I ate here about a year ago and found the food crazy hot.
I mentioned to the server that my entree was inedible and they just chuckled. Found myself there last night and had the best meal of my Vegas trip. Servers were top notch and I highly recommend Night + Market!
Be the first to ReplyIn the Virgin hotel, a very casual restaurant.
Very eclectic. Good drinks, started with spicy eggrollls and the Tom yum soup. The egg rolls were delicious. I was so excited to be off to a great start. The Tom yum soup was very good but lacked some seasoning. Piping hot and lots of cilantro and lemon grass. We ordered the Thai noodle with shrimp and the whole fish with green beans. The fish was so tender and flaky and so per moist. Would recommend highly. The noodle was spicy and flavorful. We passed on the dessert for the o cream shop nearby but would recommend highly.

I went here for an event and the GM there Chad is actually serving us, customer service is top notch and food is sooo delicious! I love the desert and usually Asian dishes are not well known for desserts but they have this Mango Rice that I cannot stop eating, and don't even get me started with the Natural Wine!

Interesting name for a Thai restaurant especially in the middle of the Virgin Hotel. The deco was Midcentury nice and clean. The food was decent and on the salty side. Our server was nice and attentive. Overall, it is a nice place to get a quick bite when you don't feel like going out on the strips.

It breaks my heart to leave a mediocre review for Night Market, because the Weho location used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Los Angeles (last two times have been very iffy though) and the cook book is absolutely phenomenal. I came here in April to the Vegas location for the first time and it was fantastic - pricier than LA as expected for a Vegas hotel restaurant, but not beyond reason, the food was stellar and menu was abundant with options. I returned with friends to the Vegas location for a birthday celebration, and the food was such a disappointment. The menu had changed drastically and was super limited - no coconut sticky rice? No startled pig? No Tom khar? We ordered the crispy rice salad, the Tom yum soup, drunken noodles, sticky rice, Thai boxing chicken, and the khao soi curry noodles (one of my favorite Thai dishes usually). The Thai boxing chicken was the star of the show. The noodles lacked flavor, the crispy rice salad was solid, the soup was out of sorts (way too bitter), and the khao soi was the biggest disappointment of all - it was a peanut saucey abomination. I don't know if the kitchen just like...ran out of khao soi paste, or if there was an accident or something, but it was like eating noodles in grimey satay sauce. Which is a tragedy when you're expecting heavenly khao soi. I don't know if it was an off night (it happens! and it's ok!) or if there's just less focus now that they're expanding so quickly, but I probably wouldn't go back when Vegas has so many places to choose to eat.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is in the middle of the Virgin hotel.
I wanted a quick late night snack and went for their happy hour which is from 9 pm-close up until Thursday night. The spicy egg roll sauce was great and appreciated that it was open faced and packed with flavor. The ribs were a bit dry, but definitely great customer service and would come again!

Super sad I didn't get pictures! I'm a local working at the Virgin this week. Been excited to try this place and was a little taken back at how quiet it was in a Wednesday at 5pm. Quick chat with the bartender, and the place was hoppin yesterday, and basically who knows why today is quiet. There is a big conference in house, so those activities could be delaying the HH and dinner rush. Anyway, off to my review. I got the N+M Sunset, a classy little tequila drink off their HH menu. Then ordered the Thai Boxing Chicken and the Papaya Salad. Bartender warned me that the papaya salad was the hottest thing on the menu, and I responded Bring It On! And she wasn't joking. Great portion size, enough for 2 heavy servings or 4 side servings. Slow intense burn with just the right salty and lime flavor. Great fresh side dish for the chicken. I wish I could describe the chicken flavor better, because it was so good. It's juicy thigh meat that is grilled with the skin on which gets super crispy! The chili sauce is fish sauce based, salty and just enough heat. It's also served with May Ploy, a sweet chili sauce. Def will be back... seriously though, don't sleep on that chicken!
Be the first to ReplyLousy food, worse service.
Avoid this place. Not pleased with the changes the Virgin owners have made to the Hard Rock. It's poorly decorated and they got rid of some great restaurants. This place replaced a very good Chinese kitchen. N+M looked exciting as I love Thai food, and have enjoyed the night markets of Bangkok, Singapore, and other Asian cities. This isn't good Thai food, or decent street food. It's overpriced confusion. The host first told us the place was booked for the next two hours. We asked again and he found us a table. The place never even got half full. The service went downhill from there. Had to wave down the server for drink refills and he never approached us on his own. What a douchebag. Only two kinds of beer and they were out of one of them. The menu has been slashed of many of the offerings from earlier menus, many of which looked pretty interesting. Hmmm. Business must suck to see such a slashed menu, stockouts, surly service. We only stated because our first three choices were booked. The best thing are the wings. Pricey for 6 wings. They are fried very crisp and the sauce is sticky. Sweet, spicy and lots of scallions. An order of spicy egg rolls never arrived. A green papaya salad was ordered mild for our less heat tolerant guests. I usually get medium. It was too hot for me. And there were three peanuts. It was flavorless except heat.Good Luck Tiger noodles sounded great. I generally eat only gulf shrimp and avoid farm (sewage) raised tiger shrimp. These were not cleaned and deveined. That's putrid. The noodles were gummy. The sauce seemed to be nothing but soy sauce and salt, no complexity of Thai flavor. Ordered medium and it was hot. Chicken pad Thai was flavorless and gummy. It might be the worst I ever had. Pad see ew gow was just a grey gluey mess. The food is not good, and expensive. The service is indifferent, absent, and asleep. Just walk on by.
Be the first to ReplyThe worst Thai food I have ever eaten .
.. my wife ordered Thai basil chicken and the texture of minced chicken was like grains - I got pad Thai, chicken was literally cooked by boiling in water with no flavor and noodles were over cooked. I returned it after tasting .. to make matters worse, the restaurant did not offer to amend ...
Be the first to ReplyFood was good but a little salty! Drinks were amazing.
They need to tone down the salt. Everything except the boxing chicken was salty
Be the first to ReplyI love this place.
When you ask for spicy, you get spicy! The crispy rice salad and startled pig are my favorites.
Be the first to ReplyCame here for dinner on a Sunday night for a party of four.
We were curious after watching a YouTube video special of our favorite vlogger. At first, we circled the place as Virgin Hotel boasts of so many new restaurants. After the renovation, this place is now looking trendy, relevant and vibrant. We ended up here!First off, staff were friendly and attentive. As we were starving, went straight to the menu. We had PAD THAI $12 (of course), not too soggy or soaked on peanut butter sauce. It had sweet radish, pressed tofu, egg, crushed peanuts. It had chili powder on top. Everyone agreed best pad thai we had so far here in Vegas. GARLIC FRIED RICE for $16, a must have, truly a staple for Thai food. My company enjoyed it. I'm not a fan of crispy fried rice as the burnt taste gets to me. We ordered the PAPAYA SALAD as well. Fresh ingredients, spicy at its best, dressing or whatever they combine it with was limed perfect. The star dish for me is the FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH. Breaded, skin-on fried, kept it moist and yumlicious. Costs $20 with papaya slaw, ranch dressing, jalapeños and cilantro. I will come back just for this. Overall, this restaurant made it to our 'come-back' list. Visit the Virgin Hotel, it has a lot to offer this place for one. ;)

Small, cozy place far from the casinos inside the Virgin Hotel (used to be the Hard Rock Hotel). The street food made with fresh ingredients, menu had a slim selection. Overall good flavor and great presentation.

Passing through Vegas and staying at the Virgin Hotel, we had dinner at this restaurant because we thought it was like the Night Market in LA. Not so, my dear, not so. This was a Thai restaurant with lots of drinks!Small restaurant with a nice ambience, we ordered the Vegan Larb, Pad See Ew Gai with tofu, and the Hey-ha Wings. The Vegan Larb is an explosion of flavor in your mouth, I've never tasted anything quite so spectacular in my entire life! The Pad See Ew was amazing as well, very flavorful and the tofu was soft and not bland at all. The wings were good in the first few bites but when i was on my 3rd piece, it became a little bit too salty for me. Definitely a shareable dish. Good restaurant to visit if you're staying in this hotel. Will definitely come back to try the pork dishes. I wanted to try the blooming' onion but they said that was just for lunch and only "to go". Maybe next time I'll come for lunch!

So thankful to have a night and market location in Las Vegas now the staff was extremely nice to me and the food was phenomenal really enjoy the Vegas-specific selections

.. But food was okay! just couldn't believe how much steak frites were.. 70$ please
Be the first to ReplyReally wanted to like this place but left disappointed.
Cute, quirky, retro vibe and good music with friendly service but dishes a hit or big miss. Here are the dishes ordered and my ratings from 1-5. * Hey Ha Party Wing 5/5. Best dish of the night.* 5-spice Pork Belly 3.5/5. Came out in 5 minutes...was it pre-cooked? Tasty but very small portion.* Tiger Prawn Green Curry 3.5/5. Nice sized prawns cooked well. Curry a tad too sweet.* Grapow 2.5/5. Too salty and saucy for this Thai staple dish. * Pastrami Pad Kee 2/5. Like the fusion idea but far too salty and needlessly over spicy which made it difficult to eat. Also needed some crunchy vegetable like Chinese broccoli to offset the mushy texture. * Singha beer served without a chilled mug for $9. Such a small detail which could've made the experience better. Gave feedback respectfully to our server and the manager on duty but received the stereotypical "canned, disinterested, indifferent" responses like "I'll let the kitchen staff know" and my favorite response from the manager, "yes, those dishes do tend to be salty." How's about "sorry that you are not enjoying these dishes tonight, I'll let our chef know, can I get you something else that might work out better?* This rushed (60 minutes total) and mediocre meal and experience cost $160 with an obligatory 18% gratuity on the bill. Always happy to pay and tip well when high quality food, service, and experience are delivered. But, leave pissed when the whole experience falls this short.Good customer service is not only about energy and smiles but how the staff handles things that aren't working out. They can apologize and genuinely listen, empathize, and offer solutions. This simply did not happen. I would have appreciated any sincere effort to resolve things. For innovative Thai, Lotus of Siam is better in every conceivable way.

Would barely go again, even if the prices were 1/3 of their crazy casino prices. The pad thai was uneven and bland; the pad se ew was really mushy. The hanger steak on a skewer was good, but tasted like a chunk of meat.
Be the first to ReplyWow, so my partner Sergio loves Thai food.
He has been working on perfecting a few recipes for years. This place shocked us both. The grapow spicy basil chicken was wonderful. Our server Steve had recommended it with sticky rice and he was so right! I'm not as familiar with Thai drinking food, but he made the process super approachable. We also had the spicy egg rolls, he told us ahead of time it may be too spicy if I'm not into the heat as much. He was right, but Sergio loved them!
Be the first to ReplyFood was good and great service.
I usually eat Sticky rice and know how to cook good Sticky rice too because I'm from Esan or Isan Thailand. I wish they could cook better Sticky rice but Beef jerky was good tho, I like it a lot. Overall was great you guys! Come try!
Be the first to ReplyServed me meat when I didn't order it! Will not be back.
Why would you add meat to my order when I didn't specify I wanted crap with my meal?! I hold a strong bias against places that try to upscale meat. Get a clue, fools.
Be the first to ReplyThe vibe over food for this spot.
It's the marketing of this place that had my friend wanting to visit and have one of our girls night out. The food was on the saltier side for me. I am all about experiences, and this did that for me. As for the food, we had leftovers that I was able to bring home with me. It's nice to see how there are more choices in restaurant experiences at the Virgin Hotel.
Be the first to ReplyMy wife and I may have had the best date night of our lives
My wife and I may have had the best date night of our lives here. Not only was the food amazing, but the level of service from Jade was beyond exceptional. She guided my wife and I through the menu like a museum tour guide. She was able to break down the complexity of the food in such a simple yet elegant manner. Her wine recommendation was the perfect complement to our Vegan Lard dish and the Lobster Pad Thai was the best pad Thai I've ever had. Our entire experience was enchanting and we plan to make this our go to date every time we come visit the in laws in Vegas. The only downside is that you may not have the fortune of having Jade as your server because that sister is gonna have her own restaurant soon. Hands down the best service that my Wife and I have ever had.
