A last minute lunch stop success story.
I will be dreaming of the chicharrones for the rest of time.

The restaurant has a great vibe - not too stuffy like the rest of the neighborhood, but nicer than a pub. Young and lively crowd, but not in an obnoxious way. From the start, the service was great - I was solo, but the hostess (whose name I didn't catch!) helped me find a seat at the crowded bar. Tudor, the bartender, was fantastic - not only having extensive knowledge of the drinks menu but also of food pairings. The drinks and food were great, and Tudor gave great recs. The pisco sours were my favorite! The food is tapas, sharing style, but I was recommended plates that would be suitable for one. Standout was the leek dish - the best leeks I've had!

Inventive and WildI thoroughly enjoyed my meal here starting with the candlelit dungeon ambiance. Music is slightly too loud for an intimate occasion but would be great for a celebration. All dishes are beautifully presented. Bar and drinks look great although I didn't partake. *shishito peppers unremarkable*fried chicken delightfully crisp and boneless dark meat(!) with an eastern flair. Came with sweet sauce that was slightly off the mark to go with the chicken but exotic. *crab appetizer also didn't work, oddly smooth crab filling with a funky taste. Fried outside was really good in an interesting shape. *lamb belly stole the show; tangy, sweet, crispy and delicious. I wish the inside was rendered slightly more but it was great.Overall, not everything worked but it was fun to try and still overall a worthwhile trip.

Be the first to ReplyPachamama was a huge hit on our last visit to London.
It's just the right mix of trendy and casual, and the food was exceptional. The beef short rib was a standout, and we also really enjoyed the veggie-centric dishes. Pretty much all of the snacks were a bit hit as well! Cocktails were fine, didn't shine as much as the food, but there are also great beers/wines to choose from. I'd say it's a must when in Marylebone!

Pachamama serves up delightful Peruvian small plates with a fun ambiance and reasonable prices. The restaurant interior is nicely-decorated and homey, with wood finishings and a cozy feel. The food was absolutely delicious, particularly the fried chicken, the ceviche, and the duck on rice. Come with a few friends and share multiple dishes amongst yourselves for the best experience. Overall a lovely place for a tasty casual-yet-classy meal.
Be the first to ReplyTerrific tapas and drinks.
To start with, padron peppers were spicy and set the mood. The corn and garlic tamales were a terrific follow-up. The peruvian rice paired well with the mapo tofu. The kicker though was the spicy Moscow-mule called Bebe Gaston (mentioned on their website - pachamamalondon.com/east…), made with Rocoto chilli, lime and ginger beer. Now that's a spicy meal.Great DJ as well.

Definitely not a regular reviewer but this place deserves it. It smells fresh and they've really set the scene for a beatiful homey vibe but that's not the reason you should come here. The menu has been created by 5 chefs from all around the world and it's shows through the food. We ordered the tasting menu and not only was each dish completely unique, there were little textural elements added to make each bite a fun and surprising experience. The flavors were combined so well that's is difficult to even guess what ingredients have been used. I can truly say this was one of the best meals of my life! Not only that but the service was on top of it. Youre definitely missing out by not stopping by, this place is the real life, Ratatouille, moment of awe after one bite, restaurant.

What a delicious place for cocktails and food!We had dinner and there were multiple dishes that were vegan. I especially recommend the aubergine dish, the plantain dish, and the carrot quinoa dish. The dishes are small and for two people we ordered 6 dishes. Expansive drink menu with creative cocktails.Would recommend!
Be the first to ReplyOmg this place is amazing.
The flavors are so absurd but the food is DELICIOUS. The lamb belly chicharrones....OUT OF THIS WORLD. And the dessert, I was so full but I couldn't stop eating it. If I ever come back to London this will be the first place I will stop by again.
Be the first to ReplySam is one of the best bartenders in the world.
N.S. Have drinks and dinner at the bar and enjoy the show and conversation. Roasted cod was excellent. Catherine

The food is amazing and has really exotic an unique flavours. Having had Peruvian food in Peru myself, I have to say that this place accurately represents the flavours of Peruvian cuisine, but gives it a slightly more modern, European twist. The staff are very attentive and engaged and the restaurant setting is lovely. It is quite expensive but very worth it. Would absolutely recommend!

This place can be a little hard to find, as there's only a small opening from the road with stairs that lead downstairs. The atmosphere and decor are fantastic - it's a very aesthetically pleasing restaurant.Service has been great on the two occasions I've been.Food - I don't know much about Peruvian food so this review may not be for those who have a better informed palate, but I did enjoy their unusual dishes. Some of the things we tried were the:Padron peppers - it is salty but I loved itEnglish berries on a quinoa waffle - not a big fan of the combination of flavoursPeruvian fried chicken (savoury) waffle - would recommendPeruvian chocolate topping on a sweet potato waffle - unusual flavours which I enjoyed.Would I go again: maybe, the reason for the hesitancy being that their menu is a little limited in terms of options if you've already been there twice.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food and a wonderful atmosphere.
It feels like sitting in a garden. The waiters are fun and attentive. The food is delicious - it is nice to share the dishes at the table and thereby taste a bit of it all. It is easy to order some more on the go. :)
