Hotel staff at the entrance so lovely reception staff lovely. Breakfast buffet is great but food from kitchen like eggs and porridge average. Greeting girl for breakfast was not the friendliest. Bar staff by the pool fantastic. Staff at the pool great but at times alittle slow and frustrating having to continually chase up our drinks or meals. To have a bed by the pool you had to have a minimum spend even though half the time we were there half the beds were empty. Juice bar. Never come across a slower service. Can wait up to 30 mins for a smoothie. Nobu restaurant food was lovely but we had one waitress there that was extremely rude and even though restaurant was empty stuck two of us on their smaller table right next to music speakers. Rooms very noisy. I could hear room next door upstairs and people outside. Expected more since I had been travelling through Europe and staying at amazing hotels. Can’t say I’ll be recommending this hotel sorry
Best hotel in Ibiza by far
Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is a fantastic hotel, we travel very often and in our opinion this is one of the best hotels where we stayed. Staff is absolutely fantastic, always doing their best to ensure we are comfortable and looked after. The facilities are amazing, the pool, the gym, the rooms are absolutely top notch, the views are breathtaking. The Nobu Restaurant has a great atmosphere, the restaurant itself is beautiful with great views to the sea and the food is delicious! We will definitely be back!
Nobu Ibiza Bay the place to stay in Ibiza!
The best place to stay in Ibiza! The staff is amazing, friendly and kind, always available for everything you ask for. The facilities are excellent, very close to the beach and the city center, you can go by walk anywhere you want. I’ll be back for sure!
Best birthday few days
We stayed at Ibiza bay for my husbands birthday. Sebastian on the front desk was amazing from the start. Our room wasn’t ready, so we went out for the day, upon our arrival when we got back, we had been upgraded and Sebastian organised balloons and a cake , this was such a lovely touch. All the staff were so friendly and amazing. Nobu Ibiza bay, I’d definitely our go to hotel when visit Ibiza from now on.
Not worth the price
For the price charged, the hotel is not worth it. You get charged for everything on top - sunbed (minimum spend), water (water in the tap is not potable), etc. Suite layout is not good and frankly worse than a normal room. Breakfast is okay and never changes. Room AC didn’t work well for us complained but no one did anything. Tap water stops and starts and again nothing is done about it Only decent thing is the concierge and the bell boys. They are very responsive. Location is good since it is close to everything. However, I would not recommend this as a luxury hotel.
Nobu ibiza bay, you ticked all the boxes and then some
I wouldn't know where to start with this hotel. From the arrival experience and throughout the stay, I felt spoilt! The staff there always made sure I felt welcome, and that I wanted for nothing. The bed was comfortable and waking up to a Seaview and crashing waves...heaven

There was Excellent service throughout the property. The Nobu restaurant was 5 star and good value. The breakfast was terrific and positioned near the water. The Property was is very good condition and the location near town was very convenient. The concierge provided valuable advice for dining reservations throughout the island. There was a boardwalk in front of the hotel next to the water that was enjoyable to use as well. Overall, a very good experience.

The pool area was a serene oasis, ideal for unwinding under the sun. The rooftop party was an unforgettable experience, offering breathtaking views and a vibrant atmosphere. Nobu Ibiza Bay truly exceeded all my expectations. The room was also amazing, with a balcony with awesome views. I will most definitely be returning soon!!!
Spectacular
Entrance to the lobby with distance to the pool and the sea, impressive. Different restaurants to taste Japanese and Mediterranean food The friendliness of the staff, spacious and comfortable room, a large and very comfortable bed, views of the sea with anchored boats.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
