Amazing...until it wasn't at the end of our trip
We honestly had a fantastic time at Nobu Los Cabos. Grounds were amazing, not crowded, relaxing, food and drinks were great, and we loved our room. Now for the unfortunate part... Upon our departure, we had transportation pre-scheduled. The bell desk told us to wait in the lobby and that they will come get us when our car arrived. At departure time, the bellmen came to the lobby to retrieve us, introduced us to the driver, and put our bags in the car. Sadly, we found out halfway through our drive that the bell desk put our bags and family in the wrong car. We had to pay an additional $135 out of pocket in order to not risk missing our flight, as our correct driver had already left the Nobu hotel at that point. I don't know how the bell desk put us in the wrong car considering there are two checkpoints leading into the hotel. We kindly asked that were simply reimbursed the $135 for the bell desks mistake, as putting us in the wrong vehicle is a mistake we wouldn't expect a luxury hotel such as Nobu would make, especially considering we had our young 6 year old daughter with us. After a multitude of follow-ups with no response, a manger finally got back to us. He said he would like to pay us in good faith, but needed to complete an investigation into what happened. After weeks of following up with no response, the manager finally got back to us again and blamed the driver and would only give us a room credit for another stay. This is not acceptable, as it doesn't make sense for us to spend another $5000 for a small room credit. A $135 reimbursement is pennies for a global brand of hotels, so the hard stance here makes no sense. We will no longer take our friends, families, or partners to any AIC hotel locations.
Cabo’s Best Resort
Amazing service. Diego was our consierge who was absolutely amazing. My dress shirt for an event got a stain on it and he helped get me a tide stick to get it out. My girlfriend collects matchbooks of places we stay and she had asked the front desk for some. They told me that they didn’t have any, but Diego found some and gave them to us. Unforgettable experience and hope I have the chance to go back very very soon.
Beautiful hotel but…
It’s a beautiful hotel with minimal, modern, Japanese influenced style and design elements. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable and very well-appointed - the spa is a must try experience. Food was great, albeit pricey, but standouts for us were the Ardea Steakhouse and M Bar for cocktails. Service was good - some spots better than others. But it’s important to note the location and the (very) windy weather conditions. They absolutely impact your stay and a warm, relaxing Cabo experience so highly recommend doing a thorough check of the weather cycle for your intended stay before booking. We sadly felt it left us disenchanted with the experience - too windy for fire pits to be lit, too windy to dine outside in the evening, too windy for the main pool, etc.

The hotel is a first-class development. Personalized attention at all times, they take care of all the details so that the stay is pleasant, comfortable and memorable. The staff is specialized. In our case, Ignacio assisted us and offered us very outstanding attention from arrival to check out. The hotel restaurants offer 7-star service and food.
Great for Couples
The whole resort is amazing. From the rooms, to the service, to the drinks, to the food, to the cleanliness, to the hospitality. Every detail was covered. As someone who is in the hospitality industry, I’d highly recommend staying at Nobu. Additionally, we had many questions while there and the concierge service via text message was incredibly helpful and our Ambassador for our stay, Alan S., was amazingly helpful both during and after our stay.
First Cabo Trip
Our hotel ambassador, Diego, was amazing! So attentive and fast to respond. He definitely went the extra mile to ensure our group had a great vacation! The on site restaurants were amazing. The spa was incredibly relaxing. Overall, a wonderful experience!
Best of everything at Nobu Los Cabos
The food is phenomenal and the stay is amply luxurious, as one would expect from the Nobu brand. Quiet and beautiful beachfront outside of the hustle of the main town centre in Cabo San Lucas. Excellent service by our local ambassador Ignacio.
Wonderful stay at Nobu Los CABOS
We had an amazing stay at Nobu Los Cabos. The resort is clean and beautiful and has all the amenities and restaurants with great food. The service is top notch as well. Our hotel Ambassador, Alan, was extremely helpful, assisting my families’ needs during my stay, from arranging a trip to downtown to getting us a hospitality suite to stay before our evening flight back home. Wonderful place and wonderful people
Best mini vacay!!
Wow! This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly researched the most recommended hotels in Cabo and Nobu had the best reviews. So, I ultimately decided to stay at Nobu Hotel. I was concerned that the reviews could have been exaggerated and I'm so happy to say that I was wrong. At every turn, the property was in immaculate condition. The food was phenomenal, and the overall ambiance was everything I needed. I LOVE being pampered and the employees here went above and beyond to ensure we were always happy with the service provided. My husband and I have agreed that this by far was our favorite vacation, and we will absolutely return. Thank you for a fantastic experience! We will be back soon! SN: Be sure to come prepared for the weather. We were cold the majority of the time we were there due to high winds and were not prepared at all. (i.e. bring a jacket)

Exceptional concierge and atmosphere
The Nobu experience is fantastic- the staff are attentive, the atmosphere is relaxing, and we enjoyed the numerous restaurants. Alan, our concierge, was extremely helpful and was sure to check in each day to help us plan our trip. Would recommend a stay here!
Peaceful, beautiful escape in Los Cabos
A perfect stay from start to finish. Service was incredible and prompt, starting from the expedited check-in process and ending with room service that was beautifully presented. Impeccably groomed grounds designed with a Zen Buddhist monastery in mind. Spacious and well appointed rooms with twice daily turndown service and onsen-like soaking tubs with bath salts provided. Easy room service ordering options via iPads in his room, which also have all other restaurant and hotel grounds offerings available to browse. Poolside food and beverage service was fantastic - shout out to Carlos and Simone for being so prompt and helpful. Extremely quiet, well-appointed rooms that really leave no need to leave the grounds for your entire stay. Perfect for a couple or individual who just want to eat, sleep and lounge by the pool and who have "been there, done that" with the party aspect of Cabo. That being said, Ubers are not allowed to be called to Nobu as it is located in the beautiful gated Diamanté community - one can only take taxis. So be mindful of that if your stay in Cabo will involve a lot of coming and going - it may just be better to hire a driver during your stay. That being said I will absolutely be back to Nobu Los Cabos and already have my next stay planned. Thank you for a wonderful quick respite.
Amazing stay
Nacho was so helpful throughout the entire stay. Everything from the pillows to the food was amazing. Overall the service is what makes us want to comeback. The cabana by the adult only pool is the place to be. Also it wouldn't be nobu without the amazing miso black cod.
Wonderful experience!
The hotel is stunning. Many pool venues to choose from. The food at all of the restaurants is superb. Excellent service from everyone. Special thanks to Francisco E the pool waiter for his excellent service and super helpful attitude. We loved our trip!

Amazing hotel! By far the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. Rooms are incredible. All three pools are amazing and each have a different vibe. Incredible beach access. Amazing drinks. Alan Santiago was our personal concierge and he took such great care of us! He setup pickleball for us every morning with cold towels and water. He made every dinner reservation for us. We felt so pampered! Only critiques would be that the servers by the DJ pool weren’t proactive in asking for orders and that the food is way overpriced.
Nobu Service
Francisco by the infinity Pool is phenomenal, his service and kindness was outstanding! The food and drink was delicious. Everything is so clean, the pool was very warm! Francisco made this experience one to remember and we will be back tomorrow!
The Best Vacation
My husband and I just left a six night stay at Nobu and it exceeded our expectations in every way! We celebrated our wedding ceremony while we there and it was such a wonderful experience. I want to thank Steph and her team for helping me with the details of the wedding and for giving us a great memory that we will cherish forever. Thank you to our photographer, Eduardo, from JJ Studio for capturing our wedding and providing us with beautiful photos. We are so excited to share the stunning photos with our friends and family! And thank you to our Ambassador, David, for helping us with all of our excursions, reservations, and answering any questions we had. We truly had the best time at Nobu and we can’t wait to come back! It will forever be a special place that my husband and I will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you, Nobu!

Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
