Flavors and colors
A very friendly welcome and very professional service. The setting is very beautiful. The unique menu varies according to local and seasonal products. You will have the choice between meat, fish and vegetables. Don't come with the idea of overeating. Here the portions are small but refined.

Good morning, We had dinner at Pouliche with friends and we really liked the concept of small dishes to share and the cuisine that went with it. A very good moment which could/should have generated excellent comments on TripAdvisor or equivalent. Alas, very big downside on the wine list and in the end a bill that flies away. For some time I have regularly come across very alternative wine lists, full of completely unknown references, rather expensive and since Vivino gives us the pleasure of existing, when we dig in with a majority of fairly mediocre wines. Many times to get a level that is just right you have to pay around a hundred euros. We have been sensing a maneuver in the sommelier industry for some time now which seeks to confuse the customer with unknown references and probably to โseek marginโ with coefficients freed from the competitive constraints weighing on traditional, well-known references. This is becoming really very painful and for amateurs including myself, quite confusing. The idea is for the customer to enjoy themselves, so there's no point in tiring out making good or even very good food at a reasonable price to break that with overpriced and mediocre wines? I'll let you meditate, but if it continues, it will be aperitif/wine at home and a water dinner at the restaurant!

Smiling welcome, tasteful decoration and innovative concept: two starters to share, a dish of your choice between meat/fish or vegetarian and a frozen dessert accompanied by the chef's signature cake with hazelnut and olive oil. The proposals are original and developed according to the producers' arrivals. The seasonings are perfect and the flavors sublimated. The presentation is carefully crafted, the products are of high quality and the surprise awaits you. All for only โฌ35 per person for lunch. A nugget.

Here, we don't choose our menu, but we have some very nice surprises: three different small starters, including a hot soup, beets and broccoli on three different plates... A nice veal chop with good cooking, and a mash chickpeasโฆ The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is well done and the service perfect. Low price. Well done, a good time!

Amandine Chaignot's artistry in crafting refined dishes was an absolute delight. In my opinion, Pouliche warrants far greater attention and accolades. I anticipate witnessing the radiance of a Michelin star grace this exceptional establishment.

Being in Paris, the city where in principle you should eat very well, the experience at Pouliche was a bad one. Everything was vegetarian that day, which may or may not be a problem, but the dishes that were brought to us and of which we only chose one, the truth is that without creativity and a normal flavor.

First room a bit schematic, but the table near the window is pleasant. Attentive, friendly service, no waiting. Three obligatory starters...and delicious (small vegetable soup, beets, mimosa eggs). 3 dishes to choose from: meat (pork with sweet potatoes) or fish (polka with parsnips), a vegetarian dish. The plates are beautiful and the sauces tasty. An imposed desert that deserves to be, the chef's biscuit + two mini-desserts (pineapple carpaccio, coconut, mascarpone cream). Good value for money especially considering the quality of the food. A regret, the dematerialized wine list to read with barcode.

Unfortunately far from being up to the mark! We were obliged to eat on the run while the 5 course menu is imposed. As soon as the dessert was served, we were asked to pay the bill. Less than two hours after our arrival, we were kicked out at 9:29pm without having finished our drink! Moreover tje staff was very unpleasant.

Fantastically innovative cuisine. They were able to change some of the pre-set dishes to deal with fish allergies. Every dish was 5 star. I took some friends and they think Iโm a genius for choosing this restaurant. The real genius is in the kitchen. The neighborhood is just slightly rough but we felt comfortable walking there and home. Donโt miss this one!!

Inventive, well executed dishes. Some dishes seemed sub par compared to others, maybe because of the amount of starters for the Valentine's menu (5 starters: the boa buns were cold by design and missed some dimension, superfluous in this menu?) Some of the staff didn't show up and replacements did their best to manage a very busy evening. Very nice team, a bit all over the place :) Overall a great place with great food though!

Itโs a surprise to our palate and a delightful experience. You can see the art in Al the dishes they served was well thought of and creativity burst out. 5 star to their entire team who are super helpful.

We were hoping for a true french experience on our first night in Paris and it exceeded all expectations. The whole menu was mouthwatering. We loved the surprises but it was the kindness and professionalism of the staff that made it. Thank you Pouliche. We will be back!!!

Celebrating a birthday and with friends we had a wonderful afternoon in the restaurant enjoying the set menu, service was excellent and beautifully explained to my party of 7. 3 course set menu, no choice on a Sunday but it was inventive and delightful.
