Great selections for breakfast.
Panera Bread is a favorite of ours, at home or across the country. Yes, it is self-serve, but all choices are delicious and fresh. Servers are friendly. As a regular coffee sipper in their coffee club, I go to the one in Roseville (on Pleasant Grove) almost daily. I often get a cinnamon twist bagel toasted with butter. They have a good selection of breakfast sandwiches. The Elk Grove location maintains the companyโs fine reputation. Recommended.

My friend and I went for breakfast. One thing to say, their service was much better then Black bear. Customer service was very good. I hope they keep it like this.

I just had the turkey avocado BLT for the first time. Probably one of the most delicious sandwiches Iโve ever had. I have had occasion to do business nearby recently, and have only a short time for lunch. In other words, Iโve eaten here a few times in recent months. I usually eat the chili lime salad, which is also very tasty. When it comes to ordering a quick lunch, thereโs lots of choices out there...and there ARE several other restaurants around this place. If I have more time, I might go in for a sitdown lunch at Mikuni. But if you need quick service, great food and really good customer service, this branch of Panera is a easy call. Plenty of parking, roomy and clean inside, great food, reasonable prices. Five star in my book.
Be the first to ReplyA good place to get a light snack!
It was too late last night to eat a large meal so I opted for a light snack instead. Service here was quick and accurate. Best of all, food was satisfying and delicious!

Stopped here before getting on a plane. Kinda over panera. Small bowl of soup with a grilled cheese that they should be embarrassed about. Over priced food that was barely warm. Plus those tip jars and lines on the receipt for tips and you go pick your food up. Same as any fast food restaurant. The staff here not friendly or care youโre eating here.

Always a good stop for a fresh meal. Not too expensive. Always tasty and filling. We try to get the table by the fireplace in the winter months. Nice and cozy.

This is a place for quick but healthy and delicious lunch. They have fresh bread, sandwiches and soups. You can taste the freshness of each ingredients. The seating is very nice and clean. I can see people come in for chatting or gathering with friends. A relaxing place for simple lunch that will not break your bank.

As bakery based restaurants go, this is pretty good. Bagels and pastries, and any other bread product you can think of. If you come for lunch, the salads are excellent. I would give them a higher rating if the prices were a little more reasonable. Two bagels and two small coffees were more than $10.00.

It had been quite a while since our last visit to this Panera Bread, and now I remember why. The cashier had quite the attitude, and when the wife asked for a pecan nut roll to go, in addition to our meals, he grabbed it with his bare hands -- icky. (We did have another associate get us a new roll without the hands-on method.) When our meals finally arrived, the wife's half-filled salad bowl was dirty; so we had to wait an additional length of time for a clean replacement bowl. My little $10 Alfredo Tortellini was just tolerable; however, my $4 cup of Clam Chowder was not good -- it's a good thing it was tiny, because I could not eat it, and I HATE to waste food. The food was too expensive for the quantity, and quality, that we received. Finally, I will say this about our meals; the bread was good, and the replacement pecan nut roll was delicious.
