The hotel had MANY issues that were not resolved during our stay, including check-in with attempting to charge our card twice, entering our room at 65 degrees and having a broken heat source, bathroom was not cleaned from previous guest, bugs in the bathroom plants, room service order was incorrect. We were offered an upgraded room for our troubles that was DOWNGRADED to a queen/smaller room. Valet had no room for our vehicle and kept it parked at the street with incoming hotel traffic. Online booking error on the hotels behalf for the spa and was still charged for THEIR mistake and didn't agree with their request to fix the online booking, they also booked a new appointment without our consent and charged us the deposit, no refund. We never received an itemized receipt from our stay when promised and was refused a manager in a higher position to speak with. Charged an additional $600 for our stay. Highly disappointed in the staff due to not caring about their guest request nor complaints on how to make the stay amazing. Simple solution to each of these issues and they refused to comply.
