Rude hostess
I had an exceptional disappointing experience. For almost a month, we attempted to contact Lou Lou, but no one answered the phone. Eventually, I had to ask for the help of the concierge to secure a reservation for us, as well as for beach chairs and a table at the restaurant. Upon our arrival, we learned that while we had a restaurant reservation, there were no beach chairs available, as they were fully booked. The host was the rudest person I have ever met in the entire St. Tropez area. I told her that the concierge had made our reservation and mentioned my efforts to reach Lou Lou for a month. Her response was simply to show me her phone, claiming that if I had called her, she would have answered. I proceeded to call her right there, only to find that her phone was on silent and not ringing at all. I understand they are very famous and they’re at the point. They do not need to pick up the phone. This lack of service can in a day tarnish their reputation. If Lou Lou continues to have individuals like this hostess—arrogant and rude—they risk losing customers to the numerous beautiful beach clubs nearby, where service is exceptional and hostesses readily answer the phone. We had reservations at Indie Beach, Coya, Le Reserve à la Plage, and Les Palmiers, where we were able to secure reservations for sunbeds and lunch with phone responses in under 30 seconds. The staff was kind and attentive, unlike the experience we had at Lou Lou. Dear management of Lou Lou, I wish you the best of luck, but if your service remains at this level, it may be difficult to maintain your reputation. Actually, it will be simply impossible.
Nice restaurant with good food ,music and service , pour : costumers relationship , and pour beach service .
A good restaurant with good service and good music , but booking can become a really hard job , and , no matter if you are a regular costumers, they do not remember you . The beach is well organised, but beach service is mediocre and again booking is a hard job , and sometimes you have the impression to disturb the beach waiters when you place an order .
Impossible to Book
Terrible customer service!!!!! I tried to call and email them for sunbed and lunch reservation months ago and told me to try only 1 week prior. When I did as they said, my reservation got rejected with the justification they are fully booked for their "clients". This was never mentioned in their original email, and it's completely unfair. I planned my whole trip around their stated policy, only to be told I never really had a chance. Completely misleading and inconsiderate-especially for a place that promotes itself as luxury. Very disappointing. Better experience at Bagatelle, Shellona, and Verde Beach
Great spot for lunch!
I had a fantastic lunch at Loulou! The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were super friendly. The flavors were spot-on, and the portion size was just right. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to come back again!

Amazing spot in St Tropez with a great vibe. Food & drinks were beautiful. Make sure to bring your $$$ - nothing comes cheap here!
Relaxing lunch in a beautiful location
We had lunch during our vacation and really enjoyed it. The servers were friendly and the attentive and the food was good as well. The restaurant itself is also beautifully done. It is a quieter scene than other beach clubs around but good if you are looking for a more relaxing lunch for the day.

Arrogant pricks
One of the worst places I have ever gone to. Toxic masculinity! Bullies that don’t care about anything but money. They damaged our belongings and offered us a bottle of water in compensation. Treated us like we were less than human. Stay away from this place
Great Beach Club
Great atmosphere, service and food. We found everyone helpful and friendly. The truffle pizza was outstanding and the chicken delectable.
Loulou review
We have been to many, many beach clubs, particularly in the south of France. We were put off going to Loulou because of the huge amount of negative reviews. Our driver from the hotel recommended it so we took a chance. It is one of the best we have ever been to. Staff incredibly friendly and attentive. Food was fabulous. The music was great and added to the holiday vibe. Cancelled Club 55 (one of our favourites) and went back again the next day. Couldn’t recommend more highly!
Turn the music off please !
The food was the only good thing about it, music really too loud, unbearable, it is actually the concept of the place that is passe’, on such a beautiful beach I actually would prefer to talk and listen to the ocean rather than to full blast disco , perhaps they believe it is elegant . So out of tune with the universe …..however fun for kids !
Never again
What a Bad experience. We visited this Place and got a table for 7 people. The service was unfriendly, for the linguine with vongole, we got small plates. It was impossible to eat out of these plates. 5 times we have asked for ice cubes. No one brought it. We did not get Desserts Not coffee. At the end, the waiter took off the table cloth and an ugly plastic table was underneath. No one told us, but this was theysign, that we had to leave. Something like this has never happened to us before. Never again we visit such a Place.
Do not go here
came for a beach day as we heard it was the best place to go. The place has good ambiance and is nice but the staff is not attentive, the drinks and food are severely overpriced. You also have local people who come up near the chairs all day long from the main beach and try to sell you clothes, trinkets, towels , etc. I would definitely avoid this place if you can. It was not worth it.
Mediocre
Loud and brash but no style. Mega expensive of course. Food and service are OK but nothing special. The beach area is somewhat tacky - broken toilet door had not been fixed in 3 days! Byblos Beach, Nikki and Gigi are better in every way. Disappointing.
Terrible experience
Last year we had a lovely experience. This year however, the staff as well especially the DJ (male) were really arrogant. The played particularly Arab music - a few songs can ofc - but we had really the feeling in Morocco. The DJ was hostile - really a very terrible experience. Stay away from this tourist trap (very expensive on top)
Worst experience of the summer!!
Worst customer service ever!! After visiting 9 beach clubs throughout the summer, I was looking forward to go to Loulou after endless times trying to book it!! All throughout our experience the staff were rude and disrespectful , with serious attitude issues!! Beach clubs in st Tropez are for us happy and fun experiences, but this visit I couldn’t wait to finish our meal and to join another beach club later on for a few drinks!! So all in all a very disappointing time and I will definitely not go back!! The place is not friendly and the food is pretty poor!!

* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* BraveCloth47, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* BraveCloth47 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to BraveCloth47 for any questions Peter may have as BraveCloth47 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* BraveCloth47 now uses their connections at Loulou Plage & Restaurant Ramatuelle to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If BraveCloth47 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, BraveCloth47 receives the $200 reward which is credited to BraveCloth47's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Loulou Plage & Restaurant Ramatuelle!
