DISGRACE
For sunday branch this is the absolutely tourist trup rip off. firs waiter never said more then 10 words, and been seen again all prefixed, appetizers came all at the same time abviosly it is all pre cooked and nothing except salad was good. as for seconds all came at the same time, fish, chicken, stake and all sublime questionable taste and quality. to top it all They give you prosecco NOT champagne. for $500 for couple it is absolute disgrace. TOURIST TRUP

Always a pleasure to have dinner here. My favorite waiter, Chris, waited on me, and , as usual, he made the best recommendations. The chocolate Martini was made to perfection. The Brussels Sprouts Caesar was incredible. The butternut tortellini were magnificent. But the best of the best was the Chocolate Nemesis for dessert! I love Los Fuegos for the impeccable service, extremely flavorful dishes, and warm setting. The red and gold and leopard print are on point.
Be the first to ReplyDon’t waste your time
My wife and I went to eat here for the first time yesterday (Saturday). We really wanted to love it because we live a 3 minute walk away from this restaurant. Unfortunately, it turned out to be frustrating experience. After getting seated it took our server almost 30 minutes to acknowledge us. The restaurant was half empty and a group of servers were hanging out at the hostess stand, that was about 20 feet from us the entire time. My wife and I both order the angus skirt steaks fritz. It obviously took a unnecessarily long time for our food to get to us. Finally a bus boy serves us our food that arrived kind of warm. Our wonderful server didn’t bother to come check on us after getting our food. Afterwards, a different bus girl takes our plates. My wife asked for a dessert menu, and after a few minutes another server brings us our bill. We were both frustrated at this point and didn’t bother trying to even a dessert. Keep in mind that the restaurant was half empty, and that our server was hanging out at hostess stand for the majority of the entire time we spent in the restaurant. Food review of the angus steak and fritz: our food was served kind of warm, the steak was average, and the fritz could have been frozen fries from Publix. We will never be going back to this restaurant. There aren’t any shortages of great restaurants in Miami, so don’t waste your time going here.
Be the first to ReplyLos Fuegos - You Must Eat Here!
We came here for breakfast, lunch and dinner during our recent stay. The service was unparalleled. The food for all three meals was the best we've ever had. The pastries at breakfast looked so beautiful and tasted even better than their beauty. Every single person we encountered was cheerful and aiming to make our experience the best. A shout out to our breakfast and lunch waiter, Ercan (4083). He served us 4x and was friendly and helpful. By the 2nd meal he remembered our drink orders, etc. Such a fabulous person and server! He made sure that we had a dinner reservation made before they were old out - He went the extra mile every time we saw him. The atmosphere of the restaurant was classy and comfortable - all at the same time! Our dinner waiter was Morgano (sp) - he was so helpful in describing the meals and helping us to make the best selection. A huge shout-out as well to the young women who repeatedly filled our water glasses - they were so attentive. We drink a lot of water and our glasses were never empty!

Everything on the menu was fantastic! Id like to give a special thanks to our server joaquin who truly made it a great experience from explaining every dish to bringing us champagne and then the perfect wine! Will be back for sure! The tuna tartare was delicious!
Be the first to ReplyMake sure you are seated in Chris's section
I have been to Los Fuegos twice in one week. I was fortunate to be seated in Chris's section, in the main dining room, the first time. Chris really has a passion for food and for people. He truly wants to experience Faena has to offer. He knows the right combinations and associations. He takes the time to get to know you so as to best advise you. I asked to be seated in his section the second time. He was working in the veranda. Different setting. Less grand than the main dining room. Definitely the place to go to while in Miami Beach. For the food, but also for Chris!
Be the first to ReplyAVOID THE IMBECILES
Stay Away … showed up empty restaurant and asked for table and told 30-35 mins on business. Waited over hour and hostess and manager said I wasn’t on list for a table despite showing my text message ‘THEY SENT’ stating I will not get a table and they called security after one of their waiters sticks his chest to mine and gets in my face. After talking with security ‘Trey and Cam’ they offered to buy me a drink and asked if I would like them to get me a table … I kindly declined and left!! AVOID THE IMBECILES bc def not worth it
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful restaurant, amazing food
My husband is a big fan of Francis Mallman and has all his books and spends a lot of time trying to recreate his recipes. We were so excited to visit Los Fuegos. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff are amazing. We had such a nice evening. We had the octopus and beets to start and then shared the meat parrillada. My husband's version of domino potatoes, chimichurri and the skirt beef is very similar to the restaurant, so his dedicated practice has definitely worked! We would love to go back, would love to try the fish parrillada next time.
Be the first to ReplyThe attention to detail is something to behold❣️
From the moment you step out of the car every team member is dressed more fashionably than any other hotel or restaurant that I have ever been to. They all carried themselves with such poise as well. EVERYONE! Axl and Maria were such excellent servers and Axl went out of his way to help what I can only imagine was his most inquisitive table. He was so patient and either had all the answers or quickly got them from the chef for our more Argentine born question. 😀 EVERYTHING was off the charts scrumpdeliocious! The empanadas, the prime skirt steak, the art that was the potatoes, the salad with beets and avocados and the dolce de leche pancake! Woo-wee. And do yourself a favor, get the dessert wine pictured in this photo that came highly recommended by Axl. It will make your heart sing.
Be the first to ReplyBest branzino ever
Hesitated to book due to prices but so glad I changed my mind. Had the best branzino meal ever, the skin was crispy the fish done to perfection served over an herbed Quinoa Salad and Beet And Sesame Cream, with Roasted Hazelnuts. Husband had the prime ribeye with the domino potatoes. He thought the steak was well prepared. The domino potatoes were delicious. Our service was spot on. Our server(forgot his name but he was a Serbian basketball player) explained the menu, recommended certain dishes. Was there when we needed him, but not overbearing. Spent 3 nights in Miami Beach and this meal was a highlight.
Be the first to ReplyPerfect Sunday Lunch
We finally went back to Faena for it’s amazing Sunday “Brunch”, unfortunately they no longer have the all you can eat “parrillada” but the current options are great too. Our waitress, Diana, was amazing, we followed her recommendations and we got the perfect mix of everything and a lot of great food; add to that bottomless premium champagne, a gorgeous setup with live music, and you get the Perfect Sunday Lunch…
Be the first to ReplyVery expensive bad food no service
I called the day before and asked about bringing my own wine, specifically mentioning I was coming Friday. I was told it is Ok and corkage is 50$. I brought the wine and asked the waiter who confirmed the same. However, after a few minutes the manager arrived saying that the restaurant does no allow outside wine Friday Saturday. I looked at the wine list and found that the restaurant wine list was very overpriced, with wines being sold at more than 5 times retail prices (before tax and tip which is added to wine automatically, making it about 7 times retail). Practically the cheapest wne on the list (with a few exceptions of wines that are sold in supermarket and are of extremely low quality) was 150$. Did not order wine. Ordered food. The fish that appears in he menu as prepared in their special oven arrived fried and the rice accompanying it dry. Asked the manager and was told that fish is just fried to be finished (cannot be). Returned the dish. The only dish served that was half reasonable was the Steak which was again significantly overpriced. Basically this is an overpriced steak restaurant with lots very very overpriced wines. To top it all the service is very inattentive. Throughout the dinner the waiters were mostly busy talking to each other and seemed upset everytime I asked them for something – this was only achieved by me calling them loudly because none of them ever attended the table by themselves. I ended up ordering desert from he water waiters because he was the only one who came to our table.
Be the first to ReplyUnpleasant Christmas Eve surprise
I had a wonderful meal at Fuegos before the pandemic and was looking forward to another years later. I reserved a table for two at least a month in advance for Christmas Day. I arrived to be informed nonchalantly that the proper dining room was reserved for Faena club members and guests and that we were only welcome to sit out on a tented patio for the same price during unseasonably cold weather. If I had known I was not a priority and would have been seated in the “overflow” area, fine. But talk about not managing basic expectations.
Be the first to Replydinner and drinks at the living room
absolutely horrible service. at Dinner, Los Fuegos, we had 3 different persons taking care (or not taking care of us) they clearly looked under staffed. Forever to have water. Wrong order. One dish arrived cold. really? then drinks a the living room. UNwelcomed by a condescendant person of color, beautiful and extremely elegant. That stopped there. Everything that came out of her mouth (to us and others, we heard) was unpleasant, borderline cynical. She acted like she had total power over everybody in that room. That started by judging our outfits. We were classic, sober, elegant, not fancy half naked 8 inch heels ( we passed the age). She acted like she was police, total power. We observed her all evening. pathetic. repositioning a chair that some patrons had turned for more comfortable conversation I suppose. These patrons were truly embarrassed. Really?? We are there to feel good and welcome. everybody was polite and behaving. and she was on top of all like a kindergarten teacher. Maybe remind her that we are clients, guests who pay and we want to feel welcome, not patronized. All other waitresses attending tables, were nice, working hard like butterflies, making sure our orders were to our desires. thank you
Be the first to ReplyAmazing food and service!
We have an amazing experience at this restaurant, great food and equally great service. Recommend it 100 percent if you are in Miami.
Be the first to ReplyChris Curtis is the Best Server
During a family trip to Miami a friend of mine recommended going to Los Fuegos for dinner and advised to request Chris Curtis as our head server. The food was amazing but Chris was the best part of the experience. Chris was personable, knowledgeable, and very attentive to all of our needs. My girlfriend has Celiac Disease and Chris took extreme measures to ensure she was taken care of at the back and front of the house. His recommendations on food and wine were spot on. My family and I must have thanked him a million times for his service. I will definitely be back to Los Fuegos especially if Chris is there.
Thank you again, Chris! You’re the best.
Our fav

She is a shining example of how restaurant service should. be. It was a pleasure to have her as our server. Thank you Angelica for your commitment to you job. It shows! - CA residents
Be the first to ReplyGorgeous Delicious!
This is our favorite restaurant in Miami Beach. The food, service, decor and music always makes for a special evening.
Is it expensive? Absolutely.
The quality of the food, the wine list, the room.....it's all worth it.
Treat yourself!
Nice interior
Very nice interior.
Sat close to the entrance but with the poor weather we had a draft of cold air and had to move to a table further in.
"It was a very average experience both in terms of food, service.
Had the lobster toast, egg Benedict and finally the fresh toast key lime.
The Canadian bacon on the Benedict was chewy. The bread for both the lobster toast and the Benedict was hard and overdone.
Both the cappuccino and the latte was undrinkable as was so weak- brown milky water: tasteless.
Positives: the interior, and the lobster for the toast was cooked to perfection.
Service was good.
Devine dining
The restaurant is stunning. We love sitting in the dining room. It’s an exceptional experience of the senses. The food is delicious and the decor is stunning. The restaurant has a lovely outdoor covered terrace too. Perfect for Sunday brunch.
Be the first to ReplyLovely Breakfast
Back again for breakfast. The breakfast was very good. The mango house made granola parfait, Bircher muesli, strawberry mascarpone croissant, lobster toast were all very good. Service could have been better. We had to ask for milk three times and they forgot our strawberry mascarpone croissant never arrived until we reminded two waiters that he hadn't received it. It arrived at the end of our meal.
Also, there is a strange text message you received the day of your reservation that asks you to notify the restaurant when you enter the building. I thought perhaps they were overbooked and we would have to wait. Fortunately when we arrive only. about a tenth of the room was filled. The restaurant is in the Faena Hotel so if you drive up you will only see the name of the hotel.
Great vibe
Food was so and so…nothing special, but you must go there for the vibe and the decoration of the restaurant and hotel
Be the first to ReplyA brief escape from reality
My wife and I have 2 small kids - one born during the start of the pandemic. To say we were excited for a date night out at Los Fuegos would be an understatement.
We had shared with the restaurant that we dont get out much when making reservations - which led to being greeted by 2 champagne glasses and a warm welcome when we sat down. While you could say that any white table cloth restaurant would do that, the attention we received that night was unique. It was as if we were the only 2 people in the restaurant - and that has everything to do with our server, Chris.
Chris is the reason we would choose to come back to Los Fuegos. Yes, the food was spectacular, but you can enjoy spectacular food a at a lot of places, if you are willing to pay for it. You don't always get to experience someone that tries to get to know you, shares interesting details about the food and the establishment, anticipates your needs, and, in sum, makes you forget that you're still in the middle of a pandemic. Every course was perfectly recommended as were the drinks. It was a, much needed, brief escape from reality.
At the end of the night, I asked Chris if I could take one of the roses from the table for my 4 year old daughter. He said no, and, instead went to the back and brought back a fresh rose, along with a small fan (shan?) as a gift for her. Now, THAT's service.
Needless to say we overspent that night and we are happy we did!
