Beautiful experience
Welcoming structure starting from the reception where he kindly explained to us all the hotel services. The room was clean and bright, well divided and, in our case, with a terrace surrounding it with a breathtaking view of the city. Rich and varied breakfast with attentive staff available for every request. A special mention to our housekeeper Safiye; kind and affable he made sure the room was always tidy and sometimes with a welcome plate of fruit. A truly positive experience that I haven't had in other hotels. When we return to Istanbul it will definitely be my first choice.
Amusing, joyful
Centric place. Near by the tram station. All the touristic places 15-20 min away. Staff was really caring. Thanks to all front office staff. Mr. can helped us with the advices. Definitely i will visit again! Restaurant was very peacefull and the foods were nice.
Nice hotel and well located in Istanbul
Nice hotel located in a good area of Istanbul. A 40-minute walk from Santa Sofia and other monuments. With a tram stop in front of the door and a very lively area. And many thanks to Ms. Seher for always having the perfect room for us. Totally recommended.
A successful stay thanks to the location of this hotel
Hotel very well located from the metro and the grand bazaar, very comfortable. Very pleasant and attentive staff. A special thank you to Valeria for her efficiency in finding a lost item in the hotel. We will return with great pleasure!
we won't go here again, I don't recommend it
The hotel is nice and modern. The staff are friendly and friendly, nothing was done. The problems started when we booked a room with a large bed, but we got a twin. We wanted to exchange it for a double room with a balcony, but it didn't work out. The refrigerator was not working, which we reported several times, but it was not fixed. Food and drinks spoiled in the heat. The upper frame of the bathroom door was torn off, luckily it didn't fall on our heads. Only positive was that the cleaning was first class. Serife cleaned everything thoroughly, made the beds nicely, changed the towels. The view was nice.
Hotel Ramada
We are very pleased. We especially want to praise Mrs. Şeife. A very nice person. She cared about your comfortable stay. Rooms clean, always stocked. We didn't miss anything. Hotel staff very helpful. We recommend this hotel with pure heart.
A very good place to have lunch
The service was very good, Alican served us and was quite friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and a good size, I definitely recommend this place in Istanbul. The place is beautiful, the service is very good in terms of time, attention and flavor.

Spectacular
Everything was excellent, thanks for the attention especially to Safiye, thanks to her we were able to enjoy Istanbul 100% The room was perfect, with views of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia and with a great opportunity to see the sunrise at the Golden Horn We will be back!
A memorable stay
The room service was excellent, the staff were extremely polite, attentive and hospitable, especially Serife from housekeeping. The proximity of the hotel to the tram made it easy to access popular tourist destinations, the kitchen staff was helpful as well.

Had a great stay at the hotel! The room was fantastic and the housekeeping staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also got some fresh fruits, which was very nice. Also the water was for free and has been refilled daily. Highly recommended! 😊👍
Ramada hotel

Accesibility
We've stayed at the hotel for 3D/2N which is very convinient to all Tourist sites around Istanbul area. A lot of transportations can be used such as tram, bus or even taxi near the hotel. The Hotel can even arranged the Tour as well upon or before check-in. The room is clean plus Housekeeping team are kind. From Front Office Suat whose very promt during check-in with his trainee when we arrived at the hotel.
Great location , excellent service.
The hotel is located close to most tourist attractions, and there are many public transportation right in front of it. The staff is friendly and always with a smile on their face, a special thanks to Kubra and Berna for taking care that we have the best breakfast experience. I will definitely visit this place again!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
