Outdoor Sunday brunch with my bestie! Be prepared to search for car parking spots, with some luck, can find one. I would recommend to make a table reservation to ensure your place ahead of the line. Now the best part of the menu, we shared one of those delicious Mediterranean small dishes, savor it! then, affogato, a Turkish ice cream coffee for dessert. I would consider coming back to try their sandwiches next time!

A yummy Mediterranean brunch spot in SF! Unlucky - I love their greek yogurt pancakes, but they ran out when we went. We tried their other dishes and it was pretty good. I definitely recommend the dips & pita because each one was different & unique. The omelettes were also yummy especially paired with the crispy potatoes. The staff are so nice & gave us recommendations for what to try. It's such a cute interior perfect for catching up.

Went there for dinner yesterday and it was pretty fiull for a monday night. We ordered the Dolmas (OMG the zucchini was melting in the mouth!) So much flavor! We also ordered the citrus salad, the lamb Kofte and the short rib. all the items were decadent and well executed! For dessert the Trileçe (their version of a tres leche) was to DIE for!!!! so GOOD! The service was attentive but not overly present, and the ambiance was a bit loud at times but we could hear each other talk. I will be back!
Be the first to ReplyBest pancakes I've ever had and great service.
I took a group of people for a business meal, and I would definitely go back.
Be the first to ReplyLovely Turkish spot in the outer Richmond.
If you're going for weekend brunch, recommend getting on the waitlist on your way over, as it gets very crowded then. Food is good, but somewhat overpriced for what it is. solid, friendly service.
Be the first to ReplyParking is horrendous.
Food ok. Prices very high and experience disappointing. Saw it on Check Please and totally not what they made it out to be!
Be the first to ReplyThis restaurant has been in this location for several years
This restaurant has been in this location for several years now after many restaurants have tried and failed. That certainly says something right there. The food, though pricey, is amazingly delicious. Service is exceptional. When it's not super busy it actually feels like you're in someone's home. You can eat inside or out in the parklets (that have been a major boon for this place). Highly recommend for very authentic Mediterranean food.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing breakfast.
Perfect for two people. All the different dips were all so different, but they all somehow worked together. Would definitely come again. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I watched the tv program 'Check Please', which reviewed this place, so I had to go and check it out. We ordered the cream of mushroom soup, the spread, domas, and the Mati. The friendly waitperson said those are exactly the foods he'd usually recommend! We were served quickly and every item was well prepared, seasoned, fresh and very tasty.Pita bread was so warm and soft. We especially loved the mini ravioli stuffed Matis. It's a bit pricey here, but well worth it! We'll definitely return and have brunch at Lokma as well!

A few months ago, I was on a really clean/healthy diet - no sugary desserts/drinks, no white or wheat flour, no bread, and no dairy. I used to think that eating healthily sucked until I found Lokma. I've gotten their grilled chicken for dinner many, many times, and it's never missed the mark. Their staff is amazing as well, and I look forward to continue being a regular customer :D

The Turkish Breakfast was a really yummy assortment of savory and sweet spread. All the different flavors melded together very well. Would love to come back for their lunch options as well! Definitely recommend checking this place out!

My favorite brunch spot!! I'd eat here every day if I could! I order the same things everytime and have never been disappointed! You gotta try the Greek yogurt pancakes, the crispy potatoes, menemen, and dip trio!
Be the first to ReplyOrdered a bunch of items for take out in December 2022.
The cream of mushroom soup was blended smooth-no chunks of mushroom could be found. Overall, the food was good, with the exception of a side of green vegetables which were extremely, extremely salty.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food and service for a decent price.
The meats are excellent including lamb kofte appetizer and Lokma burger. Zucchini dolma and creamy mushroom soup not bad either. Highly recommended
Be the first to ReplyGreat service and the food was very comforting.
Loved the sauce and the tomato and egg were super light despite looking heavy.
Be the first to ReplyA few weeks ago a friend and I came to dine, after an hour
A few weeks ago a friend and I came to dine, after an hour wait we were seated, it started pouring cold rain straight onto our food-- served seems unphased. We put the food inside- it was wet and cold. We spoke to the hostess multiple times to be moved to an empty table, once moved we go to the table and the server says we can't sit (they were not communicating). The service was so slow, these serves have no hustle what's so ever to handle demand or normal restaurant issues. We waited in the rain for a while, sat down and they brought us our cold wet food 20 minutes later, it was totally unacceptable to serve the same food. To make matters worse there was a large dog in the patio shaking his fur on the food. My recommendation would be to change the servers and hostess to more proactive about helping people, bussing tables, communication, put a couple heaters and acknowledge how cold the bay are winter has been. Really wanted to love this place. Concept is great and place is cute & clean. Unfortunately there are zero heaters outside and weather is terribly cold, windy and foggy in they bay-heaters are the standard in the bay so I'm unsure why there are zero heaters, people are freezing half the time.

Went here for Brunch on a Saturday morning and had a great time! Would recommend joining the yelp waitlist en route to the restaurant to minimize waiting. Really loved the Greek yogurt pancakes (10/10) and the papas bravas. Also got the Menemen and it was okay a 6/10, if you like tomato flavored eggs you may enjoy it more then I did! Also got a Turkish coffee, got it mostly to try and didn't love it but get it if you have never gotten one!Overall, will be coming back to try the other items!
Be the first to ReplyI got the Turkish breakfast, tea, and Simit.

Loved the Greek pancakes! I wish I could have cleaned the plate but the portion size was inhibitive (in a good way). Eager to return.
Be the first to ReplyLokma Ratings: 4.
1/5 Food: 4.5/5 - Made a spontaneous trip to Lokma with roomies for brunch last Saturday afternoon, because I always wanted to try their Greek yogurt pancakes. They are phenomenal and low key the BEST pancakes I have tried in SF, but their other dishes were quite standard. Go see the descriptions of the items my boyfriend and I shared below. - Sunrise Combo [GET]: Sweet and savory are the best brunch combo I think. It comes with two Greek yogurt pancakes topped with blueberry compote and yogurt. Pancakes are thick and dense yet still fluffy and had an amazing texture. I freaking LOVE the pancake and yogurt combo, because it's tangy and compliments the blueberry compote so so well. MUST TRY, and mind blowing moments. I will eat my pancakes with Greek yogurt now, instead of whipped cream or butter. The sujuk (Turkish beef sausage) was new to me, but savory fits well with the scrambled eggs, but nothing too impressive. It was buttery and lightly scramble, but not a fan of the mushy texture. - Menemen [GET]: Scrambled eggs with organic tomatoes and sweet peppers topped with feta cheese. It is a tangy, sour, and an acidic dish, but still packed with lots of flavors and served with pita bread on the side. It reminds me a lot of an Asian dish I eat growing up as a kid (scramble eggs with tomatoes, IYKYK). The pitas are thinly sliced, super airy and fluffy, great way to eat it with the menemen. I would say if you are a big texture person, then this might not be the dish for you; it got an overall a very soft and mushy texture, since the veggies are cooked very well done. Ambiance: 4/5 - We sat indoor. There's a small coffee bar and plants on the windowsills. Ambiance is chill and casual, interior is definitely smaller and probably hard to seat large parties, but there's some outdoor dining available, so if weather is nice too then it's a great option to do that. Interior is bright, clean, and intimate, definitely a cute spot to go out with girlfriends. Parking might be tough though. Price: 4/5 - We got the sunrise combo and menemen for $16 and $15 respectively. The prices are pretty average compared to most brunch places in SF. The portions are decent and beautifully presented and flavorful, not too huge but enough to keep the both of us satisfied for a good time. Service: 4/5 - The service was great and top-notched. The staffs are friendly, kind and provides top services. Our water glasses and coffee were never empty, and they checked-in with us to make sure we are good to go. The food came out within 20 minutes after placing them, fresh and hot. It was a great experience. BLUF: Just go and get their PANCAKES. Say Less and Go. Lokma serves authentic Turkish food, and overall it's pretty amazing, but their Greek yogurt pancakes blew my mind. I will go back to Lokma anytime just to have their Greek yogurt pancakes again.

We are a party of 4 and here for lunch 2 weeks ago on a Saturday. Our daughter has been here before and it was rated well. I was disappointed to see that it has very limited menu items. Most of the meat items were beef & lamb which I don't eat. The service was not very good as well. Our server barely came to our table to inquire what else we needed or refill our water.
