone else's political opinions... Not a pleasant place to eat overall.

Love the ambiance and the staff (they were so friendly and attentive to the point we never had to ask them to assist us coz they kept coming back to make sure we're okay and drinks- even water, are filled). It has the cozy and artistic atmosphere where everyone is welcomed. Prices are reasonable for the service size. The food was alright. We ordered the Bulgogi Bowl, Chicken and Waffle with egg and bacons, and Tuna Melt with Fries. The adults had Bottomless Hibiscus Mimosas (only $21 per person) while my daughter had Iced Matcha Latte. I am assuming the latte was good because she downed it quick! The place is mainly a cafe/coffee shop serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch, as well as mimosas wine, and beer. It was our first time there, but I think it would not be our last.
The ambience for this restaurant is very welcoming.
I had the Chilaquiles and I was very disappointed. The sauce they use tastes like hot BBQ sauce and it was sweet and spicy. When the server picked up my plate he saw i barely touched it and didn't even ask if I liked it. Super disappointed. I also ordered the bloody mary which was good and earned the second star.
I love Provisions.
I've only been twice but both times the food and coffee I had were delicious. Plenty of street parking. Great customer service. Plenty of food options for vegetarians.

That's what AT sponsorships are for - and you are only paying 25% in the first year and then less in year two and three.
I beliebe @EternalAnt36 was sponsored by @PerceptiveWash44 and is now doing $25k/mo.
You can write on the top sellers profiles (type 'Top 10' in the searchbar) and then tap request sponsorship button after you found the guy or gal like to work with!
