Very bad experience
Terrible experience. The hostess said there were no tables available, yet the restaurant was completely empty. Than We booked online for 10 minutes later and when we arrived, the hostess still made us wait another 10 minutes for no reason. Her attitude was rude and unwelcoming !!!!! it honestly felt like she just wanted us to leave. Definitely not coming back. By the way her name was Lera . Very unprofessional and rude !!!!!
Disappointing Experience Despite Beautiful Grounds
The hotel grounds are undeniably beautiful, and the staff appeared friendly at first glance. However, the service I received was extremely disappointing and far below what you'd expect—especially given the premium price point. During my stay, I misplaced clothes that were stored in a laundry bag. I immediately contacted the hotel, and they assured me someone would call me back. That call never came. I followed up multiple times, only to be met with silence and zero resolution. For the amount of money you spend here, the customer service should be far superior. Instead, what you get is smoke and mirrors—an illusion of luxury without the substance to back it up. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place. Stay away.
Beyond expectations
I don’t imagine I am the typical Global Ambassador visitor. I just finished my masters degree and I’m currently unemployed while I study for the NCE exam. I also care for my elderly mother a couple hours north of Phoenix who lives on Social Security. I am by no means a wealthy individual; however, with summer, hotel prices in Phoenix get significantly more affordable, so I decided that as a graduation gift to myself and before my mom‘s next surgery, to treat myself to a muchmuch-needed mental health weekend. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail is evident. Where the hotel really shines is their service. I arrived early and the valet was affable and helpful. When arrived at the front desk to see if I could check in early Tatum let me know the room was not ready but would try to expedite the process. My interaction with Tatum while brief was impactful. When asked what brought me to the hotel, I gave her a very short cliff’s notes version. She got me pre-checked in and said they would text once the room is ready. I don’t even think an hour went by before I got a text that the room was ready. The rooms are elegant and comfortable with every amenity one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. While unwinding in my room there was knock on the door from guest services. When I opened the door I was floored. Tatum had a bottle of sparkling wine and a beautiful cheese plate sent up. The gesture was so kind and unexpected I started tearing up. I felt such immense gratitude and that Tatum went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. The service and food at Le Ame and Thea were also exceptional. It may be a long time if ever I get to return to the Global Ambassador but I highly recommend it. For those who can afford to stay here I hope you do and don’t take for granted the privilege and for those who are considering a splurge, this place is worth your money. Thank you again Tatum, for going above and beyond. It’s difficult to convey how much that gesture meant to me, but thank you will have to do.
Classy and buzzy
Great concept and design. Sam has built an amazing hotel with superb rooms, great staff and nice food. Great vibe. Excellent attention to detail. The front desk people were very helpful. Not cheap but worth the price. The bar and Restuarant on 6th floor are great fun and Morton is a super server.
Perfect second stay - even better than the first
This was my second stay and was even better than the first! I visited in February 2024 when the hotel had only been open a few months and I was so impressed with everything. A year later, they have somehow outdone themselves. The hotel itself and rooms are just beautiful as last year of course. What really impressed me was the food and their team. Everything I ate was perfect from the salads at Le Ame to the shareable plates at Thea. And their in-room dining is prompt and very courteous. Lyle and Chloe at the Front Desk were both so welcoming, attentive and quick to help me with in-room dining orders, a lost room key, etc. Devin at Thea was my server on my last night and he was a gem. He had great suggestions and was very charismatic. I can't until my next stay!
5 Stars in every aspect, great staff + great experience
Always a consistently 5 star experience at the Global Ambassador. This is one of my favorite hotels in the country. The rooms and overall design is top notch, but the service sets this place over the top compared to other 5 star hotels in the area. I had an issue with an alarm setting off in my room one night and the team swiftly moved me to an upgraded suite, took care of incidentals and issued me a gift card for my future stays. thanks to Rigo, Ryan and Lyle who all stepped in to ensure everything was taken care of, and then some. It is easy to be great when everything goes to plan, but hats off to the GA team for turning a hiccup into a positive experience. Top 1% hotel in my view, highly recommend and will be coming back.
Nice property. Not as nice staff.
The hotel itself is very high end. Everything is gorgeous. The lobby, the rooms, everything is luxurious and beautiful. The hotel has more of a city feel than a resort. There aren’t vast grounds, but everything is well done and it’s inviting, charming, and stylish. My issue was more with the staff. I asked for a glass or wine when the bar was closed. I had no idea. Someone was behind the bar,. It seemed open. They could have said yes or no, but rather they engaged in an angry lecture how they were closed but they would get me a glass of wine but I couldn’t tell anyone. It was just weird and detracted from a high end feel. At breakfast I was loudly scolded for standing in the wrong spot to place my order. There were zero people in sight, but apparently I was about five feet to the left of where I should have been. I didn’t understand what I had done to warrant the tone. Housekeeping missed my room one day. Nobody was egregious or anything like that, it just lacked that “we care about you” vibe. I would probably try somewhere else before staying here again.
The Global Ambassador Phoenix
Probably one of the nicest rooftops I have ever been and I have been to many around the world. The decor was stunning and it had fantastic views from all corners. The drink selection is good and so were the vibes, also very good service. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful is an understatement
What a fantastic property. I happened to be staying at on the 1 year anniversary of their opening but it felt like it was all still so brand new. Clean, modern, elegant. It just hits all the marks! I know where I will be staying again next time I’m in town!
Corporate Event was a Success!
My company hosted a regional corporate event for about 150 people at The Global Ambassador on Wednesday, October 30, 2024...and it was amazing! The service the staff provided was excellent and there was great attention to detail. Rachel went above and beyond elegantly staging our reusable straws through all of the meal, snack and beverage services. Adolfo our banquet captain for most of day was exceptionally attentive and executed our vision and request flawlessly. Finally, Omar was continuously checked on our needs and easily fulfilled any request. THANK YOU for an amazing event. Megan McCluskey
Connect with users posting reservations for Le Âme Phoenix
AppointmentTrader is a community-driven platform where users can exchange their reservations or leverage their personal relationships with Le Âme Phoenix. Buyers can make informed decisions using automated seller ratings, which reflect past transactions and reliability.
Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Le Âme Phoenix at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Le Âme Phoenix page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FulfilledThread16, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FulfilledThread16 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FulfilledThread16 for any questions Peter may have as FulfilledThread16 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FulfilledThread16 now uses their connections at Le Âme Phoenix to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FulfilledThread16 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FulfilledThread16 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FulfilledThread16's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Le Âme Phoenix!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
