Excellent dinner
Everything we had was absolutely perfect. We started with a tuna and an octopus appetizer - both excellent. Then we had fillet for dinner. The fillet was cooked to absolute perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and would recommend dining here

Dined at Pascale Bar and Grill on Saturday evening. A group of 6. The service was pushy, interrupting conversations for an order after being asked to give us some time. Food presentation was interesting, an eye fillet served on a plate with a cheek of lemon does not scream yum! All sides have to ordered separately, which considering the prices is a bit cheeky. Dessert was beautiful and delicious. Australian wine selection was unavailable and a more expensive overseas wine was pushed, after a bit more investigation on the servers side, the wine requested was found and was even cold? Splitting the bill 3 ways was a problem but splitting in two is not? The staff were quite lofty in their interactions and not particularly friendly or helpful, which is a shame because the space, the decor and bar areas are very nice. Room for improvement.
Be the first to ReplyTerrible Service
Its was meant to be a special occasion, my wife and I wedding anniversary and due to the lack of waiters and the terrible service the experience felt more like a 2 star restaurant, I feel for the chef as its management and waitresses team are letting the them down. I did reach out directly to management and received this response (we will try we did our best but it has become a good learning experience for myself and my team). not a good reason for a 5 star restaurant as it was not a good experience for my wife and I.
Be the first to ReplyAn Anti Climactic Special Night Out.
A birthday dinner was the reason for a special night out. The setting is lovely but only if you like loud music. I ordered the eye fillet and my wife porchetta. Instead of the eye fillet I was served a salty, over cooked rib eye which was removed from the bill ( Sorry they were training new staff). They did offer to whip up an eye fillet mind you but my wifeโs meal would have gotten cold The porchetta was dry and mostly stuffing. The crackle too hard for biting. Desserts consisted of a NY Baked cheesecake which was fair but my wifeโs profiteroles needed a knife to cut through the bases. Oh and $16 for a bottle of sparkling water. But the coffee was great.

Dined at pascale last weekend with my partner, best service we've had anywhere in Melbourne in a very long time. Our waitress Hannah was outstanding, we enjoyed everything she suggested. Porchetta is a must try and definitely ask her for a wine match no matter what you order. A perfect night. Keep it up QT

No vegan options available, which meant we had to go elsewhere unfortunately, so can't review the actual food. The menu options looked nice if you could eat there, although a little on the expensive side.

If you're staying at QT Melbourne then you need go no further than Pascale Bar & Grill for breakfast. Well priced and delicious - all you could ask for!

Very much enjoyed our breakfast at Pascale. The staff was very accommodating to my wife's food allergies. Excellent avocado toast on gluten free bread and fresh fruit paired to delicious cappuccinos.
Be the first to ReplyNo wow factor
My husband and I had dinner here and as we walked into the hotel and then upstairs to the restaurant it looked absolutely lovely. The dimmed lighting gave the place a very romantic feel to it and we were excited about what to expect from the food side of things. The menu looked brilliant, the service was prompt and staff were polite. We ordered an entree each being the beef tartare and ceviche which looked amazing but there was no wow factor when it came to flavour. Hubby ordered the slow cooked lamb as the main and I had the trout. The lamb was just gorgeous however the trout again lacked a lot of flavour. This was the moment that we decided to forego the dessert. All in all, it wasn't bad but it wasn't great either especially when paying those prices.
Be the first to ReplyWorld Class! I donโt say that
World Class! I donโt say that lightly, absolutely best dining experience I have had in Melbourne. Better than the Atlantic. Cacio e pepe, Veal Cutlet, scotch fillet, sides, best dessert menu I have seen in a long time. Normally restaurants are chocolate this chocolate that and a panacotta not a Pascale. Ambience was fantastic and every cocktail I ordered was delicious. Outstanding service. Well done Pascale, well bloody done.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent desserts
Great fine dining experience. We skipped the entrees because I wanted to save room for dessert. It was a good decision.
For mains we had the veal cutlet and the slow roasted lamb shoulder accompanied with french fries and broccolini. The meals and the sides were of generous proportions. The meats were tender, the french fries were crunchy and the broccolini tasty.
However, the desserts were the highlight of the dinner. We ordered the raspberry souffle and the baked Alaska. Both desserts are not commonly found on restaurant menus. They were both perfect and not overly sweet. The souffle was accompanied with icecream (although the icecream serving should have been larger) and the baked Alaska was served with a strawberry sauce.
Would consider going back just for the desserts.
Service is also very good.
The restaurant has an open kitchen and a also has a large bar.
Would recommend Pascale Bar and Grill.
Great Vibe
Visited for Dinner and Breakfast whilst staying at the QT. Very impressed with the menu and service. Coffee was delicious at breakfast.
Be the first to ReplyQuiet and modern
Great place to start the day with a breakfast. the staff service and food are exceptional with a good range.
No buffet breakfast which makes the floor really quiet and could enjoy the meal with some news check.
The overall value of money is above average and I would recommend for people who enjoys quiet.
