Stunning 2* Michelin Restaurant
An exceptional experience from beginning to the end - 3 very interesting appetisers in the bar area accompanied by a refreshing glass of champagne and then into the main restaurant which is light and airy, not over ostentatious- just a really nice environment with lots of space between tables. What follows is simply amazing food as an art form, our favourite bring the apple tart desert (served inside an apple) - really superb food and excellent service. Only negative is how expensive all the wines are - we had a really excellent Malbec from Argentina which we could not fault except for the €195 price. So recommended but take care when choosing from the wine library.
Great for a special occasion or anytime!
We chose this for our last night at the resort and it was a great choice. Firstly though come here with the right expectations. It is not cheap but what you get is not just a dinner but an evening of experiences. The welcome and formality of the greeting was special. The room is big and the tables well spaced out. You enjoy an aperitif in the lounge area where you also choose your meal from the menu and then escorted into the dining room. Each staff member is gracious and very friendly. The food is served in a very professional and uniform way, the training here is obviously taken very seriously. Each course is described in full and presented as a work of art. Even the bread is an event and explained in great detail. The food was without exception perfect. All served with class and just the right amount of personality and smiles. Do not miss the desserts which are also a theatrical event (apple tart was unique and very tasty). A fantastic memorable evening at MB should be the highlight of everyone's stay at the RITZ CARLTON Abama
Absolutely amazing experience
Restaurant at Ritz Carlton. The entire experience was just amazing, from service to taste. The menu items are well chosen to give you a taste of everything. With every item we were taken on a voyage of surprise in taste. It is impossible to say what part of the menu was best tasting, it was all excellent. Bravo to the chef and to the team at the restaurant. The Michelin stars are well deserved.
Excellent Food and Service
We did not expect to see a Michelin 2 Stars restaurant in Tenerife, and indeed it was a very pleasant surprise for my friends and I. Booking was difficult, and we were lucky enough to get a table for 4 near the swimming pool (please book in advanced... best is to book when you book the rooms). Weather was a bit hot, but sitting near the swimming pool awarded us with a lovely evening breeze. We had the tasting menu and it was very innovational and taste excellent. My compliment to the chef and his team for suce wonder experience we had. The wine pairing was great, especially with some introduction of local wines. Exceptional experience. We also have to especially thank Dennis and Bryant for their pampering for the whole night... in fact, thank you, MB TEAM!
The finest of fine dining
We had an evening of exquisite food in beautiful surroundings, a real experience of a lifetime. We treated ourselves to the Great Tasting Menu with matching wine pairings and it was just magical. As well as the food, there was great theatre with the presentation and delivery. It’s very expensive of course, but it’s as good as you can buy and in years to come we won’t remember the bill, only a wonderful family evening. Thank you to the M.B. team for a true holiday highlight.
The best just gone
Well we were there for several times. Before pandemic times - it was really good restaurant but after uff. Now I fill that it is only a good memory from past - sorry guys - You need to improve according food and service.

I have 1.3k in my balance but I can do nothing with it because my positve sales is 73%.
I can't list new reservation so I can't grow this rate so I am blocked. The support doesn't answer, I wonder if this platform is not a scam

Our TOS state that we can hold fund for 180 days if needed - we use this tool only if we protect ourselfs from probable chargebacks or to forcefully change seller behavior.
As I explained before we have no incentive in holding seller funds as only sellers that get paid on a regular basis come back.
From a dollar volume perspective the sellers with problematic accounts are a single percentage point in payouts that create the most amount of chargeback and refunds -
We want to disincentivize sellers like @ArtisticArch12 that just flood AT with listings and harm restaurants around the world.

This means you booked up a whole shift of a restaurant while only sending three people.
You indeed do not care about the restaurants and should absolutely not upload anymore listings.

@ArtisticArch12 uploaded 397 (!!!) listings and sold zero.
The AT review team as on multiple occasions asked the user to stop uploading listings.
As I have mentioned in a previous post - we have absolutely no incentive in not paying sellers, only sellers that make money come back.
If you are within the metrics - like all the top 10 sellers are - you will make money and you will be paid regulary.
If you randomly upload listings and don't fill bids your account will go into bad standing and will eventually be closed.

I remember back in the peak days of Airbnb, they did the same thing to hosts only to realized later on, without sellers, you are a ghost of a platform. Platforms exist lucratively on the basis that seller feel supported and buyer feel safe.

anything over 20% refund rate is often blatant fraud towards customers.
Especially as not every bad sale results in a refund and customers sometimes just chargeback.
So likely 50% of your listings were bad.
We do payout your remaining earnings after 180 days, we do this to cover for future chargebacks and more importantly to disincentivize this sort of behavior.
Look at the top 10 sellers' refund rates for reference.

We do very much advocate to our sellers.
Some people make more money on this platform as they ever have before.
The reason we were able to scale operations to this level is that we have very strong guidelines that enable sellers to support a market rather than destroy it.
Sellers that do not understand that making a reservation - listing it - then not selling it causes a restaurant table to stay empty - where is your compassion here?
If we didn't enforce these rules eventually other people would do it for us, effectively destroying the new market we eatablished.
I said it before and I'll say it again - we want good sellers to be paid as often as possible as only then they will come back and do it again.
