Room was good but front desk staffs at both the main desk and Nobu desks need training. Caesar front desk staff was trying to sell me on an upgraded room, when my booking through my credit card qualify me for this. Because of this upgrade, I was told after waiting in a long line to go check in at Nobu hotel desk. Side note, could they have not bring out more check in staffs, rather than having more than 15 people wait in the line. And this was their slow time. It was worse other times I passed by. Management should do something.So I showed up at Nobu desk, no one was there, this was midnight already, so great! Had to wait and wait, until the staff got back. The staff was nice, but again I had to inquire about the booking perk and credit. Which they have to check and finally confirmed that I had the benefit. So that was great. Finally something worked out. One of the benefit was late check out which I did asked for, they said that it could not be done / it was not noted in the account, check back in the morning. Next morning of my 3 night stay, I inquire, I was told that it was not a perk that I have and I had to inquire the day of check out in the morning. Ok Sure. Finally the night before check out I asked again at the Nobu desk, this time the staff try to get me to choose the paid upgrade, when this is clearly my booking benefit. So I inquire and she acknowledged that yes you qualify for this, let me add it now. Here's my question, why did the past 2 Nobu agents not know about this? Are they not all trained using the same manual? Ok this all sorted. The next day, I left the room, returned after check out time at 11 am, went up to the room to find out that none of my key works so I hard to go back down to the front desk and ask for an update keys. It is the little things that really gets me about this hotel.Well another issue, the parking pass never worked for coming in or out of the parking structure, I hard to call in every time to help system for them to open the gate. My question is why? They were charging me for this but then one of the front desk agent was kind enough to comp the parking for the stay, which was nice yet annoying at the same time that the hotel can't get this right.The elevators to the parking garage is old and dilapidated, chipped paint, partially ripped off floor. The last day of my stay and check out, there's 4 elevators but only 1 was working. Caesar you have to do way better than this. It was terrible.
