Terrible!
Milanese cutlet which only had the name Milanese and nothing else. The orange breading is therefore ready-made. Crispy that when you cut, the meat broke apart on its own. It was almost cold when they brought it to the table. Never to return again. Then they also added desserts and alcohol to the bill which we didn't even order, thank goodness we noticed, otherwise we would have had another €30 more and we would also have eaten badly!

Bad experience. Wrong order and they didn't change it In the end I didn't have lunch after waiting for more than an hour

We have never experienced such unfriendly and rude staff. We lost the desire to eat any more. We changed our location.

Nice place, dimly lit, decent food but small quantity for those who want to eat with just one course, 30g of rice, very small I would say.

Nice location, partly friendly and professional staff. The problem comes from the kitchen. Fisherman's rice with a taste worthy of a hospital diet, mussel soup with "dried up" molluscs......
Be the first to ReplyWorst pizza ever
Attracted by the outdoor tables and the seemingly welcoming atmosphere, we went for dinner this evening. A very touristy place with a menu that was not at all inviting, we decided to have pizza given that the pizza menu seemed selected and with southern products we thought we were on the safe side. As the title predicted, we were very wrong. Pizzas of a dubious consistency, without a dough base and literally burnt underneath, not well cooked, BURNED! The seasoning wasn't bad either but the dough was completely non-existent and it felt like eating chewing gum. Staff not very welcoming but all in all passable. I understand that the place is mainly tourist and they don't work on customer loyalty but this is really too much. Result: heartburn and a 43 euro bill which wouldn't have been much if the pizza had been at least decent. In the absence of anything else, I recommend a frozen pizza which is certainly better!

1st order of 2 pizzas went under. Then the two pizzas arrived. The Capricciosa was badly burnt in places. The other pizza was missing basil. Service was inattentive. Men's toilet between the kitchen and the counter with the door open.
Be the first to ReplyGood place to have lunch
During the week of holiday with my husband in August in Sirmione, we stopped to have lunch in this place in the historic centre. They were days of terrible heat, but even though the tables were in the shade under large umbrellas, they were very hot, with the heat coming from below... which I absolutely didn't understand! We had two seafood risottos, which were good. The waiters are quite cold compared to other places in the historic centre, very courteous. Good place to have lunch, but not when it's 40 degrees at lunchtime in August.
Be the first to ReplyWell, no... Actually: definitely not.
There's no point in spending words, because if this is a pizza, then everything is worth it. To my question for clarification (I'm from Naples, and I've eaten some other pizza, as well as making some) the answer was: "I'm out of dough, and maybe it hasn't grown enough". It's your fault, you'll say. It's my fault, I say too. Because it's not enough to give yourself a name with Neapolitan assonance to be able to give prestige to white art, but I believed in it, and I fell for it. I understand the business, but I would ask the owners to kindly avoid desecrating a product that has received the "TSG" recognition, not by chance, to the point of even involving UNESCO. I would ask (unlucky) customers to kindly order any other dish, but to avoid the pseudo-pizzas: know how to wait to enjoy a real one, not here, you will be rewarded...
Be the first to ReplyNo wonder it is almost bottom of reviews
I usually consult reviews when about to visit a new destination. On this occasion we decided to visit Sirmione at the last minute..if only I had read the reviews of O’ Sarracio. Unfortunately, we experienced the same appalling service as customers dating from previous years. We were greeted by a surly member of staff..this should have been a red flag and we should have moved on. However, as the terrace looked very appealing we decided to stay. My wife had sea bass which arrived within 5 minutes and was raw in parts. My trout was acceptable but not the best. Diners on an adjoining table overheard my wife’s comments about her fish and they left immediately. We were offered apology and no further interaction from the staff for the rest of the evening. We were not offered dessert or coffee etc. We sat and witnessed the place being closed down …we felt uncomfortable and believed that the staff just wanted to go home. Not an enjoyable evening. Such a shame with all the choices of restaurants available in Sirmione. The saddest thing is that the reviews on this site confirm that they have either not read the reviews or maybe too arrogant to even care.
Be the first to ReplyShocking rude service
I wish I had read the other reviews before visiting this restaurant. It looked good and had a nice terrace so we went in. After ordering drinks, we chose our meals and then informed the man serving us, who I think was the manager, that our son is allergic to dairy and asked if his choice would be possible. He rolled his eyes, walked away and threw the menus he was holding onto another table. Then came back and said no. We asked if he could suggest something - he pointed to something on the menu with a huff. We should have left at this point but we already had drinks and my children were very hungry. Whoever this man is should be ashamed of his service, and of making my son feel embarrassed and uncomfortable for an allergy that he has no control over! On top of this the food was not special when it came - the pizzas were soggy and watery on top. AVOID !! They do not deserve your custom!

It was the worst Pizza we’ve tried in Italy, anchovies in the Pizza was really bad, the salad was terrible, no taste at all. We’ve been changed 3€ per person for service, that was terrible as well.
