Food was terrible my steak looked like a well done flat pancake i order med well filet not flat butterfly my fiend wanted med rare the lobster was small like the terrible small lobster at outback my steak and my friends steak over 79 bucks our bill 49o for three people I tipped over 20 percent because service good steak was the worst it made Ellis island steak taste great very sad and disappointed to bring my best friend and father visiting to go to the worst steak I've had in Nevada in over 40 years
I completely understand why they are rated so high.
The food was simplistic but yet stunning. The quality is to die for. I am a local and will be coming back to try more of the menu. Live music and a full bar can never go wrong! The service was great they knew what I needed before I did. My drink was never empty.
Unimpressed.
While the ambiance was nice, the restaurant was freezing, we expected more from the Morton family. Shrimp cocktail was literally 5 shrimp crammed onto a small rectangular plate along with lemon & cocktail sauce; shrimp was just ok. Burrata & heirloom tomatoes-burrata was great, the tomatoes were warm and had obviously been blanched, which is odd. I've had burrata & tomatoes all over the world and never had them with warm tomatoes, which sucks the fresh, crisp flavor right out of them. The rigatoni & short rib side was good. The steaks had good flavor, cooked to the temp we wanted. Their sommelier is either new or poorly trained. We brought a very expensive, prestigious 30+ year old bottle of red wine that he promptly picked up harshly & held horizontally to the table, allowing all the sediment to move from the bottom of the bottle into the wine. We even told him there was sediment and that's why we were keeping it upright, which is something a properly trained som would know. He took it away to open it, brought it back in a decanter but did not bring the bottle back. He basically treated it like it was a $30 grocery store wine; showed it no respect. While waiting for our full party to arrive (they won't seat you otherwise), another couple asked if there was room for 2 without a reservation. The hostesses obviously told them no because they walked away. As they did, the bartender asked if it was just the 2 of them & when they said yes, motioned them to sit at the bar. You'd think that would have been an option that the hostesses had told them. Also, the restaurant was never full the 2.5 hrs we were there; they could have been sat immediately.
It's gorgeous inside! Really pretty anywhere you look.
There was live music when we came in which was a nice touch. The cocktail menu is creative, which I always appreciate. We came for a late dinner after being out all day, so wanted something really good but not too heavy. We tried the tiger shrimp appetizer. Delicious! The grilled pork belly was really good. The short rib pasta was a little disappointing, only because you can tell the noodles weren't boiled in salty enough water. It took a bit away from the dish. The burger was what you'd expect from a steakhouse burger. Can't go wrong. Our server Bernie was great. If we stay at Virgin again, I'm def coming back for this dining experience.
Service was great.
Food is good. Mac and Cheese, Street corn and crab cake was delicious. Didn't need anything. Calamari was good, could have been fried a little longer for my liking but the flavor was good. Potato Gratin needed some salt and pepper

Honestly thought this place was going to be fantastic but I was incorrect. First off, the service was terrible. Justin was our server and was incredibly inattentive to our table. We didn't order any expensive wine or champagne and he only focused on the tables that did. We were sitting with our drinks for about 25 minutes before we put in our order. When we said that we were waiting for a while, Justin rolled his eyes. I ordered the scallops and Justin rang it in as the fennel salmon. When asked for scallops it took 10 minutes to come out. When they did come out, they were extremely undercooked and rubbery. We also ordered 3 filets all medium and they were all rare. I think this place has the potential to be great but it was not that way last night.

Cliff Notes Price Range: High Parking: Not sure, we Ubered Perk: Steak Non-Perk: Paying at the end Ambiance: Steakhouse Dress: Casual to Dressy Noise: Low when we were there Temperature: Comfortable Recommend: 85% Dissertation We recently had tickets to see a show at the Virgin Hotel and decided to try this steakhouse out for dinner. The hostesses that greeted us were very friendly and helpful, even offered us a sample of one of their signature drinks. Which was a tad too sweet for me, but good (sorry, can't remember the name) . We started the night off with the house bread, it was okay. Next off to the Rhode Island Calamari, which was so good! My husband had to refrain himself from eating the entire plate. On to the main course, the Filet Mignon (which was good not great), with mashed potatoes and charred broccolini on the side, which were out of this world. Then, we decided what the heck, blew the diet, let's just go ahead and get dessert.... which was the Triple Chocolate Truffle Cake, dear Lord, I think we would go back just for that. Our server was very nice and accommodating, although he tried to take my drink before I was done (sad face); however, I can't complain because that is better than waiting a lifetime for help. Over all, I'd recommend 75% for the dinner but 110% for dessert.
Pricey but good! The ricotta gnocchi is sooo good.
The crudo and poke apps are yum! Miso cod is very good and their steaks. Cocktails too. All around great spot

The name of the reservation should be on the listing that was transferred to your account when you purchased the reservation.
