The staff is the worst
I went mainly to the amusement park, but the staff were all rude and it was the worst amusement park ever. I will never go again. ・Ticket booth Unfriendly and unhelpful. In the end, I made a mistake and had to get a refund and buy it again. If you don't know, please let someone who does know take over. ・Entrance There was no one there, so I thought I could just go in, but then suddenly he stuck his head out of the small window in the office next to me and said, "Please show me your ticket before you go in." He said that. You weren't there just now, were you? Do I have to go out of my way to call out to him and ask him to check my ticket? I was really pissed at him. ・Rides I went on a weekday, so it was almost completely booked, but even though a primary school child was waiting at the entrance to ride alone, he pretended not to notice that he was in a position where he could definitely be seen. He noticed that I was looking and had no choice but to come out, but who do they think they are? If you're not motivated, quit. There were also several staff members who kept giving me warnings, as if they were being nasty, and it was a very unpleasant amusement park. I've never been told this when it was crowded, but maybe they're just looking for flaws because they're bored? There were a few nice staff members, but unfortunately there were too many like the people mentioned above.

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
